Our heater wasn’t working upstairs last winter and we forgot about it until about a month ago because it’s just guest bedrooms and an office up stairs. We called Paschal Heating And Air and they came out to look at it. Well, turns out when we built this house in 2018 no one turned to gas on to the upstairs heating unit. They found that right away, turned it on, checked for carbon monoxide and checked all the vents to make sure everything worked and we were safe. The service call was less than 100 dollars and we got the best service from the two technicians that came out. I can’t tell you how satisfied and happy I am with their service. They will be the only place I call if I have a problem in the future

Technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. His name was Malik. He was very thorough when checking our heater for winter. My husband was impressed (and he doesn’t impress easily!) with all the steps Malik took to ensure that our unit was ready for winter.

Had these guys install a new hot water heater. Phenomenal service. I had some concerns after meeting the first guy as he was pretty rude, but he is no longer with their company and the install guys Jesse and Adam were great.

Kevin came out to repair my A/C today. He showed me exactly what was wrong with the unit and explained why it wasn't working. Just had our heat/air system replaced. Paschal sent out a guy named Dallas that was super helpful and answered all my questions last week to give a quote. I received a list of things I could do to prepare for the job to make it smoother for them and protect my property. The install team came when scheduled and even called with a 20 min heads up of their arrival. The two-man team got straight to work and were visited by a manager mid-job to make sure everything was good to go. If they took a lunch break, it was something they brought with them because they never left. They quoted 6-8 hours and it was just over six hours and they were on their way back home. But they first made sure I understood my system. While doing so they engaged my kids about the video games they were playing and made friends with my dogs that I was supposed to have put up. System is cooling well and I can’t think of anything to help them improve. I spent 6 years in customer service so it’s kind of a big deal to me…..Well done!

We needed a new system for our main floor of the house after the old Armstrong finally went out. Paschal was fair and prompt on installing a new Trane system. Worked great until the coil sprung a leak after three months (no fault of Paschal). They were out the next next day, diagnosed the problem and installed a new coil the following Monday. In the mean time they came out twice to add refrigerant to keep us in the cool. Very professional, caring and prompt. We'll use them again!

Bobby is the best!!!! He said he loves working where he does because the whole mission is helping people. He talked to me the whole time about what needed done as well as what I could do to the return air to stop the annoying pop that happens when the air cycles off. Our geothermal HVAC unit stopped working a few days ago. I called Paschall HVAC, who initially installed our system. Andrew, one of their technicians came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. This is the second time that Andrew was at our house to work on the HVAC. I am extremely impressed with his ability to diagnose the problem quickly. He took pictures of the burned out pump motor and explained the root of the problem. He gave us a clear timeline of when new parts would be in and how long it would take to fully resolve the issue. I really appreciate Paschall’s quick service, and specifically, Andrew’s communication skills, professionalism, and ability to work through the issue in an efficient/orderly manner.

I only took 1 star off because the day of installation I was called after taking the day off work to be told the installation wasn't happening because the unit was damaged. But they explained that they wanted us to have the best possible equipment available. When they arrived to do the installation 3 days later they discovered the new unit was also damaged and had to order a new one. Which another employee brought just an hour later and everything went great after that. As frustrating as it was considering I was without ac for over a month. I have to say the folks at Paschal really gave us their best despite things beyond their control. I would highly recommend them I'm the future.

Incredible response time and quick diagnosis/repair. While Paschal is a tad more expensive it’s like a “buy once cry once.” They have stocked vans, don’t charge by the hour, and have quality parts and well-trainer friendly people. Dillon let me hang around and even learn about what was going on (I’m nerdy like that). It was nice to learn what I could do as a homeowner and what I should leave to the professionals. He also was able to estimate the remaining life of our unit and give a reasonable suggestion for a replacement unit. He was dispatched to a town that he had already been to, and it was well past 5:00, and he was not the least bit salty about it. That’s work ethic and professionalism in my eyes!I recommend Paschal if you are someone who pays a little more for rapid response, quality parts, and good customer service.

This team has been so absolutely amazing! We had an issue in the hottest part of the season and our normal A/C guy was on vacation. Paschal was very quickly responsive and then even more reliable when we realized we needed a new complete replacement in a 30 year old house with two stories and limited access. Not only did our repair guy come out on a Sunday morning, but had an estimate guy come to our house within an hour. Our install was scheduled and done on Wednesday… and we thought we were going to have to endure a major heatwave for another 5-6 days. Superior customer service! Would recommend to ANYONE!!!!!

Our AC quit working in July on a Saturday night. We left a message Sunday morning for service. We received a quick response and had a technician at the house by Sunday afternoon. Kevin was professional and friendly and very helpful and he answered all of our questions. He worked quickly to find and fix the issue. The cost was reasonable, especially for a Sunday afternoon. We had previously purchased a service agreement with Paschal which saved us money, so we recommend having a service agreement in place for emergencies.

In the middle of the summer cooling season, we woke to a system that had stopped cooling. After being told by one company that they were too busy and shorthanded to help us, Paschal answered the phone, had a technician at our house in 2 hours and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. We were more then grateful because I'm currently eight months pregnant and we have a toddler. Garrett, the technician, was very professional. He called when he was on his way and arrived in a timely manner. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and made me feel like I was his main priority even though it was after 5 on a Friday. He represented the company well and I will not hesitate to use Paschal again. I will request Garrett as our technician even though I’m sure they have many good techs.
