Every time he went to get a part or a tool from his truck, he would take off his booties and reapply them when he came back into our home. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and took care not to bump against any of the walls with his ladder and cleaned up after himself with the vacuum .

Colby from paschal came to my moms house bc the sink toilet and tub was backing up he dug in the ground found a busted pipe from roots he still only charged us the service fee he was very friendly and explained everything in detail very well told us about there payment plan and got us fixed up we will be using them to do the job very nice!! We have all of our services for electrical, a/c and plumbing done by Paschal and we love the service. Today, Marin and Grant serviced out water heaters, and although we have a rather complicated set up for our water heaters in a small closet, they tackled the job with patience, efficiency and professionalism. It took them a little longer than they expected due to our crazy set up, but never complained and went about their work in a timely manner, leaving with the same great attitudes they arrived with. A few minor system upgrades have been added in after installation. Each service is basically the same. The technicians are prompt, polite, and professional. The service cost is in line with what I expect to pay.Years after installation this company is worth every single penny we’ve put in.

Had an issue with the drain pipe and overflow system on one of the heating units - water bubble in the ceiling directly below the unit. Our “normal” company (who installed the unit May 2024) couldn’t get out until Tuesday. Dan Crotts from Paschal was there inside of an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and even redid the alarm system - which was wired incorrectly. 100% professional and thorough. We are switching to Paschal for our heat & air service!!!

Sump failed and filled crawl space with water getting in HVAC unit. Michael came out diagnosed problem, ordered parts and fixed unit on Friday after Thanksgiving. Unit warmed house back up in one hour! Thank you Michael with Paschal

Very impressed with him.7-10-23I am not happy with any off hour assistance because there isn’t any. I have called several times and put a note on the website that my air conditioner is not working properly. They have been out two or three times for the same issue. This is a new unit and I have had several issues with it already. When the service guys come they are very helpful but I wish they had off hour service. I am frustrated with my unit.7-12-23I am updating my review. Larson’s came out and repaired my AC and so far it is working wonderful. The guys who came out were very professional and genuinely concerned about the issues. Work was done efficiently.10-24-23Routine maintenance for winter done today. Josh was the technician and he did an excellent job and very professional.

We woke up after an overnight cold front and our house was below the set temperature. I called Paschal first thing and Kevin was here within an hour and a half.He quickly found the problem and corrected it. A gas valve had been turned off during our seasonal inspection, to test the pressure in the system. Since it has been 70°+ in OK since our service, our heater has not been called on by the thermostat.Kevin was great and very personable. I look forward to working with him on service calls in the future.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new hot water heater and HVAC system! Sean was fantastic—he took the time to explain all our options and guided us to choose an amazing Trane two-stage system. It’s only been a couple of weeks now, but the difference from our old unit is like night and day.Even though our HVAC is located in a crawlspace (not the easiest spot), the installation was flawless and completed in just one day. Sean even came back later to inspect our vents and discovered one existing vent that wasn’t fully connected. He fixed it right away, going above and beyond.The entire experience was excellent, and we highly recommend this company to our friends and family.

We had Paschal out for our semi annual heating & cooling inspection. Their technician did a check on all aspects of the system & found no problems. 8 years into the system, the only issue we’ve had was a rodent chewed a wire in two a few years ago, other than that our Trane just keeps running like a top!

11/04/24Bradley Potts was very knowledgeable. We had leaks in the pipes in the basement. He came in and replaced all the cast iron piping to the tub and kitchen with 2” pvc.Everything was done immediately and this was a large plumbing repair. Thanks so much10/12/24We get maintenance on our furnace and a/c. They are professional and respectful. They just installed equipment to notify us of if condensation is happening and whether to change the air filter. Very nice to have another layer of protection.1-First we needed a professional to come out as soon as possible, which ended in up being the next day. Wow!We had Paschal come to perform the semi annual maintenance. We were not sure if there was an issue but we noticed that sometimes the A/ C would stop working and needed to be turned off and back on to reset it. The professional found the cause and replaced the part immediately. The house cools off faster and now runs more efficiently.In 7/22We also took out their Plus Maintenance Plan. It’s already saved us money If you maintain your Heating and Air Conditioning, like us, due to the age of our equipment, This is only a few dollars more with perksThank you for a job well done and professional2-we had to call them again about a different issue, The fan was not working. They removed and replaced it all the same day. It was an unexpected expense but they even had financing available to us. This really helped us out. We have maintenance plan on our water heater also. It’s so nice to know they do stand behind their work.On 8/9/24 we had an issue with our recent purchase of a thermostat. It was revving our furnace up every time it reached the temperature set on the thermostat. The professional showed up and diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the issue. Our thermostat was replaced under warranty and the furnace runs properly now. The tech stuff on the furnace is beyond me but we do trust them and have only been pleased with all the work they have done for us and them standing behind their merchandise and work. Thanks again.

*Excellent Company*We have had experiences with several Pachal employees over the last year! We got a new Water Heater installed, new AC Unit, P(inside/out) plumbing repair on tub faucet, new electrical panel and heater hooked up, the list to goes on and on. Today, 7/26/23, AUSTIN was at our house in Lavaca, in the heat, replacing our our electrical panel and hooking up the heater. He was here from 8am to close to 7 or 730pm. The whole time, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuine. I would have been so irritated, he was never!! I even got a call from his boss, David, to apologize about the long wait that was NOT Paschal's fault by the way, but David felt the need to explain what the issue was. If OGE was not going to turn our electricity back on, Paschal was going to pay for a hotel room that accepted our 3 fur-babies. Austin didn't complain one bit! His boss, David, was also very nice and said he would help in any way. Austin is a bada$$ and did an excellent job!!! Dillion Black went over all options. He was very nice. Seth and Yael installed our new AC unit like pros. Corbin, and Dustin helped with some plumbing issues! We upgraded so many things and have had several employees for each service. Definitely a five-star company. We had a multi head ductless system installed and am amazed at how well it works. Called Larson Heating & Air on June 15th, Kirk & Gabe came out the very next day (Friday) and assessed our situation, that afternoon I received their quote, the following Monday I called and told them to proceed with getting the units ordered. Thought I might be looking at 3 -4 weeks but got a call the very next day saying they’d be there to install the following Tuesday and Tuesday the install was completed!! The system is fantastic, every one of the guys from start to finish were great, friendly, professional but most importantly knew exactly what thy were doing. My wife cannot get over how quiet this system is, you cannot hear anything inside or outside. We can sit under the gazebo in peace and quiet for the first time. Me, I’m a little more partial to how well this system works, how quickly and efficiently it cools the entire house. As you can probably tell, I’m more than quite pleased with Larson and the work they performed.

My air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I mentioned this in passing to their HR representative, Makayla. She suggested that I call customer service to get a quote. When the technician came out, he was so thorough and professional. He showed me his recommendations Along with price quotes for temporary repairs as well as replacing the entire unit. I was surprised with how reasonably priced the quotes were. I decided to replace the entire unit. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have used Walker for years and appreciate them very much. They have put in two HVAC systems and done routine checks and maintenance on a regular basis. Their guys know their stuff and have never steered us wrong or tried to upsell us on anything. The updated scheduling system needs some tuning up and it would be nice to receive a heads-up if technician is more than an hour beyond the 4-hour window given. Calvin is awesome -- so knowledgeable, focused, and thorough. I flip on my systems with the confidence that they are in good shape and safe. Now, if you y'all could bring some fall weather! [Edited in 2024] I continue to experience issues with their automated scheduling service: multiple 'reminders' and exhorting me to make appointments I've already made. Have talked to them about how annoying this is. Also: talked to them about reminding their techs to stay focused on the issue at hand and STOP opining on my household decor OR my decision to have carpeting in parts of my home. It's none of their damned business! Very awkward. If service wasn't good, I would switch companies because of the unnecessary comments about my home decor. Stay on task.

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

Diagnosed issue after isolating different components. Believes thermostat may be failing, as several times recently the unit continues to run although the temperature is above the setting. Only complaint, and not with Benjamin in anyway, is that the prices for installing a new thermostat and for a matching replacement thermostat are well beyond reasonable. I will be doing the replacement myself.

Benjamin was great.During the diagnostics today, He did not provide assumptions, he actually checked his theories and found the root cause of the problem. He is very handy and it appeared that he also had a great support from his colleagues at the office. Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

On the same day as the deep freeze hit Texas, I found out my sister in Azle had no heat. I live out of state so checked yelp and Google, chose Straight Shooter for all the 5 star reviews. I couldn't wait to leave them another one!I called and spoke with Donna who is the kindest person, so helpful and scheduled my sister for same day with no emergency upcharge! She even offered to take her a space heater to use while she waited for the technician. Such an angel!Luke came to check out the unit and was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Found the immediate problem and gave us some options on prices and timing. He was very thorough in his inspection and recommendations for maintenance and proper use instructions. While I am unhappy with the prior service on our HVAC system that necessitated the request for a technician on 11/16/22; my husband and I were more than happy with the technician who came to the rescue. Bryant was the name of the technician who arrived at our home to determine the cause of our brand new HVAC system tripping a circuit breaker 5 times in 4 days. Bryant was able to ferret out the problem, an incorrect wiring during the installation of correctly sized heat strips for our system by the previous technician. Bryant communicated to my husband what had occurred and what was done by him to correct the problem and went out of his way to label the electrical boxes on the HVAC unit to make working on the system in the future. Bryant is a definite asset to Paschal.

Today I contacted Straight Shooter to check on our A/C units because they aren’t working well. Michael was at our house within a couple of hours. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He has been in the industry for 20 years. When Michael was finished with his assessment we met with Patti to go over options and pricing. She was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. We are purchasing two new units and they will be installed in a few days. Straight shooter will shoot you straight! Highly recommend them!

I was having A/C issues when it was 103 degrees outside. I called Straight Shooter and they were very responsive. Caleb came out right away and diagnosed my system and we had cold A/C again. Let me start by saying, I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and work ethic these gentlemen possessed. I called Monday afternoon Patty was there that evening . The next day at 8am my system was beinginstalled. The gentleman arrived at 7:45am and started working. They did not leave until 5:30pm working the entire time, even pulled my trash can from the curb. My system looks GREAT, and my installation looks GREAT! I'm so happy!! Will definitely recommend to everyone!
