The Paschal Story

Founded & operated by Randall Paschal in 1968, Paschal Air started serving Northwest Arkansas and surrounding communities. After a little more than 40 years of steady growth, Paschal was acquired by Charley Boyce in 2012 & the legacy of world-class service, and commitment to excellence continues.

Under Charley Boyce’s leadership, Paschal expanded beyond heating and air to include full-service plumbing and electrical divisions, as well as air and water quality services. Since then, the company has grown from a local team of 25 employees in one location to hundreds of employees and multiple locations across 4 states. While the company has evolved, its mission remains the same: to deliver world-class service with honesty, expertise, and heart — to every customer, each other and the communities we serve.

Steady Growth into a new Era

From our roots with a single location to a growing presence across the region, Paschal continues to deliver the trusted service, skilled workmanship, and friendly care we’ve been known for for over 50 years. With multiple locations across Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas—and more ahead—we’re growing thoughtfully and focused on the long-term, with each location led by local teams who keep their communities at the heart of everything we do.

Muskogee, OK

Paschal acquired Hollifield Service Co. specializing in Geothermal and expanding services outside in Eastern Oklahoma.

Paschal acquired JAK services. Known for integrity, fair pricing, and expert service, JAK has proudly served families and businesses across Keller, Irving, Grapevine, Lewisville, and surrounding communities for over 20 years.

Paschal established a brand new location in Little Rock connecting full-service in Central Arkansas from Searcy to Hot Springs and everywhere in between.

Committed to the same core values Patriot is built on – world class service and incredible employees – Paschal acquires Patriot Heat & Air expanding services to Oklahoma.

Springfield, MO and St. Joseph, MO

Paschal acquires Larson Heating, Air and Plumbing expanding into two new regions in Missouri. Paschal expanded on the existing services and adding electric services to these areas.

Paschal Air Plumbing & Electric acquires Straight Shooter Heating & Air in strategic move to expand market presence in Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Joplin, MO

Lyerla Heating & Air, an HVAC company based in Joplin, MO was acquired at the end of 2022. This marks Paschal’s 2nd acquisition in Missouri.

Arlington, TX

Paschal enters the DFW market. Headquartered in Arlington, Walker Air, Plumbing and Electric is acquired by Paschal. Services grew in all of the Dallas Metroplex.

Paschal opens a new facility in the Fort Smith River Valley, opening up our service to homeowners and businesses in an area that we have served for more than 50 years as an organization.

2020

Simpson Sheet Metal

Simpson Sheet Metal, a 35 year old HVAC business based in Carthage, MO was acquired from Mark Simpson. This marked Paschal’s first expansion into Missouri and multi-state operations.
