10/12/24We get maintenance on our furnace and a/c. They are professional and respectful. They just installed equipment to notify us of if condensation is happening and whether to change the air filter. Very nice to have another layer of protection.1-First we needed a professional to come out as soon as possible, which ended in up being the next day. Wow!We had Paschal come to perform the semi annual maintenance. We were not sure if there was an issue but we noticed that sometimes the A/ C would stop working and needed to be turned off and back on to reset it. The professional found the cause and replaced the part immediately. The house cools off faster and now runs more efficiently.In 7/22We also took out their Plus Maintenance Plan. It’s already saved us money If you maintain your Heating and Air Conditioning, like us, due to the age of our equipment, This is only a few dollars more with perksThank you for a job well done and professional2-we had to call them again about a different issue, The fan was not working. Bryce fixed 2 issues, we didn’t know 2 things failed. He’s bright, professional and very courteous. He also knew what he was doing. Thank you BryceOn 9/6/23 our 22 yr old water heater started leaking. We called them up and they came within a day. We decided to replace the water heater with a bigger 50 gallon one. They removed and replaced it all the same day. It was an unexpected expense but they even had financing available to us. This really helped us out. We have maintenance plan on our water heater also. It’s so nice to know they do stand behind their work.On 8/9/24 we had an issue with our recent purchase of a thermostat. It was revving our furnace up every time it reached the temperature set on the thermostat. The professional showed up and diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the issue. Our thermostat was replaced under warranty and the furnace runs properly now. The tech stuff on the furnace is beyond me but we do trust them and have only been pleased with all the work they have done for us and them standing behind their merchandise and work. Thanks again.

Paschal was here today replacing the HVAC and Hot Water Heater. My comfort advisor, Sean was great. Very thorough and provided several options to meet the needs of my home and preferences. The HVAC installers, Jackie and Gage were great guys. Friendly, professional and worked efficiently. The Hot Water Heater installer, Armando was informative and caught an existing problem and fixed it. He was careful to make sure I didn’t mind when he turned off the water. Overall, I am really happy with the job they did.

Technician arrive at the scheduled time. Technician was very personable, thoroughly explained what maintenance he was going to perform. Examined and serviced all components of my heat pump system.Technician made sure I understood how the system should work, and what I should be doing to insure proper operation of the hvac system. Ive never left a situation where a person told me my only real options are to now spend 1000s of dollars on a whole new HVAC system and somehow also left me having a more positive day than it started because of his kindness and professionalism in his job. So thankful and continue to be so impressed with the quality of talent and human integrity that Paschal hires and prioritizes to service my home. Every encounter is seamless and solution oriented.

They helped us get a good system installed in our time of need, in addition to making improvements in the ducting that had been a problem since before we bought the house.Every single time a salesperson, technician (twp follow up commissioning checks) or the installers have been to the house, they have been courteous, respectful and on time. I'm trying to find a fault but they've made it hard to do so.They replaced our full furnace and air conditioning. We've been happy with it thus far. This review is a year after the initial installation.

They have now serviced two properties with 5 HVAC units and have only replaced one. That did a few essential repairs in one other. 10.2.2024 I used ti's company again for routine HVAC maintenance and again received great service. Marquis did an amazing job and the best attribute is that he took extensive time answering my 100 questions. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I am a hard customer as I expect THE BEST and they have yet to fail my expectations.9/2024 Brian did some plumbing repair that I was devasted about. It involved cutting into my drywall for pipe repair. He could see my angst and disappointment in the news. He was scheduled 2 days later for the repair and did a wonderful job. I was ill on the day of the repair and vomiting at my desk and he took the time and compassion to ask if he could help me with that situation. Talk about customer service!March/April 2024 James installed my new dishwasher and he did a fantastic job! He walked us through every step in the process. He cleaned up all the packing materials and trash. This is my 4th service with Paschal and they have all been great!

What seemed like only a routine toilet issue was an additional pressure problem that easily could have broke pipes elsewhere behind walls, and Chris fixed both with excellent diagnosis and delivery. Always so impressed with how well-run Paschal is, and who they employ! Fabulous employees!9/19/23: Doing construction in the backyard and punctured the sewage line. Paschal responded immediately, and was fixed in no time. We had Alex this time, with an assist from Eddy. I sound like a broken record, but we've only seen 5 star employees from this company! I'm always so impressed with their competence, kindness, timeliness, and customer service. Alex even did an extra gas hookup to new grill, just cuz he was there. This is a stellar company!1/24/24: Broken sewer line under driveway! There is only one company we turn to for complex work like this. As always, Paschal sends the best (AJ McCulley in this case) who gave me three options, lined out the work, and put the plan in play. Great customer service, and great technical expertise. Always the same! Best run company!3/8/24: Due to the broken sewer line/driveway section replacement…we entered an insurance claim. I stopped into the office to get help filling out the Carrier’s questionnaire, and the Plumbing Manager himself (Joshua Gross) took 20 mins between mtgs and did the whole thing for us immediately!! The people at this company repeatedly amaze me!!! Truly the best. Thankful for them…10/1/24: another 5 star experience today. Technician (Dan C.) came and performed our annual service on our HVAC units. In addition to the always pleasant service you receive, Dan did a particularly good job itemizing the system’s potential issues, explaining them, giving estimates to remedy, all without pushing a sale on you. This company and its people are repeatedly the best!

He explained membership well, but the estimated were ridiculously too high and not needed for a furnace/AC unit that is just under 3 years old. I was pleased with him, but not pleased with Paschal'"sales push'. I had an annual membership paid in full, but now with the takeover of Patriot, they charge monthly, and won't accept an annual payment. Kudos to Isaac, but not Paschal!

I knew my water heater was 14vyears old and it was making terrible cracking noises, but I didn't know it was leaking, so I went ahead and got one, he installed it, he had to go get some parts, but I am glad he dud, to do it right and not just use the things.The only thing that disappointed me was he was not able to fix my outside faucets , that is what I had called about. He was given the wrong parts for them. But he said they will call me tomorrow and come and do them.I hope they do.

Upon initiating my service request on Tuesday, September 3rd, they had Pablo Lopez (licensed plumber) to my house by Thursday the 5th to look into things and see what was going on and today, Thursday the 12th it's fixed. Paschal sent Pablo and Nykel out to my house. They fixed the leak in my foundation and rerouted my water line to prevent future issues. Pablo is very knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions, and he ensured that I understood everything I was uncertain of! Call Pascal for all of your plumbing needs!

Shiloh Smith came out to do our seasonal check up on our air and heating unit. He found there was a freon leak. He worked for over an hour trying to find the leak, to no avail. He called the office and had the leak search charges dropped. All we paid for was the freon itself. He has been to our house numerous times and is very personable and professional. A definite asset to the company.

Colton knows his stuff and could explain in detail all the whys, ifs, ands and buts of all things we asked and explained everything well. There is nothing he did not know, and if he was just a little unsure, (instead of making things up), or wanted another opinion , he went up the ladder to Lyle and got more information to figure things out. Honesty. Integrity. I love that about him. He’s really a super asset to the company.

A/C quit working. I scheduled an appointment to have a technician look at it. A few minutes later, the tech called to say that he was available earlier than scheduled. He came out and quickly diagnosed the problem. He fixed the issue and checked the rest of the system to make sure it was in order. Very satisfied.

Service Tech Oscar was friendly, polite, and efficient---and took time to explain the issues in detail (but also simply enough for me to understand). I've used Paschal both for complete A/C replacement and also for regular maintenance and repair, they have been great in all situations.

The tech was so polite. He put on booties before entering my house. I.could track when he would be here. He explained a future problem I might encounter, but felt my system was running fine for now. Be advised a service call only applies to one unit.

Definitely a five-star company. We had a multi head ductless system installed and am amazed at how well it works. Called Larson Heating & Air on June 15th, Kirk & Gabe came out the very next day (Friday) and assessed our situation, that afternoon I received their quote, the following Monday I called and told them to proceed with getting the units ordered. Thought I might be looking at 3 -4 weeks but got a call the very next day saying they’d be there to install the following Tuesday and Tuesday the install was completed!! The system is fantastic, every one of the guys from start to finish were great, friendly, professional but most importantly knew exactly what thy were doing. My wife cannot get over how quiet this system is, you cannot hear anything inside or outside. We can sit under the gazebo in peace and quiet for the first time. Me, I’m a little more partial to how well this system works, how quickly and efficiently it cools the entire house. As you can probably tell, I’m more than quite pleased with Larson and the work they performed.

Replaced my entire system including ducts. Moises repaired two registers that were hard to reach and had to crawl under the front portion of the house to reconnect the ducts to the registers. Shout out to him for going the extra mile. New unit works great thanks to being properly sized. Out old unit was too small. If you’re looking around for a new a/c system I highly recommend Paschal. Gotta give a big shout out to your company. Turned on the AC earlier this week and wouldnt work. Less than 10 years old but out of warrenty. Installed by Goodman Heating and Cooling. So of course who would I call first? Per their instructions they requested contact by text. So I texted them. After 3 messages in four days with no response I called PASCHAL. Within 3 hours we were fixed. So now I will be telling everyone I know how paschal took care of me. Thank you very much.

Schedule 4 times 3 no shows 4th time they Schedule a afternoon appointment because a morning Doctor appointment. They showed up that morning when no one was home.

We were highly impressed with Paschal through the entire process of replacing our AC unit. They took the time explain everything, gave us multiple quotes so we had options, never made us feel pressured to make a choice, or bad about getting quotes from other businesses. The day of the install they found a problem in the duct work that had been missed, but fixed it without adding any additional cost to us and it added hours to their day. In addition they spent over 13 hours at our house and would not leave until everything was completely finished and cleaned up. They answered our questions and concerns, were friendly to our kids as they came through and asked questions, just overall we had an outstanding experience with Paschal. Our only regret is we didn’t call 5 years ago when our AC started having issues!

Back in November of 2023 I had scheduled a tune up for our heat pump unit. Mr. Jorge Diaz showed up to perform the maintenance required that day. He showed up on time. Jorge was very professional and detailed with what was going on with the unit. He found that there was a defective schrader valve that was slowly leaking freon. He immediately told me about the issue and went into detail about what was happening. He replaced the defective valve and resolved the problem. Jorge is a top notch employee and we were pleased with his professionalism.

So happy to find this company the employees are really good with everything they explain with clearly. Josh and his partner are good with what they doing. My family and I are very excited and happy to find this company’s, know We can enjoy the air conditioning. Thanks again for all the job.

My air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I mentioned this in passing to their HR representative, Makayla. She suggested that I call customer service to get a quote. When the technician came out, he was so thorough and professional. He showed me his recommendations Along with price quotes for temporary repairs as well as replacing the entire unit. I was surprised with how reasonably priced the quotes were. I decided to replace the entire unit. I would definitely recommend this company.

As it turned out, we needed a new thermostat, due to a surge that caused the old one to be inoperable. Jake quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. He was courteous and extremely personable. I just wish that Paschal wouldn’t ask their technicians to be salesmen. Fix my problem, make me happy; I’ll come to YOU when I need/want something else.

5 stars job house is cooler now

We have used Walker for years and appreciate them very much. They have put in two HVAC systems and done routine checks and maintenance on a regular basis. Their guys know their stuff and have never steered us wrong or tried to upsell us on anything. The updated scheduling system needs some tuning up and it would be nice to receive a heads-up if technician is more than an hour beyond the 4-hour window given. Calvin is awesome -- so knowledgeable, focused, and thorough. I flip on my systems with the confidence that they are in good shape and safe. Now, if you y'all could bring some fall weather! [Edited in 2024] I continue to experience issues with their automated scheduling service: multiple 'reminders' and exhorting me to make appointments I've already made. Have talked to them about how annoying this is. They’ve helped us repair a clogged drain two years in a row. This year, Jorge Diaz was our technician and spent almost two hours in 88 degrees inside repairing our HVAC unit. My first experience with Paschal HVAC was that they were good at what they did, but very overpriced. My next experiences with their plumbing technicians were different. Michael, Eddie, and Dustin were very prompt, very good at what they did, and gave me a very decent price. I think I am becoming a fan of Paschal thanks to their courteous and knowledgeable technicians.

We built a new home in Colleyville, TX and have been using the builder HVAC contractor who installed our units. I have not been happy with them so I called Paschal to check our units this summer because we had used them before in our previous home and was very happy with them. I’m so glad I did because they are thorough, on time, reasonably priced and honest! The honesty aspect is the most important to me! I would recommend them to the whole world but I might have trouble getting them back again because they would be so busy!!

We have a unique home layout due to add-ons done over the years and almost no room was comfortably heated or cooled. When it was time to replace our old unit, we got multiple bids, and, in the end, we chose Walker AC & Heating (now Paschal Air). Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

Diagnosed issue after isolating different components. Believes thermostat may be failing, as several times recently the unit continues to run although the temperature is above the setting. Only complaint, and not with Benjamin in anyway, is that the prices for installing a new thermostat and for a matching replacement thermostat are well beyond reasonable. I will be doing the replacement myself.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

On the same day as the deep freeze hit Texas, I found out my sister in Azle had no heat. I live out of state so checked yelp and Google, chose Straight Shooter for all the 5 star reviews. While I am unhappy with the prior service on our HVAC system that necessitated the request for a technician on 11/16/22; my husband and I were more than happy with the technician who came to the rescue. Bryant was the name of the technician who arrived at our home to determine the cause of our brand new HVAC system tripping a circuit breaker 5 times in 4 days. Bryant was able to ferret out the problem, an incorrect wiring during the installation of correctly sized heat strips for our system by the previous technician. Bryant communicated to my husband what had occurred and what was done by him to correct the problem and went out of his way to label the electrical boxes on the HVAC unit to make working on the system in the future. Bryant is a definite asset to Paschal.

If I could give Walker less than 1 star I would. I had and entire brand new A/C unit installed 7/2020 ( Should've went with Willard) and have had soooo many issues but this last issue was it. After multiple service calls within the last few weeks finally found out that I have an evaporator coil leak which the part is covered by the manufacturer but I have to pay for the labor over $1900.00. As a consumer this sounds ridiculous....after paying 10k for a new unit less than 2 years ago. The part is faulty by the manufacturer and all Walker would say well you only had 1 year labor warranty. Their responses was soooo generic and robotic. This is a WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT use their service. Since they've been bought out the service is HORRIBLE. You measure a Company's service by how they resolve the issues outside normal everyday problems. I have multiple properties that use Walker not anymore. I'm going to post and warn consumers on every platform about their terrible service!

Today I contacted Straight Shooter to check on our A/C units because they aren’t working well. Michael was at our house within a couple of hours. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He has been in the industry for 20 years. When Michael was finished with his assessment we met with Patti to go over options and pricing. She was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. We are purchasing two new units and they will be installed in a few days. Straight shooter will shoot you straight! Highly recommend them!

I was having A/C issues when it was 103 degrees outside. I called Straight Shooter and they were very responsive. Caleb came out right away and diagnosed my system and we had cold A/C again. Let me start by saying, I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and work ethic these gentlemen possessed. I called Monday afternoon Patty was there that evening . The next day at 8am my system was beinginstalled. The gentleman arrived at 7:45am and started working. They did not leave until 5:30pm working the entire time, even pulled my trash can from the curb. We’ve used Walker HVAC exclusively since 1986, when we bought a Fredrick window unit from them to heat and cool a room I’d added to our small house. We haven’t required much service since then but did need to completely change out our central unit back in 2001. Walker did that for us, putting in a Trane heat pump. That unit performed flawlessly until about a year ago, when it needed a charge of Freon and replacement of a small part. Every technician that worked on the unit was extremely nice and seemed to know exactly what to do. Last week we finally turned the central unit on for this season and no joy - no cooling at all. Calvin came out initially and determined that the little device they replaced last May had leaked almost all our Freon, but needed to check with the office before replacing the lost Freon. I talked with Juan via both office visit and by phone. At that time he was behind a desk and was going to visit with management to see how best to proceed in our case. Today Juan himself came out , replaced our missing Freon, and got the central unit operating great again. Very efficient. My only regret was that I didn’t immediately recognize him without the desk and computer in front of him. Sorry about that, Juan. Juan, like almost every other Walker technician, was the picture of curtesy and efficiency. And the bottom line was that Walker HVAC stood behind their year old repair and replaced the Freon at no charge. That I did not expect. Thank you, Juan, for going to bat for us, and thank you Walker HVAC for standing behind your work 100%.
