We’re excited to share some exciting news: Hollifield Service Co. is now part of Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric. While our ownership structure is expanding, what matters most to you—the service you receive, the people you trust, and the values we operate by—remains exactly the same. 

What’s Staying the Same 

You’ll continue to be served by the same local team you’ve relied on and the trusted technicians who know your home and your system. You can expect the same level of expertise in heating, air conditioning, and geothermal systems that Hollifield Service Co. has always been known for. The people and principles behind our work aren’t going anywhere. 

No Change to Your Agreements 

You don’t need to take any action right now. Existing service agreements, warranties, and contracts and estimates will continue to be honored as before. 

What’s Expanding 

By joining Paschal, our team is able to offer expanded home services over time. In addition to the heating and cooling solutions you already count on, this expansion allows access to comprehensive whole-home services, including plumbing, electrical, generators, indoor air quality, and water quality services. It also means more tools, training, and resources for our technicians. 

As part of the Paschal family, you’ll also now have access to Paschal Planned Protection Memberships—optional programs designed to help you stay ahead of home maintenance needs and save money over time. Depending on the plan you choose, benefits may include multiple annual service visits—covering HVAC, plumbing, or electrical—along with priority scheduling and exclusive savings on repairs.
