heating and AC, plumbing & electric

Is your air conditioner struggling to cool your home? According to Energy Star – a U.S Environmental Protection Agency voluntary program, most modern HVAC systems or air conditioners are built to last an average of 15 years, completely dependent on make & model, as well as your climate, how often you run the system, and how often your air conditioner is maintained.

Your air conditioner is something most of us take for granted, and never really give any consideration to until it breaks down & leaves us vulnerable to the elements. When this happens, you’ll rush to find an HVAC company to come to your home, and hope they provide a quick & easy fix. However, sometimes these “quick & easy fixes” can’t actually be completed easily, quickly, or even cheaply.

When this happens, you have a pretty big decision to make: repair or replace your existing air conditioner system? How can you know what the best decision is for you, your home, & your wallet?

New Lennox Rebates: Major Incentive To Invest In The High-Efficiency Equipment You've Had Your Eye On

Are you considering switching to high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment, but are reluctant to make the initial investment? High-efficiency home comfort systems come with a number of benefits. They consume less fuel than conventional systems, create more cool or warm air, and have less of an environmental impact. If the first cost of new equipment intimidates you, you should check out rebates offered by Lennox that can make the investment more affordable.

Rebates from Lennox can come to over $1,400, depending on which system you purchase. When combined with federal tax credits and incentives from other sources, such as your utility company, high-efficiency home comfort equipment is more within reach.

When you purchase a qualifying Lennox Home Comfort System, you may be rewarded with up to $1,100 in rebates. A Home Comfort System bundle must include:

  • An air conditioner or heat pump
  • A gas or oil furnace
  • An indoor air cleaning system
  • A thermostat

Lennox also offers home PV (photovoltaic) solar equipment, giving Northwest Arkansas homeowners the opportunity to generate their own electricity instead of relying on utility companies. If you purchase four or more qualifying solar modules, Lennox offers rebates of $300. The sun is a clean, free and entirely renewable resource. It powers the planet, and it can power your home. The SunSource Solar-ready system allows you to tap into it when you’re ready, while remaining compatible with standard electric power.

Federal tax credits amounting to $500 are offered with the purchase of a SunSource Solar-ready air conditioner, or dual-fuel system. A dual-fuel system allows your home to save energy by heating and cooling with a heat pump, until the worst of the winter weather sets in, when it switches over to a furnace.

Incentives like this make it more practical than ever for the average Northwest Arkansas homeowner to upgrade his or her home comfort system. But you must act very soon, as the Lennox summer rebate program expires Aug. 26. Call Paschal Heat, Air & Geothermal to learn more. We’re proud to be your local Lennox dealer!
