Charley Boyce, President and CEO

Charley Boyce has led the company through tremendous growth since taking ownership in 2012. A former University of Arkansas pitcher and team MVP, Charley brings a competitive spirit and strong work ethic to his leadership. With roots in the HVAC industry and a passion for people and process, he’s built a culture focused on customer service, innovation, and teamwork. Under his guidance, Paschal has expanded from a single location with 25 employees to multiple locations throughout the region where he continues to grow alongside hundreds of employees.

Third-Generation

Charley grew up in his family's long-standing Oklahoma HVAC business where excellence and an entrepreneurial spirit were all ingrained at an early age.

Heart for the Game

Charley led the Razorbacks reach the College World Series in 2004 and was voted team MVP in 2005. He carried this MVP mentality into his career.

A Leader in HVAC

Charley joined Paschal as an employee in 2010, bought the business in 2012, and remains the owner & master license holder.

Charley has led expansion into many major markets across Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. Paschal continues to grow.
