Ty was courteous, knowledgeable and capable. I have nothing but good things to say about him or the work he performed. My issue is the fact that every time Paschal performs my maintenance they try to sell me an assortment of expensive things to make my system “ perform better”. It’s like Im not getting a maintenance appointment it’s a sales appointment. I’m really tired of the program that Paschal makes its techs follow. It basically makes me not trust their advice. That is not good. I guess I better make a change.

We had our ducts cleaned. The two man team worked very efficiently together and were very careful and methodical. They also cleaned out our dryer exhaust duct. I might add that the weather was very windy and cold, but they didn’t complain. We feel it was worth it.

Our technician Shane arrived on time as promised to do our spring maintenance. Everything was carefully checked, cleaned, and verified so that we are ready for summer. In addition he explained about optional enhancements that are available if we need them and answered our questions on dual fuel operations on our thermostat. That was a big help for us since we have 2 furnaces along with 2 heat pumps / AC units. We use the propane when the weather is below freezing and understanding how to use the thermostat more efficiently will help a lot to prevent using more propane than necessary as well as eliminating our forgetfulness!

GTS (now Paschal) installed my heat pumps so I called them for annual service. My technician Bryce was professional and efficient and did the spring maintenance.
He discovered that one of my blowers was very dirty so he cleaned it. Highly recommend Pascals annual maintenance program. Not cheap but it gives me peace of mind and you can pay monthly. Great company and employees.

I called about 1030 am to ask for a replacement water heater quote. The price was right and they told me they could do it that day! Jojo arrived on time after calling ahead. He and his partner Trey were very courteous and professional. They removed a very old water heater and installed the new one. They were finished by 445 pm.

Both individuals were considerate of my home and wife. They informed both of us of any issues with our unit, which were none. The plumber was as good as it gets, was very good

Paschal sent a Plumber out to our house to see why our tankless water heater was not working. The Plumber (PJ) reviewed every thing and found out that the a valve was sticking, but in order to replace the valve the entire unit needed to be removed from it's housing (The Unit is 7 years old and we found out it has had some other repairs to it in the past.) PJ was very informative and gave us all the information for us to make an informed decision. We decided to go with a new unit and when they came back the next day to install the unit. They did a very good job on the installation they were very neat and clean with the installation.
I would recommend Paschal to anyone that needs to have any Plumbing, Heating, AC, or Electrical work done on there HVAC systems.

Austin did a super job with my water heater. He was prompt and very efficient. I would rate him 5 stars out of 5.

10.2.2024 I used ti's company again for routine HVAC maintenance and again received great service. Marquis did an amazing job and the best attribute is that he took extensive time answering my 100 questions. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am a hard customer as I expect THE BEST and they have yet to fail my expectations.

9/2024 Brian did some plumbing repair that I was devasted about. It involved cutting into my drywall for pipe repair. He could see my angst and disappointment in the news. He was scheduled 2 days later for the repair and did a wonderful job. I was ill on the day of the repair and vomiting at my desk and he took the time and compassion to ask if he could help me with that situation. Talk about customer service!

March/April 2024 James installed my new dishwasher and he did a fantastic job! He walked us through every step in the process. He cleaned up all the packing materials and trash. This is my 4th service with Paschal and they have all been great!

3.11.2025 Another routine maintenance on my HVAC system was a success. No complaints at all. I LOVE that they wear shoe covers before entering the home. The tech explained next steps throughout each phase. I had to update my system's converter.. I think that's the name.. otherwise all was fine and I'm pleased. He even washed the blower filter, changed my air filer, etc. I continue to use the company because they are on time, communicate effectively, and perform quality work

AMAZING experience! I can’t recommend Pascal any higher the whole time the team was here they were very professional and thorough. First time cleaning the dryer vent and needless to say, it was one of their worst case scenarios. Multiple birds nest in the vent and full of lent … it would’ve been a bad case eventually and definitely a hazard! If you haven’t done your vent you NEED to hire Pascal. I live in Missouri. Paschal put in an amazing system for heating and cooling here at my home lase June. No guess work, no maybes, no half answers and no BS! I was kept up to date at each and every stage. I read those reviews and they were absolutely spot on. I won't go any place else for my heating, cooling, plumbing or electrical needs! UPDATE: 03/06/25. Paschal contacted me with fantastic deal to upgrade my old hot water heater from a 40 gallon to a 50 gallon. My existing water heater was over 20 years old. Scheduled the appointment and Austin installed the new one in just over 1 hour. He recommended an upgrade to my wiring and breaker which he scheduled for me. Bryce did a good job of replacing 2 pounds of Freon we're gonna see how that works for a while. Hopefully I I do not have a leak. he explained how the air conditioner works and the heat pump and everything so we have a better idea of how of how everything's working

Sterling came out and convinced me that I needed a new water heater. He thoroughly explained why and that flushing the water heater might do more damage because the unit was 23 years old! Service was excellent. I called the office and Sterling was able to come by the same day. The next day I had a new water heater and hot water again.

called this morning for services to my water heater and furnace, was able to get the plumbing technician today. i was told an ETA of 12-4pm. within 15 minutes of requesting services i received a call from the tech, Jacob showed up within 30 minutes of the service request call. Once again, I used Paschal to install a new RV plug at my house. Price was reasonable and service was quick. Excellent Service with quality craftsmanship! Garrett is always prompt in his arrival with pleasant character. These guys are top notch and really care about customer satisfaction. Hard to find these days. I will definitely be calling them with any future issues.

Chris and Bobby came in to give me a second opinion. First plumber said we'd need to replace all pipes under the tub. Chris and Bobby proved that the pipes were sound, then identified the new roof and a cracked tile as my sources of moisture infiltration. My roofer will fix one, and I'll fix the other myself.

In short, they saved me 1300 bucks, and made themselves next to nothing. They found a ton of stuff that would be good to work on, but basically resolved my emergency for free. This is my go to company now.

Paschal/Larsen is our favorite heating and cooling service. We have been calling on them for HVAC services for more than a decade and they never disappoint! The technician thet sent this time was extremely knowlegeable, courteous and dedicated. I am not happy with any off hour assistance because there isn’t any. I have called several times and put a note on the website that my air conditioner is not working properly. They have been out two or three times for the same issue. This is a new unit and I have had several issues with it already. When the service guys come they are very helpful but I wish they had off hour service. I am frustrated with my unit.

Routine maintenance for winter done today. Josh was the technician and he did an excellent job and very professional.

Casey was very informative as to what I need to do about getting a new mini split installed. I had another independent contractor install my second unit and he screwed up the installation and then ghosted me when I had issues with the new unit. Having a reputable company install another new unit and stand behind it is comforting.

Payton (the tech) was very informative and did not hesitate to answer my questions.

Our technician, Payton, was very meticulous about his work. Working by himself, he did a fantastic job installing our combo air and heating system. His work ethic is great and was very informative about all the bells and whistles that came with our system. Proud to pass the word on Paschal.

Definitely a five-star company. We had a multi head ductless system installed and am amazed at how well it works. Called Larson Heating & Air on June 15th, Kirk & Gabe came out the very next day (Friday) and assessed our situation, that afternoon I received their quote, the following Monday I called and told them to proceed with getting the units ordered. Thought I might be looking at 3 -4 weeks but got a call the very next day saying they’d be there to install the following Tuesday and Tuesday the install was completed!! The system is fantastic, every one of the guys from start to finish were great, friendly, professional but most importantly knew exactly what thy were doing. My wife cannot get over how quiet this system is, you cannot hear anything inside or outside. We can sit under the gazebo in peace and quiet for the first time. Me, I’m a little more partial to how well this system works, how quickly and efficiently it cools the entire house. As you can probably tell, I’m more than quite pleased with Larson and the work they performed.

Today Paschal Pro Sterling Bridges installed a new gas water heater for me, replaced old valves and lines, installed a flood stop, and added everything needed to get me up to code. Bobby and Garrett did a great job replacing the shower cartridge in my bathroom. It was a big job and took quite a while. They left the bathroom clean and just the way they found it and now my faucet works better than it ever has!!! Very professional and knowledgeable!!!

My air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I mentioned this in passing to their HR representative, Makayla. She suggested that I call customer service to get a quote. When the technician came out, he was so thorough and professional. He showed me his recommendations Along with price quotes for temporary repairs as well as replacing the entire unit. I was surprised with how reasonably priced the quotes were. I decided to replace the entire unit. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have used Walker for years and appreciate them very much. They have put in two HVAC systems and done routine checks and maintenance on a regular basis. Their guys know their stuff and have never steered us wrong or tried to upsell us on anything. The updated scheduling system needs some tuning up and it would be nice to receive a heads-up if technician is more than an hour beyond the 4-hour window given. Calvin is awesome -- so knowledgeable, focused, and thorough. I flip on my systems with the confidence that they are in good shape and safe. Now, if you y'all could bring some fall weather! [Edited in 2024] I continue to experience issues with their automated scheduling service: multiple 'reminders' and exhorting me to make appointments I've already made. Have talked to them about how annoying this is. Also: talked to them about reminding their techs to stay focused on the issue at hand and STOP opining on my household decor OR my decision to have carpeting in parts of my home. It's none of their damned business! Very awkward. If service wasn't good, I would switch companies because of the unnecessary comments about my home decor. Stay on task.

Great experience. Came out within a couple of hours after we called them. He had the problem resolved within an hour.

Charley Westmoreland, came out today and did some work in the front yard. He did an excellent job. I would have given him a 10 star review if they had it. We have never had a such a good plumber before. We plan on asking for him from now own.

Placed my water heater and repaired the pipes and gas line. They were fair and explained the pricing. They were only called in for an estimate, and they did the work same day. The technician Pablo was very professional and patient. I would give them six stars if I could.

They’ve helped us repair a clogged drain two years in a row. This year, Jorge Diaz was our technician and spent almost two hours in 88 degrees inside repairing our HVAC unit. He was beyond kind, progressional, and went to a lot of work to ensure it was fixed for us to have air that day. He is the best of the best and would recommend to anyone! Paschal have themselves a good one

all I can say is Kameron, who services Hot Springs Village, is an awesome person. He was very helpful to me during my time of stress. whatever Paschal is paying him isn't enough. We have a unique home layout due to add-ons done over the years and almost no room was comfortably heated or cooled. When it was time to replace our old unit, we got multiple bids, and, in the end, we chose Walker AC & Heating (now Paschal Air). Mark and Cory thoroughly discussed our needs and designed a system adding new returns and improved duct paths. The new system is extremely quiet and energy efficient. We had Ya'll out to diag. our furnace. It went out during the recent ice storm. Response was quick, the repair had us comfortable and warm! And we WILL use you again!

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

Diagnosed issue after isolating different components. Believes thermostat may be failing, as several times recently the unit continues to run although the temperature is above the setting. Only complaint, and not with Benjamin in anyway, is that the prices for installing a new thermostat and for a matching replacement thermostat are well beyond reasonable. I will be doing the replacement myself.

The tech was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me a brand new system like some other AV companies do. I was very happy with them.

According to my husband, who knows about Hvac and is very hard to please, David was friendly, good with recommendations, good at explaining, and very knowledgeable in his field.

During the diagnostics today, He did not provide assumptions, he actually checked his theories and found the root cause of the problem. He is very handy and it appeared that he also had a great support from his colleagues at the office. When he was trying to figure out the problem he was able to reach out to more experienced people and receive recommendations.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

Val from Paschal was professional, knowledgeable and helped me understand every step of his suggestions. I had a horrible flood in my home and they repaired the issues bringing me up to code where a previous plumber did not in the two months prior. On the same day as the deep freeze hit Texas, I found out my sister in Azle had no heat. I live out of state so checked yelp and Google, chose Straight Shooter for all the 5 star reviews. I couldn't wait to leave them another one!

I called and spoke with Donna who is the kindest person, so helpful and scheduled my sister for same day with no emergency upcharge! She even offered to take her a space heater to use while she waited for the technician. Such an angel!

Luke came to check out the unit and was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Found the immediate problem and gave us some options on prices and timing. He was very thorough in his inspection and recommendations for maintenance and proper use instructions. It was after 10pm when he left my sisters house, warm and cozy.

While I am unhappy with the prior service on our HVAC system that necessitated the request for a technician on 11/16/22; my husband and I were more than happy with the technician who came to the rescue. Bryant was the name of the technician who arrived at our home to determine the cause of our brand new HVAC system tripping a circuit breaker 5 times in 4 days. Bryant was able to ferret out the problem, an incorrect wiring during the installation of correctly sized heat strips for our system by the previous technician. Bryant communicated to my husband what had occurred and what was done by him to correct the problem and went out of his way to label the electrical boxes on the HVAC unit to make working on the system in the future. Bryant is a definite asset to Paschal.

I was amazed with the customer service and quality of workmanship I received. I thought I could get by with just a space heater well, after 2 days I called Straight Shooter Ac and had a complete HVAC system in my house and couldn't be more delighted!!
