Founded & operated by Randall Paschal in 1968, Paschal Air started serving NW Arkansas and surrounding communities. After a little more than 40 years of steady growth, Paschal was acquired by Charley Boyce & the legacy of world-class service, and commitment to excellence continues.
Charley Boyce, President and CEO of Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric, has led the company through tremendous growth since taking ownership in 2012. A former University of Arkansas pitcher and team MVP, Charley brings a competitive spirit and strong work ethic to his leadership. With roots in the HVAC industry and a passion for people and process, he’s built a culture focused on customer service, innovation, and teamwork. Under his guidance, Paschal has expanded from 25 to over 350 employees across multiple states.
Charley grew up in his family's long-standing Oklahoma HVAC business where excellence and an entrepreneurial spirit were all ingrained at an early age.
Charley led the Razorbacks reach the College World Series in 2004 and was voted team MVP in 2005. He carried this MVP mentality into his career.
Charley joined Paschal as an employee in 2010, bought the business in 2012, and remains the owner & master license holder.
Charley has led expansion into many major markets including the Fort Smith River Valley, Central Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Dallas Fort-Worth. Paschal continues to grow.

Today, Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric has over 50 years of dedication to quality workmanship, service to others, and world-class customer experience. From one entrepreneur’s idea to over 400 employees across four states – and we aren't slowing down.
Simpson Sheet Metal, a 35 year old HVAC business based in Carthage, MO was acquired from Mark Simpson. This marked Paschal’s first expansion into Missouri and multi-state operations.
Paschal opens a new facility in the Fort Smith River Valley, opening up our service to homeowners and businesses in the area that we have served for more than 50 years as an organization.
Mize Heating & Air, a 13 year old HVAC business based in Searcy, AR was acquired, along with two other locations in Newport, AR & Cabot, AR.
GTS Heating & Cooling, based in Hot Springs, was acquired. Plumbing & Electrical services were added to the company.
Headquartered in Arlington, Walker Air, Plumbing and Electric is acquired by Paschal. Services grew in all of the Dallas Metroplex.
Lyerla Heating & Air, an HVAC company based in Joplin, MO was acquired at the end of 2022. This marks Paschal’s 2nd acquisition in Missouri.
Paschal Air Plumbing & Electric acquires Straight Shooter Heating & Air in strategic move to expand market presence in Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Paschal acquires Larson Heating, Air and Plumbing expanding into two new regions in Missouri. Paschal expanded on the existing services and adding electric services to these areas.
