We are taking the following precautions due to the COVID-19 virus. All of our technicians have masks, glasses, latex gloves and shoe booties if they have to enter your home. Our technicians also have hand sanitizer and disinfectants that they use after every call.
If we are there to do maintenance and we don’t have to come inside your home to get to the equipment, we are asking homeowners to adjust the thermostat for us so we can do the system maintenance without entering the home. We will not be shaking hands and will keep our distance from customers.
Northwest Arkansas’ weather may not be predictable, but with planned HVAC maintenance, you’ll at least know you can rely on your furnace and air conditioner to be ready for whatever comes. Along with that peace of mind, you’ll get a few other benefits from a maintenance plan.
Benefits of Planned HVAC Maintenance
Convenient checkups – With normal use, the furnace and air conditioner collect debris and sustain wear. If not cleaned and tuned up every year, these systems can end up with problems that impair performance and efficiency, eventually causing components to fail before their normal life expectancy ends. With an HVAC maintenance plan, you won’t be tempted to skip routine inspection because you forgot to budget for it.
Lower energy bills – Dust on the A/C evaporator, a dirty blower motor, loose wires, a bad capacitor, and numerous other easily overlooked issues can really lower system efficiency and raise energy bills. Staying on top of furnace and A/C care keeps these systems running at optimal efficiency so they’ll cost you as little to operate as possible.
Favorable pricing – Even with attentive maintenance, every now and then a problem can pop up somewhere in your HVAC system. That can mean paying for repair work and/or new components. When you invest in planned HVAC maintenance, you’ll enjoy discounts on parts and labor, and you’ll never have to pay for overtime.
Priority scheduling – If your A/C or furnace breaks down on a hot summer day or icy winter night, having a maintenance agreement means you’ll be given priority over those other unprepared homeowners calling in about their malfunctioning system.
Reliable service – The last thing you need when your heating or cooling system is giving you trouble is the added headache of calling around to find an available HVAC technicianwho seems trustworthy. When you already have an agreement with a company you trust, you can relax knowing the problem will soon be taken care of.
