Had to have the water connection from the wall to our fridge looked at. Called Wednesday and was able to schedule for the same Friday for our home schedule. Marc, our technician, called before to confirm and was right on time. He took a look and was able to explain in plain words what was needed. He gave us a quote. Very nicely priced for our budget considering other places wanted 3 times that price just to come out. He had everything taken care of in 3 hours, which was fast considering what we had to have done. He made sure all was good and gave us instructions for how to proceed with our new fridge. 100% will use again if / when needed.

We had a new unit put in this past March, we have had a couple of hiccups since then but Shane came out today to do a coil cleaning on our unit, he did a wonderful job and explained things and didn’t try to just sell us more stuff. We appreciate the work he did, he was prompt and arrived when he said he would, will have Shane come out to do maintenance from now on.

My experience with Paschal Plumbing & Heating was to help me with my leaking hot water under counter tank. 3 different techs came to my house seaking to solve my complaint etc. They were very concerned and showed great care working with my insurance to bring a real nightmare to a great ending. Our technician was polite and professional in conducting our semi-annual winter maintenance. He was thorough in his review and found everything in good working order. He advised us of the new monthly payment program which replaces the previous annual payment program. We agreed to the new payment program. I would highly recommend Pascal to anyone needing service on their HVAC system.

Shane was very knowledgeable and kind. Paschal helped me with problem the next day of call. Had been without heat for a week. The Carrier certified places hadn't been very helpful (Lamar Clements). But the Mt Vernon (Dion's), location helped me find your number. Dion's said Carrier Payne warranty owed them money and couldn't do service.

Pascal’s did a great job for us, technicians are very professional and Francisco Torres did a great job. Every time he went to get a part or a tool from his truck, he would take off his booties and reapply them when he came back into our home. He was very knowledgeable about his job and seemed to care about my concerns. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and took care not to bump against any of the walls with his ladder and cleaned up after himself with the vacuum .

The 2man crew came, listened to what I wanted, assessed the situation, offered some cost savings ideas, after we agreed they went right to work. Great work at a fair price. We have all of our services for electrical, a/c and plumbing done by Paschal and we love the service. Today, Marin and Grant serviced out water heaters, and although we have a rather complicated set up for our water heaters in a small closet, they tackled the job with patience, efficiency and professionalism. It took them a little longer than they expected due to our crazy set up, but never complained and went about their work in a timely manner, leaving with the same great attitudes they arrived with. Would recommend Bryce with Paschal to anyone! After two guys came to “fix” our problem the issue was still not resolved. Bryce came out and was able to identify the issue instantly and fix the problem at no extra charge! Will definitely request him as our technician anytime we need anything!

*Excellent Company*We have had experiences with several Pachal employees over the last year! We got a new Water Heater installed, new AC Unit, P(inside/out) plumbing repair on tub faucet, new electrical panel and heater hooked up, the list to goes on and on. Today, 7/26/23, AUSTIN was at our house in Lavaca, in the heat, replacing our our electrical panel and hooking up the heater. He was here from 8am to close to 7 or 730pm. The whole time, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuine. I would have been so irritated, he was never!! I even got a call from his boss, David, to apologize about the long wait that was NOT Paschal's fault by the way, but David felt the need to explain what the issue was. If OGE was not going to turn our electricity back on, Paschal was going to pay for a hotel room that accepted our 3 fur-babies. Austin didn't complain one bit! His boss, David, was also very nice and said he would help in any way. Austin is a bada$$ and did an excellent job!!! Dillion Black went over all options. He was very nice. Seth and Yael installed our new AC unit like pros. Corbin, and Dustin helped with some plumbing issues! We upgraded so many things and have had several employees for each service. Wonderful company, professional, and reputable. We decided to get a new unit through Paschal. It's so amazing. Our house is so cool and stays cool even when the air is off!! Love this company!!!
