Dear Friends,

Thank you for the loyalty and trust you’ve placed in Robison Air over the decades. After a lifetime of leadership and service to this community, Mike Robison has made the well-earned decision to retire. We’re incredibly grateful for the foundation he built, the standards he set, and the relationships he nurtured throughout Tulsa.

To ensure Robison Air continues to thrive for the long term—supporting our people, our customers, and our community—we’ve chosen to join forces with another regional, independently owned and operated home services company, Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric. This was a values-based decision, focused on long-term stability, local relationships, and maintaining independence—not private equity or short-term financial plays.

What does this mean for you? The same skilled technicians, installers, and office staff you know and trust will continue serving you. Mike’s son, Stephen, will remain with the company and is transitioning into a sales role. The faces will be familiar, the service standards unchanged—the only visible difference will be Paschal on the trucks and uniforms.

Robison Air has built its legacy on quality workmanship, technical expertise, and deep roots in the Tulsa community. Partnering with Paschal allows that legacy to grow—bringing additional training, support, and resources—while preserving the local accountability, relationships, and values that matter most.

Hey everyone, I’m Charley Boyce, Owner & Operator of Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric and I want to personally reach out to welcome you to Paschal.

Robison Air has established a strong reputation in the community for decades — one built on integrity, quality, and genuine care. We are proud and honored to bring the Robison team — their experience, dedication, and trusted service — into the Paschal family.

This expansion into Tulsa is personally meaningful to me: it brings Paschal to my hometown and gives us the opportunity to serve neighbors, friends, and families with the same values and approach that have guided us for over half a century. I am also excited to be reconnected with and work alongside my former classmate and Arkansas Razorback Baseball teammate, Stephen Robison. This partnership with the Robison family is personal and Robison is a company that I’ve looked up to in the industry for a long time.
