My hot water was leaking and I called on a Saturday morning and talked to sweet Clint. Robert was able to come around 5:30. He was kind and knowledgeable and unfortunately my 21 year old hot water heater needs to be replaced. But Paschal has payment plans that will meet that need. I highly recommend Paschal and Robert!!

Would have been a 5 star if cody wouldve been the one to come do the estimate and the work. He did the work and saved us money because he knew what needed to be done not what was thought needed done.

Adrian was the Best ever at taking pictures and explaining it all clearly.

Francisco did an excellent job...a comprehensive inspection of the AC/furnace unit followed by a complete review of what he had done. Friendly, courteous, organized, and knowledgeable. Suggestions were made for improving efficiency without a hard-line sales pitch. He is a definite asset to Paschal.

Stephen helped with a lot today and answered my many questions to help me understand my systems better.

Christian was awesome and very knowledgeable,he explained everything that was going on with our electric box and how the original installation was done wrong and how it had to be fixed. I would recommend Christian to everyone and anyone who needs electrical work done.

Ty was courteous, knowledgeable and capable. I have nothing but good things to say about him or the work he performed. My issue is the fact that every time Paschal performs my maintenance they try to sell me an assortment of expensive things to make my system “ perform better”. It’s like Im not getting a maintenance appointment it’s a sales appointment. I’m really tired of the program that Paschal makes its techs follow. It basically makes me not trust their advice. That is not good. I guess I better make a change.

We had an issue with one of the meters that Paschal installed a couple of years ago, they sent a manager out to look at it after we had leak detection come out and find the leak and they guessed where it was before even performing the test and stated that the plumber should've known where the leak originated from based on the sound the faucet was making and questioned the quality of the work. The manager noticed that the original installer did not install shutoff valves and has me scheduled to have those installed at no cost to me since they should've installed them originally. He said if the issue is truly what the leak detection guy said it is, then that will fix the issue anyway. So, problem solved. Customer service was great and very helpful, I do really appreciate the time they took to look into this issue.

Even though they couldn't immediately help, they were friendly and professional! They were knowledgeable and responded the sane day. Will review again after the work is completed but so far I would highly recommend them. Our plumbing issue is taking longer due to septic pumping needing to be done first. No fault of theirs. Thanks so much guys!

Our technician Shane arrived on time as promised to do our spring maintenance. Everything was carefully checked, cleaned, and verified so that we are ready for summer. In addition he explained about optional enhancements that are available if we need them and answered our questions on dual fuel operations on our thermostat. That was a big help for us since we have 2 furnaces along with 2 heat pumps / AC units. We use the propane when the weather is below freezing and understanding how to use the thermostat more efficiently will help a lot to prevent using more propane than necessary as well as eliminating our forgetfulness!

Jose came by today and serviced my air conditioning He did a thorough and excellent job. Paschal employees are always very professional and courteous and very prompt. Would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing electrical or air conditioning service.

I had a great experience with Paschal today 3/13/2025. Colton was the technician. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He definitely loves his job. He explained everything thoroughly. He even got me to add another unit to the maintenance plan. I'll be asking for him next visit.

I called about 1030 am to ask for a replacement water heater quote. The price was right and they told me they could do it that day! Jojo arrived on time after calling ahead. He and his partner Trey were very courteous and professional. They removed a very old water heater and installed the new one. They were finished by 445 pm.

Professional Service and transparent pricing. The HVAC technician (Colton) explained the needed repairs with multiple options as well as recommended annual services they offer to prevent future breakdowns. I highly recommend their services.

3/6/25 yearly maintenance on our HVA unit. Both Toby and Adrian did a great job on time, friendly and explained what did and recommendation on additional service that would enhance our air quality. Currently looking at options to clean our ductwork and adding a whole house surge protection

He thoroughly explained my options - walking me through them and answering all my questions with ease and poise and knowledge. He kept a clean job site and was proud of the work he completed! Paschal has been our go-to company for all our HVAC, plumbing and electrical since we moved here six years ago and we’ve never been disappointed with them. I live in Missouri. Paschal put in an amazing system for heating and cooling here at my home lase June. No guess work, no maybes, no half answers and no BS! I was kept up to date at each and every stage. I read those reviews and they were absolutely spot on. I won't go any place else for my heating, cooling, plumbing or electrical needs! UPDATE: 03/06/25. Paschal contacted me with fantastic deal to upgrade my old hot water heater from a 40 gallon to a 50 gallon. My existing water heater was over 20 years old. Scheduled the appointment and Austin installed the new one in just over 1 hour. He recommended an upgrade to my wiring and breaker which he scheduled for me. All aspects were clearly explained and visually shown. Top of the bar technical k ow how and knowledge. Thank you all at Paschal!

Htg. and Cooling technician, Caleb came out to do our maintenance check. He did a thorough job and discovered a possible water leak in our bathroom and connected us to the wifi on our thermostat. He did a good job.

Michael came out to check for a leak under my kitchen sink. While here, he got me set up on a maintenance plan for my HVAC and tankless hot water heater. He was super friendly and professional. He even made conversation with my very vocal cat (the one who caused the leak under the sink in the first place).

called this morning for services to my water heater and furnace, was able to get the plumbing technician today. i was told an ETA of 12-4pm. within 15 minutes of requesting services i received a call from the tech, Jacob showed up within 30 minutes of the service request call. Walked him through the issues i was having and he got to work immediately after giving me the quote for services. Jacob was extremely informative and knowledgeable, he repaired my water heater quickly and informed me on what the issue was. will be glad to do business again in the future as needed

Daniel Queen was very good very very thorough and professional. Explained In detail and through photos, what was wrong with my unit And ordered the part that we need to get it fixed, andshowed me different Maintenanceplans I could purchase which I will. I just need to review them could not have asked for a better experience. Answered all my questions about future purchases such as a water heater, which I will also do in the near future. Very happy with my experience.
