Thank you for your business and friendship over the last 35 years. As many of you are aware, Becky and I have decided to officially retire from the HVAC industry. I am very pleased to announce that Simpson Sheet Metal is being acquired by Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric, headquartered in Springdale, Arkansas. Paschal has served Northwest Arkansas and the Fort Smith River Valley for over 50 years. They’ve done work in Missouri and will now be increasing that presence many-fold. They are a customer focused organization, with 100-plus employees and will bring expanded resources to better serve our customers and the surrounding communities. After visiting with Paschal, what made the biggest impression on us was how much they focused on our existing customers and retaining our employees.
Becky and I look forward to starting the next chapter of our lives and are comforted in knowing that we are leaving our customers, employees and legacy in great hands.
