I love my technicians they were very professional they told me step by step what they was doing they even seen some more repairs that I needed under the house and said if I hired another plumber to make sure I took pictures so they didn't mess up the work that they had already completed but just to know if the two repairman could contact me that they did the service for because of my plumbing issues I would like for them to do at least one just to come back by and see me so we can talk about it the cost and everything these people were so nice and so professional like I said they let me know other problems that I had that needed to be fixed they cleaned everything so good they cleaned up after themselves they did a wonderful job if I had to have any more work done I would love for those two gentlemen to come back it was actually three but I only met two so you have hired some excellent workers you should give them kudos and a pat on the back because at my address and my job that got done it was just such a blessing and I appreciate everything that they done thank you very much for your services and your two technicians that was so professional and loving and caring thank you Margaret Mccallister

Great service technicians

I had someone come out and fix and outside faucet, but not replace. The technician was super nice and knowledgeable. He fixed it without problems and answered all my questions. It was a bit pricey for a faucet replacement, but I don’t really know what they charge per hour etc. it just seemed like a lot. Otherwise pleased with the end result. I’d hire them again. They even came out the same day.

Five stars. Had an issue finding a OEM part. None in the United States and one to three month lead time.Bethany was instrumental in working with the manufacture to come up with a solution. It wasn’t easy but she got it done. Once the solution was finalized The work was completed the next day.

Technicians were sent out very quickly. Both guys were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They had us back up and running in no time.

I would like to give a HUGE thumbs up to Alex and Keith. Alex was very polite, knowledgeable, and did not leave until almost 8:00 because he wanted to make sure everything was fixed. His supervisor, Keith, had to bring over a part Alex didn’t have on the truck. I am a single woman with rescue pets I would die defending. Keith heard my 12 yr old Chiweenie while In the house and asked who was the sweet baby. My Abby made a new friend. These guys are pure gold!

The "comfort specialist" (Daniel) that provided the initial quote was on time, super friendly and informative in the explanation of my needs. Had a busted water heater in a house we recently purchased and had moved into. Called Paschal. They arrived earlier than expected and quickly quoted and repaired the damaged unit at a reasonable price. Val educated me on the root cause and maintenance. He was extremely professional! Oscar’s and he worked quickly and had both the damaged unit and the other 19-year old unit replaced and up to code in just a couple hours.

Paschal installed our heater and air conditioner within 2 days of our calling. Fast and professional service and the work was done in a day. We were so happy with the job we had them install a tankless water heater. We have been very happy with the products and would strongly recommend the company!

I can’t say enough good things about these folks. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I use Paschal for my HVAC and have been extremely pleased with their people and service. I had a runny toilet and needed water heater maintenance, so I called and talked with Andy, who was very helpful. He gave me info on a special which included flushing the heater and inspecting all plumbing. We set an appointment and two days later Brad ( Master Plumber) showed up, on time!My dog hates everyone but Brad was some kind of dog whisperer. She let him pet her! Brad told me he would be happy to fix the toilet, but that wasn’t included and would have to charge. I knew that and was prepared to pay. He told me it was an easy fix and directed me to a couple DIY videos. He was right, it was very easy. A plumber actually saved me money! By the way, Brad is also a U.S. Marine, and it shows. Very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Then again, that’s what I’ve come to expect from Paschal.

I had a complete HVAC system replaced in January, system was spec'd out by Daniel and Trey. We have had nothing but problems since install from not heating, to system configuration issues, and now not cooling. Technicians have been out more than a dozen times, still have a very expensive fan that moves warm air around the house during the summer heat. Not to mention our electric bill going over $400 to keep our house around 80 degrees. I have been battling these problems for 8 months now, and continue to get the run around every time I call, or when a technician comes out to the house.
Now 1 month later, and still no resolution to our problems. I keep being told that this manager or that manager will call me, and the calls never come. This has been a nightmare experience.

Kevin Mynatt came to our home and seemed very knowledgeable and on point. He made quick work and We have high hope of the problem being resolved!

This is a company that employs veterans and helps veteran families!!! We had a water leak days before leaving on vacation. They were able to come out the same day we called. They diagnosed the specific problem. Financing took minutes to apply online, and they booked our service for the next afternoon! They also left us with cold water until they could return. They were on time, the installation took a few hours, and we where back on track. They were so professional and interacted with the kids and our pets. Thank you gentlemen! The guys called the morning of to let us know they were on there way. Showed up early didn't make us wait all day especially since It was a weekend! They stayed busy. They took pictures of everything they had done under the house to make sure we new what was going on underneath. They were always keeping us informed.It has been very hard finding anyone to do this plumbing under the house and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Paschal’s AC repair. During a heat wave my elderly parents AC stopped working. Because of their ages it was a health risk for them to not have air conditioning. Paschal’s was able to work my parents into their schedule the next day, despite being scheduled out five-days for a service call. The fact that they took my parents safety into concern shows the type of people Katie, Leanna and the Paschal’s employees are. As for the service, the tech called before he came and was early, was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and efficient with diagnosing and fixing their air conditioning compressor. We installed a new furnace and air conditioning system this summer, and had a great experience with Paschal. Everything was scheduled promptly and construction dates happened when the company said they would. The office staff responded to texts and emails the same day. Everyone was friendly and professional. Our entire job – hardware installation, vent cleaning and handyman touch-up – was complete in just five days spread over about a month. Couldn't have been happier that I chose Paschal at random to check on a leaking water heater that I was sure was going to have to be replaced. I made my call at 8:35a.m. to request service. Before 10:30a.m. I was speaking with Brad who was calling to inform me that he would be at my home in approximately 30 minutes. Following Brad's arrival and inspection of the leaking hot water heater; it was bad news as I had expected ~ the water heater would need to be replaced. Brad was able to present me with an estimate of the total cost of the replacement in short order. I okayed the install and Brad left to pick up the new water heater. Brad once again called to let me know that he would be arriving soon with the new water heater. Long story short in under 6 hours on the same day that I called for service; the new water heater was in place. Throughout the entire experience I was presented with nothing but the most efficient and professional treatment by both the woman who took my initial request for service and Brad. I found working with Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric on the replacement of the water heater such a pleasant experience that when I have to replace our HVAC system my call will go out to this company again.

I was incredibly impressed by how quickly they responded to my call and were able to send over a technician to do an estimate for our water heater and HVAC replacement within a few days. Daniel Minton was our technician for the estimate and he was so professional - he explained everything in a way that was clear and understandable. He prepared the quotes on site and I was able to ok proceeding with ordering the needed equipment for the replacement. I was even more impressed when they were able to come the same day to replace our water heater! Our HVAC installation will be next week and based on the excellent job done by the water heater team, I expect nothing but excellent service.

I tried for three months to get a local plumber and a well known plumbing company to fix my problem. All I got were appointments not kept. I called Paschal and they set a time they would come. The plumber saw what the problem was ordered the part and in less than two weeks it was fixed.

I understood it might be “a minute” maybe even the next day before they could get to me as my unit was working but just not cooling to my setting. Not only did they overdeliver on responsiveness but the technician, Anthony was clearly experienced and diagnosed my problem immediately putting my immediate fears at ease!! Tyler and Caleb were polite and thorough in finding the the problem that made my toilet half-flush for months,. People who looked at it before couldn’t find the problem. They also tested my water pressure regulator to make sure it was working. I was very pleased.

We had semi-annual service, performed by Paschal, and then went out of town for a day. When we returned air conditioning was not working. Danny came out after his normal hours and worked over 2.5 hours to resolve the issue, which it appeared to apparently have been a loose connection at the outside unit. Although this should never have happened, Danny went above and beyond.

Our AC unit stopped running on Sunday night and it was a very hot and humid evening leading up until Monday. We called Paschal Monday morning and they were able to get someone out that day! Other places had said it would be Wednesday and that would not have been feasible with a 2 month old in the house. Our technician Andrew came and saved the day! This business would have received 5 stars if the rating only included the repairmen. They were excellent! Very knowledgeable, professional, and personable and they finished the job by cleaning everything up like new. The big drawback with Paschal’s is their cost. I had this same repair done on another toilet in our house 2 years ago. I realize costs have gone up since Covid wreaked havoc with our supply chain but this was beyond that. I paid $222 the first time, $417 this time. I would love to use these same repairmen again and again but simply can’t afford it. A big company has big overhead, I guess.

Westin was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our gas hot water heater quit working, the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. The hot water heater is under our house in the crawl space, 1970's design I'm assuming 🤷‍♀️. Westin got up under there and did his magic and we now have hot water, and all of this on a Saturday. I'm very thankful, you wouldn't realize how much you miss hot water until you don't have it.

I've had them out for 3 different jobs and they were great. Did great work, were very courteous. They actually informed us and took pics of some damage we didn't know we had. It's a new house for us and the previous plumbers damaged things without fixing tthem. Never have to wait long for an appointment and they always call ahead before they reach your house. Works for me because I have dogs to put outside. All in all a good company with great workers. Unfortunately, this house needs a lot of work so I'm a repeat customer but I know I'm getting good work done.

Consultant Matthew Gibson came to our house about one month ago to bid a new heat pump system. My wife and I thought he was very competent in his assessment of the problem we were having. We found his bid to be toward the middle of other bids that we received. We elected to go with an American Standard heat pump based on Matt's recommendation. It took about a week to get the product ordered and then installed. Brian and Garry from GTS did the install in one day. They were very careful about damage and cleanup. They explained the new thermostat adequately as well as the unit operation in general. It's only one month old but so far these guys have done a good job for us. The heat pump, a 2 speed, is functioning well with no problems. We believe we got good advice from Matt Gibson and he did follow up during and after the install to make sure everything was going well. Thanks for everything.

I will never use another plumber again, Pascal is the company to call. Michael came out and cleaned a clogged line that tends to stop up every couple of years. He also gave me estimates for a few other issues including a drain clean out for the clogged line so it would be easier to access. He was very professional and knowledgeable.I wish I had called them the first time the line clogged, I would have saved a lot of money and had far better customer service.

It’s a pleasure to share the experience I had with the staff and technicians. The joy to see that at least one company still had “CUSTOMER SERVICE” everyone I had contact with exhibited the up most respect and the ability to communicate at a level that even I could understand . I was kept informed about the movement of the project each day. The technicians work in harmony with one another they worked as one , very unusual to have each so knowledgeable of their trade. Their knowledge of the product they installed was over the top. I definitely would recommend the company to anyone that is in need of their services. I have used Pascal 3 times this year once to do maintenance on the a/c. Once to clean ducts and units and now once to get the heat going. Paschal maintenance of our heating system was done by Alex. He was very professional and took time to fully check the system as well as provide tips and insights on how to maintain good operating system.

He turned the heater on via my thermostat. I thought he turned it off while we were discussing what he found. However, the next morning we found out it was still on which was upsetting since our windows were open.

Mize has amazing customer service! I called because our AC went out. Their repairmen were booked so the owner personally came and looked at our unit. He then made sure we got the part we needed the same day and installed it himself. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure we got our unit running again. GTS installed a new heating and A/C system for us. Their quote was very reasonable, timelines were met, and the techs were very professional during the installation. Everything was CLEAN and put back in its place after they left.

We arrived for the holiday weekend only to find our A/C was not working. The thought of turning around to drive back home was not appealing at 6:30 pm. We called the after hours number and Corey called back with an estimated arrival time. He arrived with a positive attitude and was very nice at 7:20 pm when I’m sure he would rather be home. Based on our conversation and his knowledge, he already had a good idea of what the issue could be. He repaired it and we have A/C!!! Corey’s display of customer service and professionalism was outstanding. We are very pleased!

Douglas and Blaine installed my unit. They were extremely professional and very polite throughout their time here. They proved to be extremely hard workers working in the heat and humidity as well as carrying a huge unit up the attic stairs. They stayed here 9 hours barely having anything to eat at lunch and worked steadily. Their service hit every detail to provide a perfected outcome. We are new to Hot Springs Village and we had a thermostat go bad. Corey, from GTS, completed the repair and installed a new thermostat- all in the same day! With this responsiveness we will plan on using GTS for all of our heating and cooling needs! 10 out of 10 all around- thanks Corey and GTS.

GTS scheduled a Tech and Dustin showed up when they said they would, which I found to be refreshing. So far that has not been my experience with professional contractors or subcontractors in Hot Springs Arkansas. I moved from the Dallas area and you would not survive in business with the attitude I've experienced in my two years of living in Hot Springs. So great job GTS. The rest of the construction and service industry should take note and learn that showing up, doing quality work gets you referrals and return business. In my option the key to staying in business.

Really honest folks. Saved me from spending over $12,000 my former HVAC company wanted for a problem they said I had,but GTS tested and showed me the supposed problem did not exist.

As they say, 3rd time is charm. After calling two different HVAC services, I called Mize Heating and Air. They came within two hours of my call and had my unit fixed. Extremely friendly ,knowledgeable technician who took the time to explain what was going on with my unit.When I need a new unit, I will be calling Mize to purchase and install. Very professional quality work. Full of information. They use the best equipment on the market. Took they time to run my line set and furnace exhaust in the existing locations which is a plus for me. They didn’t short cut by cutting more holes and patching old ones to make it easier. The less holes and patches the less chance of leaks. They called before they came and they were on time. Walked me through the project and gave me a rundown on my system. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If I ever need any HVAC work which I shouldn’t I would definitely call them. You get what you pay for and so much more. I would give them 10 star rating but you only get the choice of 5. Thanks!

This review is for my neighbor (Sandy and Jim Bokus) who do not have a google account and asked if I could do it for them. 5 stars!!!!8 inches of snow in Hot Springs, AR today and temp of 16 degrees with wind chill make it feel like 5 degrees. Our subdivision is surrounded by hills and no vehicles going in or out. However; GTS was able to make it over here to help, when their heating unit was not working properly. Their inside temperature fell below 60 degrees. The serviceman was very professional, found the issue, and got the unit working. The couple highly recommends GTS for all your heating and air needs.

After much research of local HVAC companies I selected GTS to install a American Standard 1.5 ton AC/Gas Furnace in my lower level to replace my 32 year old unit. From the start of the process in discussions with their sales rep Matthew to the install with techs Dustin and Josh the process was professional and seamless. GTS was also competitive in price and of course their excellent customer reviews weighed heavily with me in selecting them. We also had them install a new smart wi-fi thermostat which allows us to make adjustments from our phone. My wife who is a techie absolutely loves this thermostat! All in all we highly recommend GTS Heat and Air and would not hesitate to use them again when my upstairs unit needs replacement.

We had a service check on Thursday afternoon, however, this morning, Sunday, October 25, 2020 we noticed our heat wasn't working. My husband called Mike Gibson to see if they could send someone to repair our heater first thing Monday. To our surprise, Tyler Briggs came to our house on Sunday morning right after he called and repaired the heat within an hour or so at no charge. We currently have a service contract with GTS and we are extremely pleased with their prompt service. Can't say enough about the excellent service and knowledgeable staff GTS employ. Updated (8/25/20: I ended up having to have my unit replaced. Mize Heating & Air Conditioning made the process very easy. It took the two man crew around 4 hours to remove the old unit and install the new unit. I could not be happy with the service that was provided. We recently purchased a new home which has a WaterFurnace geothermal heat pump system. Not being familiar with geothermal, I called the manufacturer to learn more and find someone who maintains the WaterFurnace units in our area. They directed me to GTS Heating and Air. From the first phone call I recognized I was dealing with a very professional organization, and when Jeremy the service tech arrived it served to further confirm that GTS is a professional customer focused organization.Jeremy took the time to walk us through how our system works, the location of major components and their function, as well as providing some tips to help keep the system running efficiently. I was blown away with the service I received today with GTS. Gave them a call this early this morning when I discovered my A/C went out. Within maybe 45 minutes of calling, I was assured I would have a technician out today. Once the tech; Tyler Briggs arrived he jumped straight into figuring out what the issue was. Once the issue was discovered, there was no wait in getting it fixed. Tyler was beyond polite and kind while fixing the problem and once he was finished he let me know I should be good to go and if not to give a call. I could not be more pleased with my experience with GTS. When my old heat pump failed I contacted several companies for estimates. Noel with GTS promptly responded to my email and came out the next day. He explained the various options and got back to me with prices that same day. I had been without air conditioning for a week so when I placed my order Noel contacted me that I would be getting the heat pump installed the next day! GTS recently completed the installation of a complete replacement A/C system for our townhome. After much research, receiving multiple bids and followup questions, we decided on an American Standard system. From the receipt of the proposal from GTS to the completion of installation everything went well. The two installation technicians, Tyler and Dustin, were exceptional. They worked diligently from arrival to departure. The quality of their work was above exceptional and was completed in less time than expected. If we need further A/C service we would not hesitate to ask for Tyler or Dustin.

We had our semi-annual maintenance for our geothermal unit today, Tyler was our technician. He was on time, had a professional appearance and was very focused on not bringing the outside environment into the house (he kept his shoe covers on at all times). He got right to work and seemed very knowledgeable and kept us informed as he went about taking his readings and testing the heating and air functionality. This is our typical experience with GTS, and with their help our 8 year old unit is running like a champ.

Mize always does an excellent job for us! The office staff and technicians are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

This morning was our annual maintenance service agreement inspection. They were scheduled between 8-8:30, showed up on time. The technicians name was Tyler, he was very nice and courteous. He did a thorough inspection. GTS is a pleasure to do business with, I highly recommend them!!!! Great job!!

We have used GTS since we built our house in 2012. We have a geothermal heat/air system and we have them do a preventive maintenance service it on it every spring and fall. They are professional, prompt, and thorough at every visit and have always provided excellent service. We have also had a couple problems with the pumps and they quickly isolated and corrected the problems including dealing with a manufacturers defect on one of the pumps to ensure that it was replaced for free.They always call in advance to schedule our preventive maintenance appointment and they arrive on time, every time. Gene is the technician that usually comes. He is respectful of our home, he explains the work that he does along the way, and is super nice to deal with. He even likes that our dogs follow him around in hopes that they get to help! We are very happy with their service and will gladly recommend them to anyone.

When you need help, it's comforting to know that GTS will respond quickly. They arrive when they say the will arrive, and we have great confidence that our problem will be resolved quickly. Gene is our regular technician, and he's great.Yesterday, our AC wasn't cooling. I called GTS at 7:30AM, and by 2:00PM, Gene was at the house and had diagnosed the problem. GTS sent another technician all the way from their shop to our house with a replacement part. By 6:00PM, we were back in business. GREAT Customer Service!

After our HVAC unit went out, we contacted Mize because a number of our friends/coworkers had so suggested. We had a quote quickly... they didn't try to sell us the largest or most expensive unit but recommended units that would meet our needs. They brought a window unit to get us by until the new unit could be installed. The installers were prompt, respectful, professional & friendly. They kept me in the loop as the day progressed & did a fantastic job with the install. I wouldn't suggest wasting time with any other company... Let Mize make your home comfortable again.

I have had issues with my old unit for some time. I called Mize Heat & Air around lunch on Monday and they had a guy within an hour get us comfortable for the night. By Tuesday afternoon they had the new unit installed. By Tuesday night I was wrapped up with blankets. The installers also get a 5⭐️ rating.

My landscape contractor hit my Geothermal line. I called in and the Geo Team at the house in one hour. Very Knowledgeable Technicians, WITH ALL THE TOOLS AND SUPPLIES to make the repairs and recharge the system.These Technicians are well trained, and have all the specialty equipment for the job. I called to report that something was wrong with our home AC unit. Shannon took the call. She was very pleasant and concerned. I knew I was in good hands. The next morning a very courteous service technician, Orrin, was on at the house and diagnosed the problem. The next day the necessary part had been located and Orrin was back to install it. We are much cooler now thanks to the great service from GTS. Could not have been more pleased with the service or the cost.

We recently needed to replace our heat pump for our house and one of the companies we requested an estimate was Mize. They are totally professional in everything they do. They are a very organized and straight forward group of people that gave us 3 estimates and answered all of our questions. We ultimately decided to go with Mize because of their great financing options, Trane products, courtesy and professionalism. I personally appreciated that they reference a biblical work ethic as well...it may not make my heat pump work better, but I believe it does say something about their ethics and honesty. The install went exactly as estimated and they cleaned everything up after the work was complete. That's been a month or so ago and we couldn't be happier with Mize!

It was a hot Friday afternoon when a part failed on my system. It was near 5pm when I called the number I had stored in my phone and there was no message so I did not leave a voicemail. I thought we would have to stay with family or get a hotel room for the weekend. About 5:15pm Mr. Mize called me back. He said he was on his way home, but would turn around and come fix my problem.
