I had a great experience with Paschal! From the quote I got for a new unit to them installing it, everything went so smooth. It couldn’t have been easier to work with them and now I have cold air blowing in my home right before it starts to get hot! Carlos and Moises were awesome the whole day and made sure all my questions were answered before they left.

It was time to replace both of our old air conditioning systems. Sean, the Paschal sales rep was great. He evaluated our air and furnace needs, talked to us about what our energy saving goals were and presented a great plan to help us get there. When it came time for installation, Shawn and Juan were experts. Combined, they had many many years of air conditioning installation knowledge. They were both very professional, kind, answered my many questions and made sure the units are working perfectly before they left.
Everyone at Pasqual made the potentially painful process of replacing both air conditioners and furnaces super smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a maintenance package from another heat & company, everything went smooth until my furnace broke down. I had 2 different technicians come out and give me complete ridiculous estimates to fix what I knew was a simple fix. I seen a commercial for Paschal and decided to call them. Joshua Zimmerman came out and figured it out quickly. I feel like the previous company puts more emphasis on over inflating prices and recommending parts that aren’t needed instead of servicing customers. I was so impressed with Josh. He knows his stuff. He’s definitely an asset to this company. I have canceled my current maintenance agreement and I am now a Paschal customer. If you are tired of getting the run around and paying for things that aren’t needed, I would definitely recommend giving Paschal a call..

Gage was so professional, meticulous and thorough. He took his time to diagnose the problem. He found a broken pipe another plumber did not find because he did not look at the issue as thoroughly as Gage did. He took his time and made sure everything was taken care of properly. He even stayed late Friday night to make sure we had hot water over the weekend. You rarely see young workers so professionally oriented as Gage is.

Anthony Kelley was my technician today I was very pleased with his professionalism. He came to my house and had already done his research on my HVAC system, knew that it was a newer installed system so his questions were more to how is my new system working, have I had any issues, have I noticed any difference on my utility bills and if I had any hot or cold spots in my house. He answered any questions I may have had .
I would recommend Pascal Heating and Air if you need a new system or repairs.

Sterling and Christian came out today to install a new water heater and flood stop. They were both very polite, took time to explain everything and keep me updated as the install was progressing. Cleaned up when done and took time to show me the finished install and answer any questions. Also took care a toilet issue I had while they were here and they were not in a rush to move on. Amazing experience with Paschal. The rep came out on time and he knew immediately how to fix our issue. Our home builder had unnecessarily installed an external recirculating pump for our Navien tankless water heater when it already had one built into the unit (it just needed to be turned on). All he had to do was change a few settings, remove the shorted out external pump, and plumb it back the correct way. Had another company quoted $1400 to replace the unnecessary pump. The rep fixed ours for $400. Also signed up for the monthly plan to get AC service from them as well. 100% recommend these folks.

Tanner and Gage did an awesome job. Gage came by and fixed my water spigots on both the front and backyard and did an excellent job of keeping me informed. Prices was super reasonable, and I’ve got two working spigots. Yay! Our technician Shane arrived on time as promised to do our spring maintenance. Everything was carefully checked, cleaned, and verified so that we are ready for summer. In addition he explained about optional enhancements that are available if we need them and answered our questions on dual fuel operations on our thermostat. That was a big help for us since we have 2 furnaces along with 2 heat pumps / AC units. We use the propane when the weather is below freezing and understanding how to use the thermostat more efficiently will help a lot to prevent using more propane than necessary as well as eliminating our forgetfulness!

He discovered that one of my blowers was very dirty so he cleaned it. Highly recommend Pascals annual maintenance program. Not cheap but it gives me peace of mind and you can pay monthly. Great company and employees.

Paschal sent a Plumber out to our house to see why our tankless water heater was not working. The Plumber (PJ) reviewed every thing and found out that the a valve was sticking, but in order to replace the valve the entire unit needed to be removed from it's housing (The Unit is 7 years old and we found out it has had some other repairs to it in the past.) PJ was very informative and gave us all the information for us to make an informed decision. We decided to go with a new unit and when they came back the next day to install the unit. They did a very good job on the installation they were very neat and clean with the installation.
I would recommend Paschal to anyone that needs to have any Plumbing, Heating, AC, or Electrical work done on there HVAC systems.

Very easy and quick to get an appointment scheduled for the same day. The tech communicated when they were an hour away and he arrived within the window given. Devon was friendly, prompt and helpful. Zach did the semi anual service on my HVAC units and was very good at suggesting maintenance tips for me to pay attention to. He also connected a power wire to my thermostat so I don't have to worry about failed batteries again.

Chris and Bobby came in to give me a second opinion. First plumber said we'd need to replace all pipes under the tub. Chris and Bobby proved that the pipes were sound, then identified the new roof and a cracked tile as my sources of moisture infiltration. My roofer will fix one, and I'll fix the other myself.

In short, they saved me 1300 bucks, and made themselves next to nothing. They found a ton of stuff that would be good to work on, but basically resolved my emergency for free. This is my go to company now.

Paschal/Larsen is our favorite heating and cooling service. We have been calling on them for HVAC services for more than a decade and they never disappoint! The technician thet sent this time was extremely knowlegeable, courteous and dedicated. He reponded quickly, instantly recognized the problem, had parts on hand, checked warranty, saved us money and had our system repaired before the next heat wave hit.

I am not happy with any off hour assistance because there isn’t any. I have called several times and put a note on the website that my air conditioner is not working properly. They have been out two or three times for the same issue. This is a new unit and I have had several issues with it already. When the service guys come they are very helpful but I wish they had off hour service. I am frustrated with my unit.

Casey was very informative as to what I need to do about getting a new mini split installed. I had another independent contractor install my second unit and he screwed up the installation and then ghosted me when I had issues with the new unit. Having a reputable company install another new unit and stand behind it is comforting.

Bobby and Garrett did a great job replacing the shower cartridge in my bathroom. It was a big job and took quite a while. They left the bathroom clean and just the way they found it and now my faucet works better than it ever has!!! Very professional and knowledgeable!!!

My air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I mentioned this in passing to their HR representative, Makayla. She suggested that I call customer service to get a quote. When the technician came out, he was so thorough and professional. He showed me his recommendations Along with price quotes for temporary repairs as well as replacing the entire unit. I was surprised with how reasonably priced the quotes were. I decided to replace the entire unit. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have used Walker for years and appreciate them very much. They have put in two HVAC systems and done routine checks and maintenance on a regular basis. Their guys know their stuff and have never steered us wrong or tried to upsell us on anything. The updated scheduling system needs some tuning up and it would be nice to receive a heads-up if technician is more than an hour beyond the 4-hour window given. Calvin is awesome -- so knowledgeable, focused, and thorough. I flip on my systems with the confidence that they are in good shape and safe. Now, if you y'all could bring some fall weather! [Edited in 2024] I continue to experience issues with their automated scheduling service: multiple 'reminders' and exhorting me to make appointments I've already made. Have talked to them about how annoying this is. Also: talked to them about reminding their techs to stay focused on the issue at hand and STOP opining on my household decor OR my decision to have carpeting in parts of my home. It's none of their damned business! Very awkward. If service wasn't good, I would switch companies because of the unnecessary comments about my home decor. Stay on task.

They’ve helped us repair a clogged drain two years in a row. This year, Jorge Diaz was our technician and spent almost two hours in 88 degrees inside repairing our HVAC unit. We have a unique home layout due to add-ons done over the years and almost no room was comfortably heated or cooled. When it was time to replace our old unit, we got multiple bids, and, in the end, we chose Walker AC & Heating (now Paschal Air). Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

Diagnosed issue after isolating different components. Believes thermostat may be failing, as several times recently the unit continues to run although the temperature is above the setting. Only complaint, and not with Benjamin in anyway, is that the prices for installing a new thermostat and for a matching replacement thermostat are well beyond reasonable. I will be doing the replacement myself.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

On the same day as the deep freeze hit Texas, I found out my sister in Azle had no heat. I live out of state so checked yelp and Google, chose Straight Shooter for all the 5 star reviews. I couldn't wait to leave them another one!

I called and spoke with Donna who is the kindest person, so helpful and scheduled my sister for same day with no emergency upcharge! She even offered to take her a space heater to use while she waited for the technician. Such an angel!

Luke came to check out the unit and was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Found the immediate problem and gave us some options on prices and timing. He was very thorough in his inspection and recommendations for maintenance and proper use instructions. It was after 10pm when he left my sisters house, warm and cozy.

He has been in the industry for 20 years. When Michael was finished with his assessment we met with Patti to go over options and pricing. She was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. We are purchasing two new units and they will be installed in a few days. Straight shooter will shoot you straight! Highly recommend them!

I was having A/C issues when it was 103 degrees outside. I called Straight Shooter and they were very responsive. Caleb came out right away and diagnosed my system and we had cold A/C again. Let me start by saying, I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and work ethic these gentlemen possessed. I called Monday afternoon Patty was there that evening . The next day at 8am my system was being
