Paschal Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

Paschal Home Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) operates the Paschal Referral Program (the “Program“) to reward existing customers who refer new customers to Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Referring Participants. To participate as a referring customer, you must:

• Be a current or former Paschal customer who has completed and paid for at least one qualifying service.
• Have a valid referral code issued to you through the Program.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Reside in a state where the Program is currently active.

Paschal employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate as referring customers.

Referred Customers. To qualify as a referred customer, an individual must:

• Be a net new customer to Paschal — meaning they have no prior completed and paid service history with Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric at the time the referral is submitted.
• Book and complete a qualifying paid job through Paschal using a valid referral code at the time of booking.
• Reside in a Paschal service area.

Existing Paschal customers, Paschal Membership holders, and any individual with a prior completed service record on file do not qualify as a referred customer regardless of how much time has passed since their last service.

2. HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Eligible participants receive a unique personal referral code through SMS or email communication from Paschal. This code is the sole method by which referrals are tracked, attributed, and rewarded.

To submit a referral:

• The referring customer shares their unique referral code with the individual they are referring.
• The referred individual must provide the referral code at the time of booking their service with Paschal.
• Referral codes cannot be applied retroactively after a job has been booked or completed.

Paschal does not maintain a lookup system for referral codes and cannot apply or recover codes on behalf of customers after a booking is made. It is the responsibility of the referring customer to share their code and the responsibility of the referred customer to present it at the time of booking.

3. REWARD STRUCTURE

Rewards are issued to the referring customer only — not the referred customer — and are contingent on the following conditions being met in full:

• The referred customer’s job must be completed and paid in full.
• The referred individual must qualify as a net new customer as defined in Section 1.
• A valid referral code must have been submitted at the time of booking.

Reward amounts are determined by the total value of the referred customer’s completed, paid job as follows:

Rewards are issued as gift card credits redeemable through the referring customer’s secure online referral portal. Redemption options include, but are not limited to, Amazon, Walmart, and Visa gift cards. Available retailers are subject to change.

Rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, sold, or combined with other offers or promotions unless expressly stated.

There is no limit to the number of qualifying referrals a participating customer may submit; however, Paschal reserves the right to limit or void rewards in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or circumvention of Program rules.

4. REWARD REDEMPTION

Upon confirmation that the referred customer’s job is completed and paid, the referring customer will receive notification that their gift card credit has been released to their referral portal. Credits must be redeemed through the portal while the Program remains active.

Paschal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the redemption portal and any unredeemed credits at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. Paschal is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unredeemed gift card credits, or for failure to redeem credits due to inaccessibility of the portal resulting from factors outside of Paschal’s reasonable control.

5. DISQUALIFYING CONDUCT

Paschal reserves the right to disqualify any participant and void any pending or issued rewards if, in Paschal’s sole judgment, the participant has:

• Submitted false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Created fictitious referrals or manipulated the referral tracking system.
• Violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engaged in conduct that is harmful, abusive, or damaging to Paschal or its customers.

Paschal’s decisions regarding disqualification are final.

6. PROGRAM AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS

The Paschal Referral Program is currently available in select markets. Paschal reserves the right to expand, limit, or discontinue the Program in any market at any time. Participation in the Program during a trial period does not guarantee continuation of the Program or any future reward issuance beyond what has already been confirmed at the time of discontinuation.

Paschal reserves the right to change the reward structure, eligibility requirements, redemption terms, or any other aspect of these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. TAXES

Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may apply to rewards received through the Program. Paschal may be required to report rewards to applicable tax authorities in accordance with applicable law. Participants should consult a tax advisor with questions regarding tax treatment of Program rewards.

8. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with your participation in the Program is governed by the Paschal Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

Referral codes are personal and should not be shared publicly in a manner that could enable unknown or unintended individuals to use the code. Paschal reserves the right to deactivate referral codes that are determined to have been distributed in a manner inconsistent with the Program’s intent.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paschal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of rewards, failure of the portal, or technical errors. Paschal’s total liability to any participant shall not exceed the value of the reward(s) at issue.
