We’ve used Paschal for multiple projects and yearly maintenance of the HVAC and water heater! They have always done a fantastic job with great customer service including today’s visit.

Absolutely fantastic service and installation. Corey came by for an emergency visit, quickly diagnosed the problem, and provided great information.Dillan and Sarah were very patient and helpful with my litany of questions about the various options and installation process.Trevor dashed by to provide freon so we had a comfortable home overnight.David and Miguel did a phenomenal job on our installation. It is not possible to be more pleased with their work. The only trace of their visit is the cool air they have left behind. Miguel even used a vac to catch any dust that *might* have fallen as they worked in the house!Thank you for providing a transparent and seamless process for an unexpected expense.

Great communication, always showed up when scheduled. The pre-install consultation was very informative, and they explained clearly what needed to be done and why. They have is several options and made sure we understood each. On install day, the technicians were very professional and made sure we understood what they'd done and why. They cleaned up before leaving, and their work area was as clean or cleaner than before they arrived.

Paschal's technician Tyrone was here today for our spring tuneup and cleaning. He was very thorough and presented pictures after showing some areas that we should be aware of, such a need for duct and blower cleaning. Very happy with the service.

Additionally, he found a couple of lines that needed some insulation…and fixed it for us. I called as a new customer to schedule an annual maintenance, and they were able to fit me in the same day. Matt was very knowledgeable and polite, and as a single woman I never once felt he was trying to bully me into service or product I didn’t need. He was very straight with me and took time to explain his reasoning. Very positive experience.UPDATE: sent an online request for service- received a call very promptly. Tate came the same day, very professional and respectful. They send a text when they’re headed your way so you can track their progress if you want. Another great experience and great value.

Very pleased with the friendliness and knowledge of the service person.Most important the scheduler arranged an immediate service call the same afternoon I called. David was great. He explained what some of the problems could be before he dug into it. He found out what it was and he explained it perfectly. Very clean and very quick repair job.

I had four companies look at our heating and air situation. Paschal was the highest bid, but glad I picked them. They gave us a bigger unit on the main floor by a ton, compared with what the other companies bid.. They knew they could put a gas unit in the walk out, rather than just electric, which was preferable.The big take on this is: when you have to replace your HVAC system, it’s not the time to find the biggest bargain. Find the most competent, capable people to do the job correctly, to live in a comfortable home environment for years to come.I gave four stars due to them leaving the front door opened for long periods; not putting the attic stairs back before they left, and not wearing protective shoe coverings when they came in the house, tracking a lot of debris in. Other than that, they seemed to do perfect work.

It's so nice to be pleasantly surprised and with Paschal, I was. They sent Wes out the same day I called. He came, unclogged my kitchen drain, was tidy, friendly and fast.I will not hesitate to call them again.

The electrician installed a home EV charger. Everything was done well and it works. We are very pleased. They were also quick to respond to the work request and quick to setup a time to do the work. It was a two day turn around for the project.

Spent my birthday morning with a Paschal Plumber due to a clogged drain in my kitchen. Not how I imagined starting my day, but Caleb was wonderful and was able to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly. He also gave me some drain cleaning tips to help prevent this from happening in the future. I definitely don’t envy his job but he handled it like a true Paschal Pro!

Caleb was great. Uncovered some issues in my sink faucet that have been causing low flow. Will request Caleb for all my plumbing maintenance.

I had a new HVAC unit installed in our attic. CHRISTOPHER "CHRIS" KESINGER and ISMAEL PIVARAL and one other helper. I didn't catch his name. They did an awesome job. Far better than the competition prices. Left the area cleaner than it was before the work started. Definitely using them again for future projects.

My first experience with Paschal HVAC was that they were good at what they did, but very overpriced. My next experiences with their plumbing technicians were different. Michael, Eddie, and Dustin were very prompt, very good at what they did, and gave me a very decent price. I think I am becoming a fan of Paschal thanks to their courteous and knowledgeable technicians.

We built a new home in Colleyville, TX and have been using the builder HVAC contractor who installed our units. I have not been happy with them so I called Paschal to check our units this summer because we had used them before in our previous home and was very happy with them. I’m so glad I did because they are thorough, on time, reasonably priced and honest! The honesty aspect is the most important to me! I would recommend them to the whole world but I might have trouble getting them back again because they would be so busy!!

Zack and Riley replaced Hot Water Heater. They did an amazing job.

Couldn't be more pleased. The lady that made the appointment was polite and knowledgeable and the two young men actually showed up an hour early. They got immediately to fixing the issue and were finished in about an hour. The cost of therepair was exactly what was quoted. Not only were they professional and quick, they were also very polite and professional. Will definitely call again if needed.

This company did an amazing job. I have no complaints. They were professional and kind. They set up everything. The guy even took his time cutting the edges for the intake to ensure it was perfect. They checked everything twice before they left. They made sure the intake was flat enough to accommodate a walker, which I especially appreciate. I would absolutely call this company again. They took a very big and scary cost and walked me through it step by step.
