Woke up to a leaking hot water heater - thankfully not a complete blowout but needed a plumber asap. Paschal had a team out same-day. They had a quick-fix solution, but their thoroughness uncovered an underlying problem that most likely caused the failure and required a bigger fix. Next day, team made it out, replaced the system and fixed the problem at our meter. We live 30 min outside Springdale so it's not always easy to find companies that will come this far east. They were fast, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. We would definitely use Paschal again.

In December 2023, we needed to replace the heat pump and air handler in our home. After researching several companies and obtaining multiple quotes, we chose Paschal because their prices were competitive, and in many cases, better than other installers in the Hot Springs area. They also had great online reviews.The installation process went smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. The technicians were professional and answered all of my questions. However, during the install, a part of the ducting wasn’t properly reconnected to the air handler, causing attic air to enter the home and raise humidity when the blower was running. I contacted Paschal, and they promptly came out, diagnosed the issue, and made the necessary repairs at no extra charge.One area that needs improvement is communication regarding the Paschal Protection Plan and labor warranty terms. In my case, two documented inspections per year are required to maintain the labor warranty on the system. While I received two free inspections in the first year, I wasn’t notified when it was time to schedule the next inspection or sign up for the protection plan. When I called to inquire, I was informed that it was my responsibility to schedule the appointment, which is fair, but a simple follow-up would have been a helpful courtesy to prevent this from slipping through the cracks.Fast forward to January 2025, we scheduled our first biannual inspection, a duct cleaning, and the installation of a UV air purification system. During this visit, I was handed a pamphlet and told that I would need to select which Paschal Protection Plan I wanted. I learned the plan has three tiers, each with different costs. The mid-tier plan, which is the lowest that includes the two required inspections per year, is approximately $17/month—though the total comes closer to $20/month with tax. I was also surprised to learn that there's no option to pay for the protection plan in full for the year; instead, it’s billed monthly via auto-draft or check, which I think is more complicated than it needs to be. I'd much rather make a single payment and be covered until the next year.That said, I was very impressed with Michael, the technician who performed our inspection. He was efficient yet thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions and help sign me up for the protection plan.Seth, the technician who performed a duct cleaning and installed a UV air purification system, was also fantastic. It was good to see a familiar face as he was on the original installation team in 2023. Seth was also professional, personable, and made sure to address any questions I had.Overall, I’m happy with Paschal and trust them to take care of my HVAC system. While I can’t speak to their plumbing or electrical services, I’m sure they have similar work ethic. I would recommend Paschal to anyone in need of HVAC services.

We use Paschal for Heat/Air and had them out to fix a heater issue. I left a 5 star for that service call as well. David Glenn (Paschal Plumbing Mgr) was recommended by his HVAC counterpart. We had recently had multiple issues with another plumbing company. Missed appointments, faulty installation of a water softener and most recently, a misdiagnosis on a water pressure issue. So we gave Pachal the business - primarily due to how David handled the situation. I was able to reach him directly multiple times and they made me a feel like our issue was a priority. They came out on time and properly diagnosed the previously misdiagnosed problem from the other plumbing company. They discovered several other issues with how the other company installed our water heater and the service call was 1/3 less than what the other company was recommending. Mostly due to the fact that we were not in need of a new pressure tank! Lucas, David’s associate was also first class. I enrolled in their protection plan that offers monitoring and annual checkups to avoid some of the unplanned problems heaters, ACs and plumbing can bring to home ownership. I really just can’t brag enough about how I was treated. Completely opposite of the other company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Join their preventative maintenance club. You’ll be glad you did. I love that they text you a picture of your Plumber before they are dispatched and also give you tracking so you can be prepared for them! We shall see how they handle the fixing part, but I have high hopes! 👍

Chris and Bobby came in to give me a second opinion. First plumber said we'd need to replace all pipes under the tub. Chris and Bobby proved that the pipes were sound, then identified the new roof and a cracked tile as my sources of moisture infiltration. My roofer will fix one, and I'll fix the other myself.In short, they saved me 1300 bucks, and made themselves next to nothing. They found a ton of stuff that would be good to work on, but basically resolved my emergency for free. This is my go to company now.

Paschal has some of the most professional and great workers in the construction business. They called me and let me know they were coming and were here on time. I had HVAC work and a water heater installed in the same day and when they left, the job was done completely!! The mess of construction was cleaned up and they were very polite. We had a new unit put in this past March, we have had a couple of hiccups since then but Shane came out today to do a coil cleaning on our unit, he did a wonderful job and explained things and didn’t try to just sell us more stuff. We appreciate the work he did, he was prompt and arrived when he said he would, will have Shane come out to do maintenance from now on.Update: we were still have issues with a smell coming from our unit despite the coil cleaning. I am very impressed with Paschal being proactive in the situation and making sure it is no cost to us since it is a new unit. We are hopeful this next step will be the solution. Very pleased with how they are handling this.

I am so glad I pay for my a/c and furnace to be serviced every year. My technician always tells me thing that I didn’t know like my batteries were about to go dead on my thermostat. They just do a great and they are always so friendly.

I am on their monthly plan, so they schedule maintence dates for my heating/air conditioning, and plumbing services. I've been with them almost 13 years.. this is my choice, Paschal, for my services.

I expected to have a wait of a day or 2 since not an Emergency. 0Came same day, found issue and replaced my pipe within 30 minutes. Very courteous and professional.

Edward was an excellent plumber. He arrived on time and began working on my clogged main drain pipe quickly after explaining to me what he would be doing. Within a few minutes he had the clog cleared. He used a camera to check and found that further down the pipe was another clog that would cause my pipe to clog up again in a week or so. He explained to me a procedure that he could use using a power Hydro flush. He assured me that he would do his best to be assigned to come back to do that procedure. I think Edward is excellent and I do prefer to have him as the plumber to complete unclogging the pipe.I recommend Edward with Pascal plumbing for anyone’s plumbing needs.

Parker arrived to repair our hvac system during very cold weather and was very professional. He put covers on his boots before reentering the house every time he had to go outside. He diagnosed and was able to restore our heat quickly and safely. Even though a part needed to be ordered for a permanent repair, Parker was able to restore our heat when it was needed most. Mark was GREAT!!! He found the problem and fixed it. The problem was the washer box and a “crack” in the pipe that it was supposed to drain into. He fixed everything in about 3 hours. Again, he was GREAT. We will use him with any problem we may have.

When they finish they give me a complete list of what they have done for me and they are authorized dealers for my brand of AC. The service was fast and the tech that came out really knew what he was doing. He even recommended that we switch out our toilets for a better quality and so we won't have problems at often as we do. He was really good with our dog when she came over to him and was jumping on his leg. All together I thought the booking and the service was very easy and I would use them again.

Our technician Pablo was on time, communicated appropriately and solved our plumbing issues very quickly. He was also very respectful and detailed in explaining the process.

Had to have the water connection from the wall to our fridge looked at. Called Wednesday and was able to schedule for the same Friday for our home schedule. Marc, our technician, called before to confirm and was right on time. He took a look and was able to explain in plain words what was needed. He gave us a quote. Very nicely priced for our budget considering other places wanted 3 times that price just to come out. He had everything taken care of in 3 hours, which was fast considering what we had to have done. He made sure all was good and gave us instructions for how to proceed with our new fridge. 100% will use again if / when needed.

Had a problem with my heating furnace called Paschal Air Plumbing & Electric, Technician Jorge Diaz came out to my house after looking at my furnace he did some trouble shooting. On the outside unit and found a Bad Thermostatic Expansion Valve, I gave him the permission to replace valve part was not on hand had was to wait for a week after it was ordered, once parts were on hand technician came and replaced parts and my unit is now working fine. Will always use this company their Technicians are very knowledgeable in their craft.

Very impressed with him.7-10-23I am not happy with any off hour assistance because there isn’t any. I have called several times and put a note on the website that my air conditioner is not working properly. They have been out two or three times for the same issue. This is a new unit and I have had several issues with it already. When the service guys come they are very helpful but I wish they had off hour service. I am frustrated with my unit.7-12-23I am updating my review. Larson’s came out and repaired my AC and so far it is working wonderful. The guys who came out were very professional and genuinely concerned about the issues. Work was done efficiently.10-24-23Routine maintenance for winter done today. Josh was the technician and he did an excellent job and very professional.

Casey was very informative as to what I need to do about getting a new mini split installed. I had another independent contractor install my second unit and he screwed up the installation and then ghosted me when I had issues with the new unit. Having a reputable company install another new unit and stand behind it is comforting.

Technician, Zak showed up on time and performed excellent service, reviewed the findings. I called the day before Thanksgiving and he was there 1.5 hours after my call. Paschal Air was the 8th HVAC company I called that morning! 5 stars top notch company, will use again! Ask for Zak if available!

We woke up after an overnight cold front and our house was below the set temperature. I called Paschal first thing and Kevin was here within an hour and a half.He quickly found the problem and corrected it. A gas valve had been turned off during our seasonal inspection, to test the pressure in the system. Since it has been 70°+ in OK since our service, our heater has not been called on by the thermostat.Kevin was great and very personable. I look forward to working with him on service calls in the future.

Service Tech Oscar was friendly, polite, and efficient---and took time to explain the issues in detail (but also simply enough for me to understand). I've used Paschal both for complete A/C replacement and also for regular maintenance and repair, they have been great in all situations.

The tech was so polite. He put on booties before entering my house. I.could track when he would be here. He explained a future problem I might encounter, but felt my system was running fine for now. Be advised a service call only applies to one unit.

What a nice guy. He explained everything to me and gave me recommendations but wasn't pushy. I've always had a good experience with this company.

Definitely a five-star company. We had a multi head ductless system installed and am amazed at how well it works. Called Larson Heating & Air on June 15th, Kirk & Gabe came out the very next day (Friday) and assessed our situation, that afternoon I received their quote, the following Monday I called and told them to proceed with getting the units ordered. Thought I might be looking at 3 -4 weeks but got a call the very next day saying they’d be there to install the following Tuesday and Tuesday the install was completed!! The system is fantastic, every one of the guys from start to finish were great, friendly, professional but most importantly knew exactly what thy were doing. My wife cannot get over how quiet this system is, you cannot hear anything inside or outside. We can sit under the gazebo in peace and quiet for the first time. Me, I’m a little more partial to how well this system works, how quickly and efficiently it cools the entire house. As you can probably tell, I’m more than quite pleased with Larson and the work they performed.

Today Paschal Pro Sterling Bridges installed a new gas water heater for me, replaced old valves and lines, installed a flood stop, and added everything needed to get me up to code. Sterling, the main technician, was not only punctual; he was extremely knowledgeable, polite, thorough, and willing to answer any and every question I had. Chris and Christian also helped some throughout the process, and I truly appreciate ALL of the young men, their hard work, and expertise. Paschal was very good about communicating with me and getting the job scheduled quickly as well as keeping me informed on the tech’s arrival; I even received a photo of Sterling before he got here, which was a nice touch too. Bobby and Garrett did a great job replacing the shower cartridge in my bathroom. It was a big job and took quite a while. They left the bathroom clean and just the way they found it and now my faucet works better than it ever has!!! Very professional and knowledgeable!!!

My air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I mentioned this in passing to their HR representative, Makayla. She suggested that I call customer service to get a quote. When the technician came out, he was so thorough and professional. He showed me his recommendations Along with price quotes for temporary repairs as well as replacing the entire unit. I was surprised with how reasonably priced the quotes were. I decided to replace the entire unit. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have used Walker for years and appreciate them very much. They have put in two HVAC systems and done routine checks and maintenance on a regular basis. Their guys know their stuff and have never steered us wrong or tried to upsell us on anything. The updated scheduling system needs some tuning up and it would be nice to receive a heads-up if technician is more than an hour beyond the 4-hour window given. Calvin is awesome -- so knowledgeable, focused, and thorough. I flip on my systems with the confidence that they are in good shape and safe. Now, if you y'all could bring some fall weather! [Edited in 2024] I continue to experience issues with their automated scheduling service: multiple 'reminders' and exhorting me to make appointments I've already made. Have talked to them about how annoying this is. Also: talked to them about reminding their techs to stay focused on the issue at hand and STOP opining on my household decor OR my decision to have carpeting in parts of my home. It's none of their damned business! Very awkward. If service wasn't good, I would switch companies because of the unnecessary comments about my home decor. Stay on task.

Placed my water heater and repaired the pipes and gas line. They were fair and explained the pricing. They were only called in for an estimate, and they did the work same day. The technician Pablo was very professional and patient. I would give them six stars if I could.

They’ve helped us repair a clogged drain two years in a row. This year, Jorge Diaz was our technician and spent almost two hours in 88 degrees inside repairing our HVAC unit. He was beyond kind, progressional, and went to a lot of work to ensure it was fixed for us to have air that day. He is the best of the best and would recommend to anyone! We have a unique home layout due to add-ons done over the years and almost no room was comfortably heated or cooled. When it was time to replace our old unit, we got multiple bids, and, in the end, we chose Walker AC & Heating (now Paschal Air). Mark and Cory thoroughly discussed our needs and designed a system adding new returns and improved duct paths. The new system is extremely quiet and energy efficient. We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

Diagnosed issue after isolating different components. Believes thermostat may be failing, as several times recently the unit continues to run although the temperature is above the setting. Only complaint, and not with Benjamin in anyway, is that the prices for installing a new thermostat and for a matching replacement thermostat are well beyond reasonable. I will be doing the replacement myself.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!
