Our shower backed up to the point where we couldn’t run any water without it likely overflowing and creating a huge mess. When our Little Rock plumber couldn’t get out until next day, we called Paschal. Within 10 minutes of the call, we got a text and e-mail saying our technician was enroute, along with a link to track his progress from Hot Springs. In addition, he (Corbin) called us to say he was on the way. After describing the problem to him, he got right to work. A recurring, difficult problem due to the depth of the line and trees roots growing into it, he spent more time/was more thorough than anyone we’ve ever had respond. Polite, impeccable and skilled in his craft, we’ll certainly go straight to Pashcal and ask for Corbin the next time we need a plumber.

Caleb and Rook installed our new hvac system. The install went smoothly and took only 5 hours. However, they ran into a mfg issue with the ac system. After contacting the mfg and then the mfg sent a rep. He did all the same tests as Caleb had completed. It was a mfg issue and a new unit was installed. These two young men dtayed with us the entire time. Kuddos to these dedicated guys!

Joshua was, professional,on time, he was able to find the freon leak and find out that the unit was registered and most likely under warranty. It's Saturday so he won't be able to submit a warranty claim until Monday. He also offered loaner window units, since I signed up for a maintenance plan. We had multiple companies provide an estimate for our water heater to be replaced and Paschal was actually an after thought. We noticed several recent good reviews for Paschal so we went ahead and had them come even though our mind was already made up to go with another company. Paschal impressed us with their friendly and personable interaction on the phone and the technician, Matt that came to our home was incredibly polite and pleasant to speak with. While all the techs that came to our house seemed knowledgeable, Matt just made us feel more comfortable and at ease. We changed our mind from our original choice and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Matt came the next day and did the work quickly and efficiently. The quality was excellent and the pricing was very competitive. I would recommend Paschal to anyone considering plumbing or HVAC work, in fact we are having them come back for a toilet replacement next week.

He patiently answered all my questions and even gave me his email in case I had further questions. Paschal has been excellent so far! I called because my AC was not working. They came out a couple hours later and recommended several replacement options. Justin Vendola was excellent and even brought us window ACs to get through the night! They were able to come the next day to replace the unit and it works great thus far! Jackson was absolutely phenomenal. For the past couple weeks, my sink has been leaking water which has caused me a great deal of frustration. I finally decided that my DIY methods of addressing the issue were not working. So I decided to call Paschal Air, Pluming & Electric after reading through their reviews and noticed they're favored by previous customers and their stars were highly rated! They were attentive and quick on getting me booked to schedule an appointment and came out this week to fix the issue.
That's where I was paired with Jackson for the job!
He addressed the issue clearly and informatively in a way I could understand the problem, and gave me a clear scope of options that would not only address the problem, but would be cost effective and personalized to fit my needs and my budget. We came across an agreement on a solution for the sink going forward, and he had the job done and taken care of in 30 minutes, if not less! I was amazed at how quick the job took, and overall how professional he was during our contract! I would definitely recommend Paschal Air as well as Jackson specifically for a reliable company, and a plumbing technician that can 100% handle your needs. I am thoroughly pleased and will be using their services in the future! (Also I wanted to acknowledge how well they took care of all of their customers -including me- during the Arctic Freeze. After having done countless renovations over the years and having worked with an endless list of quasi service providers, finding Paschal & more specifically, Jackson Smith, has proven to be the best experience. There was a major gas leak at a commercial property. It was underground on a 2” line. This was during the Polar Blast of 2024 at 16°F. We had to mobilize a plan. Jackson arrived with a concrete saw, a jack hammer and digging tools. He carefully cut a precise working area out of a 4” thick slab then used a pick to get through frozen ground. They dug around 28” then hand dug around the becoming exposed gas line. These tasks alone were a difficult accomplishment. Most plumbers wouldn’t even show up. Now the breach in the fitting has been located. This was the first part of the operation and the first estimate. This task was difficult and completed in a timely & professional fashion. I was appreciative. I felt the price charged was reasonable and all went smoothly. This is also the part where other plumbers may have made it to this point, got paid for the this part of the job…and never called back. Paschal Group & Jackson said they could do it and would be back. We were now looking at what it was going to take to actually make the repair and get the job done once the initial excavation had been completed with the breach exposed. When a project like this is begun, there can be a lot of unknown findings. So the first part of this major operation & problem was agreed upon, paid for and completed professionally & successfully. Five Stars. If you have read this far we are now moving to the second transaction in the operation. There were two separate days & tasks.

The Repair: Jackson Smith.
It is hard to grasp the level of difficulty & planning that had to take place for this repair. First of all we are in middle America, Arkansas where materials aren’t just readily available, especially on the weekend during a winter storm that has left most of the state impassable & was declared a state of emergency. Paschal Plumbing & Jackson did not leave me hanging. Jackson traveled 50 miles to the only store opened that could get us what we needed. We had one shot & that’s it. His measurements & planning had to be perfect. After he was able to locate the material, he called me with the price for the job. It was an expensive task. We had to move forward. It was 11AM by that time. As I mentioned earlier, the whole state had been declared emergency, so Jackson had several other calls before mine. We waited. My faith had been challenged that they were not going to show back up as it became 6, 7 & then 8 PM on a Saturday. He did communicate. I had truly lost hope though with the size of the project, the time & that it was 16° & dropping. The next several days were projected to be even more deteriorating whether. Jackson arrived just before 9 PM with a helper. I had already dragged up additional supplies to help the situation in below freezing temperatures in hopes he would make it. I prepped the area with layers of packing quilts & had a warming area ready so no one got frostbite. It was a very long and difficult operation. Removing the old pipe had to be done in a very delicate fashion in an effort to not damage the main line which is 5’ below ground. Between pipe wrenches, bandsaw, & Sawzall the removal was a success. This may have been the most tense part of the job because the repair hinged on saving the existing line. By the way-it’s midnight, 15° & working in a hole outside. Next steps were very precision specific in measuring, threading & pipe fitting. It was an impressive operation that took a special skill set most people can never possess, not to mention the terrible weather conditions. We finished at 3am. It was a very taxing and strenuous situation. Jackson showed up to the job with all the parts & other specific tools to knock it out! Paschal supplied their Star employee with tools for success. Jackson is unbelievably talented. Hope I can work with him in the future. Grateful. Very Fair. A+++

There was no pressure to upgrade or do costly repairs or preventive maintenance. We were shown photos of where things were wearing out or needing repair. We will continue to use them!!!

It's hard to find a good plumber, y'all, but I love Paschal! They have maintained my A/C units for 4 years now (one is 17 years old), and today I was happily introduced to their plumbing services when Charley performed my tankless water heater maintenance.Charley was fantastic: educational (he let me observe the process and told me everything he was doing), thorough (performed visual checks on ALL of my sinks/toilets while the tankless was going through the cleaning process), "extra" (he gave me preventative advice about my emergency shutoff valve in the front yard), friendly, competent, and made replacement recommendations for my 27 year old plumbing fixtures without the up-sell. All-in-all a pleasant guy to work with.I have to be honest: I was originally skeptical when Paschal took over my Mom-and-Pop A/C company several years ago (as we had used that local company for over 15 years), but Paschal has provided the quality and level of service I had been previously spoiled on. Even their receptionists/schedulers are friendly and helpful. Today Paschal earned my plumbing business as well. Keep up the good work!

I called Paschal for evaluation of my garbage disposal and backed up sink as well as repair of 3 toilets. Bryan was very prompt, professional and informative about what repairs needed to be done. He even put the cleaning supplies back under sink (I told him that wasn’t necessary) and took the old toilet parts back to the van for discard. Great experience! Awesome Experience. James Evans was very professional and helped resolve my electrical problem. I had previously recieved a quote from another electrical company who suggeated I replace my whole electrical panel for about 10k. Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

Diagnosed issue after isolating different components. Believes thermostat may be failing, as several times recently the unit continues to run although the temperature is above the setting. Only complaint, and not with Benjamin in anyway, is that the prices for installing a new thermostat and for a matching replacement thermostat are well beyond reasonable. Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. On the same day as the deep freeze hit Texas, I found out my sister in Azle had no heat. I live out of state so checked yelp and Google, chose Straight Shooter for all the 5 star reviews. While I am unhappy with the prior service on our HVAC system that necessitated the request for a technician on 11/16/22; my husband and I were more than happy with the technician who came to the rescue. Bryant was the name of the technician who arrived at our home to determine the cause of our brand new HVAC system tripping a circuit breaker 5 times in 4 days. Bryant was able to ferret out the problem, an incorrect wiring during the installation of correctly sized heat strips for our system by the previous technician. Bryant communicated to my husband what had occurred and what was done by him to correct the problem and went out of his way to label the electrical boxes on the HVAC unit to make working on the system in the future. Bryant is a definite asset to Paschal.

If I could give Walker less than 1 star I would. I had and entire brand new A/C unit installed 7/2020 ( Should've went with Willard) and have had soooo many issues but this last issue was it. After multiple service calls within the last few weeks finally found out that I have an evaporator coil leak which the part is covered by the manufacturer but I have to pay for the labor over $1900.00. As a consumer this sounds ridiculous....after paying 10k for a new unit less than 2 years ago. The part is faulty by the manufacturer and all Walker would say well you only had 1 year labor warranty. Their responses was soooo generic and robotic. This is a WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT use their service. Since they've been bought out the service is HORRIBLE. You measure a Company's service by how they resolve the issues outside normal everyday problems. I have multiple properties that use Walker not anymore. I'm going to post and warn consumers on every platform about their terrible service!

Let me start by saying, I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and work ethic these gentlemen possessed. I called Monday afternoon Patty was there that evening . The next day at 8am my system was beinginstalled. The gentleman arrived at 7:45am and started working. They did not leave until 5:30pm working the entire time, even pulled my trash can from the curb. We’ve used Walker HVAC exclusively since 1986, when we bought a Fredrick window unit from them to heat and cool a room I’d added to our small house. We haven’t required much service since then but did need to completely change out our central unit back in 2001. Walker did that for us, putting in a Trane heat pump. That unit performed flawlessly until about a year ago, when it needed a charge of Freon and replacement of a small part. Every technician that worked on the unit was extremely nice and seemed to know exactly what to do. Last week we finally turned the central unit on for this season and no joy - no cooling at all. Calvin came out initially and determined that the little device they replaced last May had leaked almost all our Freon, but needed to check with the office before replacing the lost Freon. I talked with Juan via both office visit and by phone. At that time he was behind a desk and was going to visit with management to see how best to proceed in our case. Today Juan himself came out , replaced our missing Freon, and got the central unit operating great again. Very efficient. My only regret was that I didn’t immediately recognize him without the desk and computer in front of him. Sorry about that, Juan. Juan, like almost every other Walker technician, was the picture of curtesy and efficiency. And the bottom line was that Walker HVAC stood behind their year old repair and replaced the Freon at no charge. That I did not expect. Thank you, Juan, for going to bat for us, and thank you Walker HVAC for standing behind your work 100%.
