We are new to the area and just had an outstanding first experience with Paschal, the plumber in particular (Vallen) and coordination and scheduling (Stephanie). He came for rerouting of gas line for pool install, and I was so pleased I added plumbing protection plan and scheduled HVAC maintenance as well! Larson Heating & Air --Easy 5 stars.Heard about Larson via a commercial on tv.Service provided: Heating and Cooling troubleshoot/install.Patrick (office): Did an excellent job at getting us on the schedule and sending Josh out to troubleshoot.Josh did an excellent job at explaining the issues our systems were having and our options.We decided on replacing our 18+ year old systems. Larson team was extremely professional, responsive, on time, and knowledgeable. We really like that they sent out text messages with who would be onsite.For the install: Caleb, Gabe, and Dustin arrived on time. These guys quickly got to work removing the old systems (Furnace: A/C Unit) replacing with new systems. Along the way these guys gave updates. Site was kept clean. Site looked better after they left with the new a/c system in place--- great work.When it rains it pours, few days later we were on the phone with Patrick. This time our 18+year old water heater wasn't responding. Patrick got us on the schedule for the next day to troubleshoot.Josh sent out a text before arriving. Josh arrived. Spent time troubleshooting the aged hot water heater. Then proceeded to provide us with options: Being the water heater was aged. We opted to get a new system.For Install: Caleb, Tony, Dustin sent out a text with estimated arrive time. The team arrived on time, was extremely professional, and provided great quality service. Once again the guys kept us informed. And the water heater looks better than before-- excellent detail. The piping going into the system is professional looking. I have had this system for five years and Paschal been with me from day one.Wouldnt use anyone else

Had a service line leak to house, came the next morning attempted to hand dig to locate. Explained the process and since line was over 4 feet deep, decided the completely replace. Set up for next morning and excavated the 25 feet. Worked with me to give me time for insurance to look at work, and followed up the following week to come back to fill in. Water pressure to house is no longer a little high, set me up with 2 shut off valves and pressure reducer next to service line connection to house. service line is encased in pvc for future protection and easier location and repairs if needed. Val is an amazing plumber and does everything he can to make to job go smoothly and hopefully set you up to not have problems in the future. Val has personally worked twice at my place, and both jobs are very well done. I have used Paschals over the last few years and always been pleased with their work.

Frankly, I'm amazed at the service. I had a water heater failure this morning. I called at 8:00am for a service call. By 9:00am a technician was on site. He surveyed the job, quoted it, and had a 2nd team enroute within 30 minutes. The 2nd crew arrived with the new water heater and all the parts required for the job. By noon I was up and running. I was informed of all the work that was performed, advised as to how the maintenance works and they were on their way. I also liked the notification texts before arriving. Last but should have been first, the operator was very helpful in determining what I required and getting me scheduled. Thanks to all the folks that assisted with the water heater replacement. I'm very pleased.

********Excellent Company Period**********We have had experiences with several Pachal employees over the last year! We got a new Water Heater installed, new AC Unit, P(inside/out) plumbing repair on tub faucet, new electrical panel and heater hooked up, the list to goes on and on. Today, 7/26/23, AUSTIN was at our house in Lavaca, in the heat, replacing our our electrical panel and hooking up the heater. He had to wait ALL DAY for the inspector who did come by, and for OGE to turn the electricity back on!! He was here from 8am to close to 7 or 730pm. The whole time, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuine. I would have been so irritated, he was never!! I even got a call from his boss, David, to apologize about the long wait that was NOT Paschal's fault by the way, but David felt the need to explain what the issue was. If OGE was not going to turn our electricity back on, Paschal was going to pay for a hotel room that accepted our 3 fur-babies. Austin didn't complain one bit! His boss, David, was also very nice and said he would help in any way. Austin is a bada$$ and did an excellent job!!! Dillion Black went over all options. He was very nice. Seth and Yael installed our new AC unit like pros. We, Corbin, and Dustin helped with some plumbing issues! We upgraded so many things and have had several employees for each service. Wonderful company, professional, and reputable. . They helped us by assessing a horribly install unit that was barely 2 years old. I had paid 1000's of dollars for nothing. The cost to fix the unit, would have been the same as getting a new unit. So, we decided to finance a new unit through Paschal.. It's so amazing. Our house is so cool and stays cool even when the air is off!! Love love love this company!!!

Our technician Travis came out to look at our AC over a holiday weekend. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what was going on with our AC. He got it up and running in less than 30mins. He even gave us some recommendations that we can do ourselves to help with maintenance. From start to finish, Larson set up the appointment and had it up and running within an hour. Just awaiting the replacement part, have always been very happy with Larson's and will use them again when in need.

I damaged the shower valve trying to replace the faucet. I split open a copper line. Called them and they had someone come the same day. He wasn’t able to do it that day because the entire valve assembly needed to be replaced. It was the best thing to do since it was probably the original, when the home was built over 30 yrs ago. He was able to cap off the lines so we could still have water overnight. It was a real pain in the butt kind of job and he had other appointments to do that day. He came back today and replaced the entire valve assembly and installed new faucet, spout, and shower head. Requiring him to do a lot of the work from the crawl space. We only have ONE shower in our home so we are VERY thankful that Michael was able to complete the repair professionally and quickly for us.

Follow up appointment that was done well. Joseph Gouvion will be my requested tech from now on. Removed panels and quickly diagnosed the problem. Tech on the 22 nd failed to even remove the panel. Do not recommend him. After leaving town for several days came home to a hot house.

1-First we needed a professional to come out as soon as possible, which ended in up being the next day. Wow!We had Paschal come to perform the semi annual maintenance. We were not sure if there was an issue but we noticed that sometimes the A/ C would stop working and needed to be turned off and back on to reset it. My first experience with Paschal HVAC was that they were good at what they did, but very overpriced. My next experiences with their plumbing technicians were different. Michael, Eddie, and Dustin were very prompt, very good at what they did, and gave me a very decent price. I think I am becoming a fan of Paschal thanks to their courteous and knowledgeable technicians.

We built a new home in Colleyville, TX and have been using the builder HVAC contractor who installed our units. I have not been happy with them so I called Paschal to check our units this summer because we had used them before in our previous home and was very happy with them. We have a unique home layout due to add-ons done over the years and almost no room was comfortably heated or cooled. When it was time to replace our old unit, we got multiple bids, and, in the end, we chose Walker AC & Heating (now Paschal Air). Mark and Cory thoroughly discussed our needs and designed a system adding new returns and improved duct paths. The new system is extremely quiet and energy efficient. Best of all, our entire house is finally comfortable! I highly recommend Walker AC & Heating.

Honestly, I am unbelievably impressed with the service and experience I had with Paschal Air. We just bought a new home, and unfortunately our AC unit stopped working the week we moved in.. terrible luck. So, we called Paschall Air to come out and repair our system.Through that repair process, the technician unfortunately made a wiring mistake that caused our compressor to fail and require replacement. I called and let them know as soon as we discovered the miswire, and I was obviously very nervous that it was going to be a long drawn out process/fight to have our AC fixed and that it would end up costing us thousands of dollars out of pocket.BUT instead of the nightmarish situation it could have been, it was an unbelievably easy and simple process. They reviewed the information on their end and immediately confirmed that they had in fact made the mistake and accepted full responsibility. They then came out SAME DAY to replace our entire unit at no cost to us. Not only did they replace the unit, but they actually replaced it with a better unit than what we had before.We’re all human and we all make mistakes, but the important thing is how you handle those mistakes. I certainly feel that Paschal Air handled their mistake in the best way possible which was such a massive relief for us. They’ve definitely earned our loyalty and trust as customers.Melanie in the office was super polite and helpful every time I spoke with her. Caleb was professional, empathetic, honest, and apologetic when he called me back to respond about the mistake that was made.The technician that made the original mistake also came back to correct it. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, and this was so minuscule in the grand scheme of things. I recommend using Paschal heat & air! Doug & John were very punctual, worked rather quietly at a constant steady pace but not hurriedly or sloppy & had a complete new units inside & out & some duct reworking on my old house. They were both very professional. I really wish I had found them years ago but glad I was blessed to have found them now. We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

Diagnosed issue after isolating different components. Believes thermostat may be failing, as several times recently the unit continues to run although the temperature is above the setting. Only complaint, and not with Benjamin in anyway, is that the prices for installing a new thermostat and for a matching replacement thermostat are well beyond reasonable. I will be doing the replacement myself.

I had a complete HVAC system replaced in January, system was spec'd out by Daniel and Trey. We have had nothing but problems since install from not heating, to system configuration issues, and now not cooling. Technicians have been out more than a dozen times, still have a very expensive fan that moves warm air around the house during the summer heat. Not to mention our electric bill going over $400 to keep our house around 80 degrees. I have been battling these problems for 8 months now, and continue to get the run around every time I call, or when a technician comes out to the house.
Now 1 month later, and still no resolution to our problems. I keep being told that this manager or that manager will call me, and the calls never come. This has been a nightmare experience.

If I could give Walker less than 1 star I would. I had and entire brand new A/C unit installed 7/2020 ( Should've went with Willard) and have had soooo many issues but this last issue was it. After multiple service calls within the last few weeks finally found out that I have an evaporator coil leak which the part is covered by the manufacturer but I have to pay for the labor over $1900.00. As a consumer this sounds ridiculous....after paying 10k for a new unit less than 2 years ago. The part is faulty by the manufacturer and all Walker would say well you only had 1 year labor warranty. Their responses was soooo generic and robotic. This is a WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT use their service. Since they've been bought out the service is HORRIBLE. You measure a Company's service by how they resolve the issues outside normal everyday problems. I have multiple properties that use Walker not anymore. I'm going to post and warn consumers on every platform about their terrible service!

We’ve used Walker HVAC exclusively since 1986, when we bought a Fredrick window unit from them to heat and cool a room I’d added to our small house. We haven’t required much service since then but did need to completely change out our central unit back in 2001. Walker did that for us, putting in a Trane heat pump. That unit performed flawlessly until about a year ago, when it needed a charge of Freon and replacement of a small part. Every technician that worked on the unit was extremely nice and seemed to know exactly what to do. Last week we finally turned the central unit on for this season and no joy - no cooling at all. Calvin came out initially and determined that the little device they replaced last May had leaked almost all our Freon, but needed to check with the office before replacing the lost Freon. I talked with Juan via both office visit and by phone. At that time he was behind a desk and was going to visit with management to see how best to proceed in our case. Today Juan himself came out , replaced our missing Freon, and got the central unit operating great again. Very efficient. My only regret was that I didn’t immediately recognize him without the desk and computer in front of him. Sorry about that, Juan. Juan, like almost every other Walker technician, was the picture of curtesy and efficiency. And the bottom line was that Walker HVAC stood behind their year old repair and replaced the Freon at no charge. That I did not expect. Thank you, Juan, for going to bat for us, and thank you Walker HVAC for standing behind your work 100%.

Big Bear came out today and replaced one of our air conditioners! Great job with explaining all that needed to be done and what was found while replacing the unit. They also added some venting that would of been done during the build to provide adequate air/heat to a couple of the bedrooms and media room.
