This was hard to decide on a number for review. They said they would be here between 7a.m. and noon for my plumbing problem. Leak from unknown origin. Come noon and no contact from anyone so I called. They informed me the technician was running behind. Okay. I understand that but let your customer know. 3p.m. no contact so I call again. They say they are forwarding it to the supervisor and they will still be here, technician is running behind. 330 I get a text from them telling me my technician will be arriving within 30 minutes. Then I get all from my technician, that my call had just been handed over to, letting me know he was on his way.Dylan was here within the 30 minutes he said he would be. He was very professional, yet personable, and promptly got me taken care of.I give Dylan a 5 star rating but the customer service prior to Dylan arriving I give a 3, being generous, more like a 1 or 2. Anyone can understand coming up against an issue elsewhere that takes longer than expected but, they already had a 5 hour window and should let their customers know when it will be later arrival. The customer should never have to call when the arrival time (again 5 hour window to start with) will be later than expected. Poor customer service before arrival, great customer service once here! If I could give Dylan higher than a 5, I would! He is the only reason my overall rating is as high as it is.
