Kevin was cordial, polite and professional during his service visit this AM. We appreciate the thoroughness of Pashcal techs, during their service calls, and we appreciate their suggestions of things we/they need to keep an eye.

Parker did an excellent job inspecting and servicing my heater on 10/8/24. I would recommend Parker and Paschal to anyone.

The technician, Dan, did a great job of explaining the work. Efficiently completed the tune up quickly and Installed the filters that I provided.

Technician arrive at the scheduled time. Technician was very personable, thoroughly explained what maintenance he was going to perform. Examined and serviced all components of my heat pump system.Technician made sure I understood how the system should work, and what I should be doing to insure proper operation of the hvac system. Excellent service, Trevor did an outstanding job. I will always use Paschal for my HVAC system needs.

We will request Dillon on any future maintenance and work on our equipment. He is so accommodating but is also efficient. He’s top notch in every way.

Just had a fabulous service from Paschal. Brian was patient, listened to my concerns, and looked into every concern i was having and helped me solve through education, resources, and or identifying the issue and fixing it. Im greatly appreciative of the time and intention he took helping us get our air back up and running as it should. Thank you Paschal and Brian, it is welcomed service in a day and age where caring intentional, subject matter expert service is hard to find.Welp, I guess google only allows you to review once, so here is my update on 10/9/2024, Jesse the technician came out and was extremely patient and clear with his explanations. Ive never left a situation where a person told me my only real options are to now spend 1000s of dollars on a whole new HVAC system and somehow also left me having a more positive day than it started because of his kindness and professionalism in his job. So thankful and continue to be so impressed with the quality of talent and human integrity that Paschal hires and prioritizes to service my home. Every encounter is seamless and solution oriented.

Alex came same day, for a 2nd repair at a different location. Found my leak in about an hour. The fixed my leaky in and out in 2 hours, great job. Very professional, will keep using them. All 3 visits have been really good and the owner worked w me on a couple small questions.

Pascual has always had well trained and courteous worker. They are also knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Service is fast and communications with us as customers has been outstanding.

Zayn was great. A hard worker who got every thing taken care of despite the late hour and having to go back and forth in the dark. I didn't chose responsiveness because I was given a 7 hour window. Four hours are normal. And he arrived at 6;00 pm. They did give me the option to reschedule.....I chose not to.

Seth was polite and courteous. All of the Paschal employees who have been to our house are very professional.

Issac is a great technician...& did a great job of explaining everything to us.

Paschals always provides a thorough inspection and only presents real problems along with options for consideration. They have now serviced two properties with 5 HVAC units and have only replaced one. That did a few essential repairs in one other. Not like the other guys who seemed to make up stuff to try to charge me for. I have a high level of trust for Paschals.

Very professional, knowledgeable and fixed the problem! I wouldn’t use any other company.

Zac serviced our system in Tuttle, OK. He was on time and very pleasant. His inspection was very thorough and he clearly described his findings and recommendations. I would high recommend Zac and Paschal!

Tommy is a tech that I have been dealing with since AI had my AC unit installed. He is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable when he comes to do our service and maintenance. I would definitely ask for Tommy if you need qc work done.

Excellent service by the HVAC technician. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Showed up when he said he would. He also made sure he wore his shoe/boot covers when he came inside the house. Professional and courteous at all times.He Checked out my heating system and let me know what parts he specifically checked. He also asked if the air filters needed replacing and was ready to change them out himself.Overall, superb quality service was provided.

Mike did a very good job. He took pictures and videos to chronical his work. He explained the repairs and made suggestions to improve our system.

We are new to the area and just had an outstanding first experience with Paschal, the plumber in particular (Vallen) and coordination and scheduling (Stephanie). He came for rerouting of gas line for pool install, and I was so pleased I added plumbing protection plan and scheduled HVAC maintenance as well! Super responsive and excellent communication or scope/cost/timing/etc. Really a great find!1/25/23: Val, Nick, and Cory finished off a difficult two day job of gas line reroutes for a construction project. These guys were phenomenal! Tough job, but so efficient, and knowledgeable! Great team, good guys! Also, special thanks to Shannon for coming mid snow storm to get all gas devices (HVAC units) back online, w/assist from Dylan via phone. Paschal can respond to anything and will go above and beyond to get it done. Thoroughly impressed…1/27/23: One more job this week. Water heater replacement done in what seemed like record time by Zach and Riley! Another great job, and special thanks for taking time to explain the details and nuances of the new unit. Much appreciated…7/10/23: another excellent job today, performed by Chris, w/timely assist from Shannon! What seemed like only a routine toilet issue was an additional pressure problem that easily could have broke pipes elsewhere behind walls, and Chris fixed both with excellent diagnosis and delivery. Always so impressed with how well-run Paschal is, and who they employ! Fabulous employees!9/19/23: Doing construction in the backyard and punctured the sewage line. Paschal responded immediately, and was fixed in no time. We had Alex this time, with an assist from Eddy. I sound like a broken record, but we've only seen 5 star employees from this company! I'm always so impressed with their competence, kindness, timeliness, and customer service. Alex even did an extra gas hookup to new grill, just cuz he was there. This is a stellar company!1/24/24: Broken sewer line under driveway! There is only one company we turn to for complex work like this. As always, Paschal sends the best (AJ McCulley in this case) who gave me three options, lined out the work, and put the plan in play. Great customer service, and great technical expertise. Always the same! Best run company!3/8/24: Due to the broken sewer line/driveway section replacement…we entered an insurance claim. I stopped into the office to get help filling out the Carrier’s questionnaire, and the Plumbing Manager himself (Joshua Gross) took 20 mins between mtgs and did the whole thing for us immediately!! The people at this company repeatedly amaze me!!! Truly the best. Thankful for them…10/1/24: another 5 star experience today. Technician (Dan C.) came and performed our annual service on our HVAC units. In addition to the always pleasant service you receive, Dan did a particularly good job itemizing the system’s potential issues, explaining them, giving estimates to remedy, all without pushing a sale on you. This company and its people are repeatedly the best!

Prompt, friendly, professional service.

Isaac was professional, thorough, and he was personable. He explained membership well, but the estimated were ridiculously too high and not needed for a furnace/AC unit that is just under 3 years old. I was pleased with him, but not pleased with Paschal'"sales push'. I had an annual membership paid in full, but now with the takeover of Patriot, they charge monthly, and won't accept an annual payment. Kudos to Isaac, but not Paschal!

After moving into a new home in Hot Springs, I needed a variety of fixtures and outlets installed. Garrett, my technician, inspected my task list, provided a quote within my budget and completed all tasks professionally over two days with assistance from Michael. He was pleasant, left my home in great shape, and even disposed of the old fixtures. Great service. I plan to use Paschal for my next project, a range hood replacement.

The young man who did our heating and cooling units inspection today was Seth. He is a very polite young man, and did a great job inspecting our units. We would welcome him back again to Service or do repairs anytime, as required.

We worked with Dillan B. who arrived at our home early and ready to give us a fair quote on a new HVAC system through Paschal. He remained professional, kind, and courteous the entire appointment. He explained everything as he walked through our home and when we sat down to discuss our options. We had many concerns regarding the current unit in our home and he addressed them all. We have been burned in the past by many HVAC companies and we were weary what this process would look like. The appointment went better than expected and we want to thank Dillan for his exceptional service and being patient with us all while tending to our son in between.

Yes another five star review. Ist was when my ac unit started giving me some challenges and then today the water heater decided it was time to challenge me again. We called Paschal for water found on floor. Rick the plumber was sent out to diagnose. He found that the drain on the ac was clogged. Not being the ac man he preceded to fix the problem anyways. Thank you Rick!

Don’t waste your money!! Go get another plumber, they “fix” something, then when it fails, they won’t even call you back. Nothing like having sewage all over your basement on a Friday night and being told someone will call back and then never hearing from them. I guess any plumbing problems should only occur Monday through Friday between 8AM and 5PM!! AND don’t pay extra money for their “Member Warranty”, it doesn’t get you anything extra!!! They still ignore you!!!EDIT—They reached out for me a day after I left this review. They were very nice and realized they had been out twice before about this problem with no solution. Bottom line, they made it good and repaired the issue correctly. AND never charged me!! I didn't like leaving this review the other day, but they made it good!!! Thank you Paschal!!

I just got my new system on Friday july12th. IT was amazing how quick they responded and did the work. I AM VERY IMPRESSED with everyone that was involved and made this happen so quickly. I highly recommend them. Love my new system. THANK YOU ALL FROM PASCHAL.

Back in November of 2023 I had scheduled a tune up for our heat pump unit. Mr. Jorge Diaz showed up to perform the maintenance required that day. He showed up on time. Jorge was very professional and detailed with what was going on with the unit. He found that there was a defective schrader valve that was slowly leaking freon. He immediately told me about the issue and went into detail about what was happening. He replaced the defective valve and resolved the problem. Jorge is a top notch employee and we were pleased with his professionalism.

The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond in providing assistance in my situation. He was kind and understanding. And took the time to fix my situation in a way to assist in preventing a reoccurrence of the same issue. His knowledge, time and consideration were much appreciated.

I had a new HVAC unit installed in our attic. CHRISTOPHER "CHRIS" KESINGER and ISMAEL PIVARAL and one other helper. I didn't catch his name. They did an awesome job. Far better than the competition prices. Left the area cleaner than it was before the work started. Definitely using them again for future projects.

My first experience with Paschal HVAC was that they were good at what they did, but very overpriced. My next experiences with their plumbing technicians were different. Michael, Eddie, and Dustin were very prompt, very good at what they did, and gave me a very decent price. I think I am becoming a fan of Paschal thanks to their courteous and knowledgeable technicians.

We built a new home in Colleyville, TX and have been using the builder HVAC contractor who installed our units. I have not been happy with them so I called Paschal to check our units this summer because we had used them before in our previous home and was very happy with them. I’m so glad I did because they are thorough, on time, reasonably priced and honest! The honesty aspect is the most important to me! I would recommend them to the whole world but I might have trouble getting them back again because they would be so busy!!

I had the pleasure of watching Zack and Riley install my new water heater this morning. They were both efficient and friendly. I am very pleased with their service. I attempted to rate them at the link provided in a text I received from Paschal, but received errors and was not able to provide a rating. I give them both 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!
