We subscribe to Paschal’s HVAC service plan, which includes an annual checkup on our furnace and air conditioner. Colton and Alden came out from the Fort Smith office and thoroughly inspected our system and suggested a few replacement parts, which we accepted. They reviewed for us where we were in our warranties. They also recommended future home improvements, like new insulation and a dryer line cleaning, and followed up with estimates for those services. Both guys were friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks Paschal! See you next time.

We had our home ductwork cleaned by Pascal and everything went very well. Mitchell and Devon arrived on time and after explaining the process, went right to work. They answered my questions and didn’t mind me just watching the process. Afterward they made sure everything was clean and then gave me a throughout summary of what they found. I was very pleased.

Oscar came out to visit our house today, we were initially hoping to get just an estimate to see what we could do but he wound up being able to fix our problem that day! Technician arrive at the scheduled time. Technician was very personable, thoroughly explained what maintenance he was going to perform. Examined and serviced all components of my heat pump system.
Technician made sure I understood how the system should work, and what I should be doing to insure proper operation of the hvac system. Excellent service, Jesse did an outstanding job. I will always use Paschal for my HVAC system needs.

Vince Peters completed a maintenance check on our Air Conditioner unit. He is friendly, knowledgeable and arrived in a timely manner. He also provided us with some maintenance quotes for our HVAC to avoid any future issues.. We will review these. We recommend having Paschal as your HVAC/AC and Plumbing Co.

First time homebuyer and of course everything is going wrong on the first week lol. But anyways I had to call around to see if anyone could come out and fix the vent hood on our water heater and two other companies said they’d have to schedule it out for next week but the guy I spoke on the phone with at Pascal was super nice and said they could have someone out as soon as 4-8 PM today. At 3, Billy showed up and he was so sweet and kind and talked us through the whole process. He fixed our water heater and turned it on for us and also gave us some tips on being new homeowners. I would definitely reach out to Pascal again for future services required.

Josh did a great job of inspecting and evaluating the electrical system in our home. He provided suggestions and estimates for possible improvements. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

Mark was GREAT!!! He found the problem and fixed it. The problem was the washer box and a “crack” in the pipe that it was supposed to drain into. He fixed everything in about 3 hours. Again, he was GREAT. We will use him with any problem we may have.

My hot water was leaking and I called on a Saturday morning and talked to sweet Clint. Robert was able to come around 5:30. He was kind and knowledgeable and unfortunately my 21 year old hot water heater needs to be replaced. But Paschal has payment plans that will meet that need. I highly recommend Paschal and Robert!!

Would have been a 5 star if cody wouldve been the one to come do the estimate and the work. He did the work and saved us money because he knew what needed to be done not what was thought needed done.
