He diagnosed the problem, repaired the faulty contactor, and checked out the unit to make sure it will be ready for cool weather. He was polite and explained the problem well. Plumber AJ DeWolfe was especially thorough. He identified a drainage issue that had been a long term problem. Repairs were prompt and successful.

I was charged $224 for an A/C repair that was caused by a technician not cleaning the condensate drain pipe during an April 11,2023 routine service.I asked the technician if the pipe needed to be cleaned and he told me it didn’t.Caleb quickly responded to my concern. He apologized and provided a refund.

Jose was really cool, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk with. Price seems a little steep but that's just how it is now. I don't necessarily like how the company pushes a membership when they visit, because who wants another subscription. Overall I would recommend Paschal, these guys know what they're doing.

I live in a very old house. The faucet in the front yard was leaking some. I called Paschal because they had done good work for me before on my A/C. They dispatched James. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He explained that the pipe was basically rotting out & very likely to crack if worked upon. He was able to quickly address this by a total replacement of the pipe from the meter to the house. I am very pleased with his explaining what my options were. It took about half a day to dig a trench along the old pipe, done by the digging crew. Just today he took about half a day to lay in the new pipe and connect it up. He had me test the flow to the bath tub. It came out clear because James took the time and effort to clear the new pipe of any dirt. I am very pleased.

Those are five hard-earned stars for Nykle, the man who did the job today. He came early and stayed late pick-axing his way through big rocks and cement in order to do the job right. I know the job turned out to be a lot more difficult than anticipated, but he got it done AND stayed true to the company’s estimate. Our last service was HVAC. COLTON BURNETT. He is courteous, kind, super knowledgeable, honest and above and beyond in soooo many ways. He is a superstar that gives Paschal the great reputation they deserve.

His supervisor, Lyle, is also a gem. He deserves Kudos too!

Colton knows his stuff and could explain in detail all the whys, ifs, ands and buts of all things we asked and explained everything well. There is nothing he did not know, and if he was just a little unsure, (instead of making things up), or wanted another opinion , he went up the ladder to Lyle and got more information to figure things out. Honesty. Integrity. I love that about him. He’s really a super asset to the company.

Repair man was excellent. Did great job

I own a 106 year old house, and I've had Pascal repair a broken circuit I couldn't find all the way up in my attic. They installed a whole home water filtration system, and today they serviced my AC units. Their pricing isn't the cheapest, but when you consider "you get what you pay for," with Pascal, you get what you pay for, which for me has been polite, knowledgeable, and professional service. All three technicians that have done work for me were all good dudes, well trained, knowledgeable, experienced, and most importantly HONEST. Highly recommend

A/C quit working. I scheduled an appointment to have a technician look at it. A few minutes later, the tech called to say that he was available earlier than scheduled. He came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He fixed the issue and checked the rest of the system to make sure it was in order. Very satisfied.

Cody came and did a very thorough job of servicing our air conditioner. He also shared with my husband what he could do to keep our system running smoothly for many years to come. We would absolutely recommend this service.

I use Pascal for HVAC. The quality of the work is excellent they are extremely professional and responsive to my phone calls. They always arrive right on time. When they finish they give me a complete list of what they have done for me and they are authorized dealers for my brand of AC. I am 77 years old and have never had a company that was this efficient doing work on my home.

My air conditioner stopped working. I called Paschal and the friendly assistant gave me an appointment right away. The very knowledgeable technician Aaron came out that same afternoon and carried all parts with him for making possible repairs. Because of this foresight the repair could be done immediately and our unit was up and running in no time. Further Aaron explained patiently why the unit stopped working, showed us the causes and therefore further assured our trust. I really appreciated their prompt response and signed up for their maintenance plan. I feel very well taken care off. All in all a five star experience and reasonably priced too.

1-First we needed a professional to come out as soon as possible, which ended in up being the next day. Wow!We had Paschal come to perform the semi annual maintenance. We were not sure if there was an issue but we noticed that sometimes the A/ C would stop working and needed to be turned off and back on to reset it. The professional found the cause and replaced the part immediately. The house cools off faster and now runs more efficiently.We also took out their Plus Maintenance Plan. Thank you BryceOn 9/6/23 our 22 yr old water heater started leaking. We called them up and they came within a day. We decided to replace the water heater with a bigger 50 gallon one. They removed and replaced it all the same day. It was an unexpected expense but they even had financing available to us. This really helped us out. We have maintenance plan on our water heater also. It’s so nice to know they do stand behind their work.On 8/9/24 we had an issue with our recent purchase of a thermostat. It was revving our furnace up every time it reached the temperature set on the thermostat. The professional showed up and diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the issue. Our thermostat was replaced under warranty and the furnace runs properly now. The tech stuff on the furnace is beyond me but we do trust them and have only been pleased with all the work they have done for us and them standing behind their merchandise and work. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful experience with Wiley, the electrician, out of Springfield Missouri. He was helpful, went above and beyond to make sure all our outlets were working properly and fixed our heated floor which no one else could figure out! He also put in surge protectors in our breaker box, showed us how they worked and cleaned up after he was finished. He was respectful to us and to our house! Always very responsive to messages for service, even after normal business hours. Service Tech Oscar was friendly, polite, and efficient---and took time to explain the issues in detail (but also simply enough for me to understand). I've used Paschal both for complete A/C replacement and also for regular maintenance and repair, they have been great in all situations.

Paschal replaced our old heat & air system with a new Trane Unit. Our sales rep Drew was great, very knowledgeable & polite. Once we scheduled the installation, the techs were right on time and worked to replace our unit in one day. They hauled off the old system. They also took the time to program the new thermostat and helped us set up our Iphone app for it. Can't say enough about Paschal Heat & Air. Totally pleased.

Definitely a five-star company. We had a multi head ductless system installed and am amazed at how well it works. Called Larson Heating & Air on June 15th, Kirk & Gabe came out the very next day (Friday) and assessed our situation, that afternoon I received their quote, the following Monday I called and told them to proceed with getting the units ordered. Thought I might be looking at 3 -4 weeks but got a call the very next day saying they’d be there to install the following Tuesday and Tuesday the install was completed!! The system is fantastic, every one of the guys from start to finish were great, friendly, professional but most importantly knew exactly what thy were doing. My wife cannot get over how quiet this system is, you cannot hear anything inside or outside. We can sit under the gazebo in peace and quiet for the first time. Me, I’m a little more partial to how well this system works, how quickly and efficiently it cools the entire house. As you can probably tell, I’m more than quite pleased with Larson and the work they performed.

Replaced my entire system including ducts. Moises repaired two registers that were hard to reach and had to crawl under the front portion of the house to reconnect the ducts to the registers. Shout out to him for going the extra mile. New unit works great thanks to being properly sized. Out old unit was too small. If you’re looking around for a new a/c system I highly recommend Paschal. Schedule 4 times 3 no shows 4th time they Schedule a afternoon appointment because a morning Doctor appointment. They showed up that morning when no one was home.

We were highly impressed with Paschal through the entire process of replacing our AC unit. They took the time explain everything, gave us multiple quotes so we had options, never made us feel pressured to make a choice, or bad about getting quotes from other businesses. The day of the install they found a problem in the duct work that had been missed, but fixed it without adding any additional cost to us and it added hours to their day. In addition they spent over 13 hours at our house and would not leave until everything was completely finished and cleaned up. They answered our questions and concerns, were friendly to our kids as they came through and asked questions, just overall we had an outstanding experience with Paschal. Our only regret is we didn’t call 5 years ago when our AC started having issues!

Back in November of 2023 I had scheduled a tune up for our heat pump unit. Mr. Jorge Diaz showed up to perform the maintenance required that day. He showed up on time. Jorge was very professional and detailed with what was going on with the unit. He found that there was a defective schrader valve that was slowly leaking freon. He immediately told me about the issue and went into detail about what was happening. He replaced the defective valve and resolved the problem. Jorge is a top notch employee and we were pleased with his professionalism.

So happy to find this company the employees are really good with everything they explain with clearly. Josh and his partner are good with what they doing. My family and I are very excited and happy to find this company’s, know We can enjoy the air conditioning. Thanks again for all the job.

I was surprised with how reasonably priced the quotes were. I decided to replace the entire unit. I would definitely recommend this company.

As it turned out, we needed a new thermostat, due to a surge that caused the old one to be inoperable. Jake quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. We have used Walker for years and appreciate them very much. They have put in two HVAC systems and done routine checks and maintenance on a regular basis. Their guys know their stuff and have never steered us wrong or tried to upsell us on anything. The updated scheduling system needs some tuning up and it would be nice to receive a heads-up if technician is more than an hour beyond the 4-hour window given. Jackson was absolutely phenomenal. For the past couple weeks, my sink has been leaking water which has caused me a great deal of frustration. I finally decided that my DIY methods of addressing the issue were not working. So I decided to call Paschal Air, Pluming & Electric after reading through their reviews and noticed they're favored by previous customers and their stars were highly rated! They were attentive and quick on getting me booked to schedule an appointment and came out this week to fix the issue.
That's where I was paired with Jackson for the job!
He addressed the issue clearly and informatively in a way I could understand the problem, and gave me a clear scope of options that would not only address the problem, but would be cost effective and personalized to fit my needs and my budget. We came across an agreement on a solution for the sink going forward, and he had the job done and taken care of in 30 minutes, if not less! I was amazed at how quick the job took, and overall how professional he was during our contract! I would definitely recommend Paschal Air as well as Jackson specifically for a reliable company, and a plumbing technician that can 100% handle your needs. After having done countless renovations over the years and having worked with an endless list of quasi service providers, finding Paschal & more specifically, Jackson Smith, has proven to be the best experience. There was a major gas leak at a commercial property. It was underground on a 2” line. This was during the Polar Blast of 2024 at 16°F. We had to mobilize a plan. Jackson arrived with a concrete saw, a jack hammer and digging tools. He carefully cut a precise working area out of a 4” thick slab then used a pick to get through frozen ground. They dug around 28” then hand dug around the becoming exposed gas line. These tasks alone were a difficult accomplishment. Most plumbers wouldn’t even show up. Now the breach in the fitting has been located. This was the first part of the operation and the first estimate. This task was difficult and completed in a timely & professional fashion. I was appreciative. I felt the price charged was reasonable and all went smoothly. This is also the part where other plumbers may have made it to this point, got paid for the this part of the job…and never called back. Paschal Group & Jackson said they could do it and would be back. We were now looking at what it was going to take to actually make the repair and get the job done once the initial excavation had been completed with the breach exposed. When a project like this is begun, there can be a lot of unknown findings. So the first part of this major operation & problem was agreed upon, paid for and completed professionally & successfully. Five Stars. If you have read this far we are now moving to the second transaction in the operation. There were two separate days & tasks.

The Repair: Jackson Smith.
It is hard to grasp the level of difficulty & planning that had to take place for this repair. First of all we are in middle America, Arkansas where materials aren’t just readily available, especially on the weekend during a winter storm that has left most of the state impassable & was declared a state of emergency. Paschal Plumbing & Jackson did not leave me hanging. Jackson traveled 50 miles to the only store opened that could get us what we needed. We had one shot & that’s it. His measurements & planning had to be perfect. After he was able to locate the material, he called me with the price for the job. It was an expensive task. We had to move forward. It was 11AM by that time. As I mentioned earlier, the whole state had been declared emergency, so Jackson had several other calls before mine. We waited. My faith had been challenged that they were not going to show back up as it became 6, 7 & then 8 PM on a Saturday. He did communicate. I had truly lost hope though with the size of the project, the time & that it was 16° & dropping. The next several days were projected to be even more deteriorating whether. Jackson arrived just before 9 PM with a helper. I had already dragged up additional supplies to help the situation in below freezing temperatures in hopes he would make it. I prepped the area with layers of packing quilts & had a warming area ready so no one got frostbite. It was a very long and difficult operation. Removing the old pipe had to be done in a very delicate fashion in an effort to not damage the main line which is 5’ below ground. Between pipe wrenches, bandsaw, & Sawzall the removal was a success. This may have been the most tense part of the job because the repair hinged on saving the existing line. By the way-it’s midnight, 15° & working in a hole outside. Next steps were very precision specific in measuring, threading & pipe fitting. It was an impressive operation that took a special skill set most people can never possess, not to mention the terrible weather conditions. We finished at 3am. It was a very taxing and strenuous situation. Jackson showed up to the job with all the parts & other specific tools to knock it out! Paschal supplied their Star employee with tools for success. Jackson is unbelievably talented. Hope I can work with him in the future. Grateful. Very Fair. A+++

Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

Diagnosed issue after isolating different components. Believes thermostat may be failing, as several times recently the unit continues to run although the temperature is above the setting. Only complaint, and not with Benjamin in anyway, is that the prices for installing a new thermostat and for a matching replacement thermostat are well beyond reasonable. I will be doing the replacement myself.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. While I am unhappy with the prior service on our HVAC system that necessitated the request for a technician on 11/16/22; my husband and I were more than happy with the technician who came to the rescue. Bryant was the name of the technician who arrived at our home to determine the cause of our brand new HVAC system tripping a circuit breaker 5 times in 4 days. Bryant was able to ferret out the problem, an incorrect wiring during the installation of correctly sized heat strips for our system by the previous technician. Bryant communicated to my husband what had occurred and what was done by him to correct the problem and went out of his way to label the electrical boxes on the HVAC unit to make working on the system in the future. Bryant is a definite asset to Paschal.

If I could give Walker less than 1 star I would. I had and entire brand new A/C unit installed 7/2020 ( Should've went with Willard) and have had soooo many issues but this last issue was it. After multiple service calls within the last few weeks finally found out that I have an evaporator coil leak which the part is covered by the manufacturer but I have to pay for the labor over $1900.00. As a consumer this sounds ridiculous....after paying 10k for a new unit less than 2 years ago. The part is faulty by the manufacturer and all Walker would say well you only had 1 year labor warranty. Their responses was soooo generic and robotic. This is a WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT use their service. Since they've been bought out the service is HORRIBLE. You measure a Company's service by how they resolve the issues outside normal everyday problems. I have multiple properties that use Walker not anymore. I'm going to post and warn consumers on every platform about their terrible service!

Let me start by saying, I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and work ethic these gentlemen possessed. I called Monday afternoon Patty was there that evening . The next day at 8am my system was beinginstalled. The gentleman arrived at 7:45am and started working. They did not leave until 5:30pm working the entire time, even pulled my trash can from the curb. We’ve used Walker HVAC exclusively since 1986, when we bought a Fredrick window unit from them to heat and cool a room I’d added to our small house. We haven’t required much service since then but did need to completely change out our central unit back in 2001. Walker did that for us, putting in a Trane heat pump. That unit performed flawlessly until about a year ago, when it needed a charge of Freon and replacement of a small part. Every technician that worked on the unit was extremely nice and seemed to know exactly what to do. Last week we finally turned the central unit on for this season and no joy - no cooling at all. Calvin came out initially and determined that the little device they replaced last May had leaked almost all our Freon, but needed to check with the office before replacing the lost Freon. I talked with Juan via both office visit and by phone. At that time he was behind a desk and was going to visit with management to see how best to proceed in our case. Today Juan himself came out , replaced our missing Freon, and got the central unit operating great again. Very efficient. My only regret was that I didn’t immediately recognize him without the desk and computer in front of him. Sorry about that, Juan. Juan, like almost every other Walker technician, was the picture of curtesy and efficiency. And the bottom line was that Walker HVAC stood behind their year old repair and replaced the Freon at no charge. That I did not expect. Thank you, Juan, for going to bat for us, and thank you Walker HVAC for standing behind your work 100%.
