Paschal Air has been servicing our HVAC system annually since we moved into our home eight years ago. All of our interactions with them have been positive. We are in the process of selling our home, and an inspector identified the need for combustion air venting. Having already had a myriad of "surprises" during our home inspection, this was just one too many! But, thankfully, Paschal had our back. Casey came out to review the problem and quickly alleviated our concerns. Enrique and crew were out two days later to add the venting. It was such a relief to have this piece of the puzzle complete. Very grateful for their professionalism, understanding, and kindness. It goes a long way! Thank you, Paschal team!

Our AC unit stopped running on Sunday night and it was a very hot and humid evening leading up until Monday. We called Paschal Monday morning and they were able to get someone out that day! Other places had said it would be Wednesday and that would not have been feasible with a 2 month old in the house. Our technician Andrew came and saved the day! He was friendly and thorough in his inspection. We had a local HVAC come out twice last year and never actually fixed the problem. Andrew took his time to look over the unit and have air back in our house in less than 2 hours. This business would have received 5 stars if the rating only included the repairmen. They were excellent! Very knowledgeable, professional, and personable and they finished the job by cleaning everything up like new. The big drawback with Paschal’s is their cost. I had this same repair done on another toilet in our house 2 years ago. I realize costs have gone up since Covid wreaked havoc with our supply chain but this was beyond that. I paid $222 the first time, $417 this time. I would love to use these same repairmen again and again but simply can’t afford it. A big company has big overhead, I guess.

Westin was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our gas hot water heater quit working, the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. The hot water heater is under our house in the crawl space, 1970's design I'm assuming 🤷‍♀️. Westin got up under there and did his magic and we now have hot water, and all of this on a Saturday. I'm very thankful, you wouldn't realize how much you miss hot water until you don't have it.

Servicemen were very cordial. Worked well together. I noticed the plumber told his apprentice "thankyou" for the chores he was doing. Which means alot to some people. Kept their minds on the job at hand.

The technician was here to address the HVAC system that was not cooling and the fan was running continuously. Kevin was very concerned with repairing the unit by checking it inside and out. He gave us an itemized list of repairs with itemized cost for approval. We felt like he was considerate of us as a customer! We would recommend anyone needing repairs.

But to schedule morning with maybe coming afternoon is absolutely not acceptable. In the future I want to know if it is morning or afternoon. It turned out to be a 2:00 pm service call. I had to stay home all day assuming it would be a morning appointment.

I called them this morning. Receptionist was super friendly and scheduled somebody to come out today. Michael Harrington and his assistant came diagnose the drain clog problem brought a big ole monster machine. cleared the clogs ran a water test for 10 minutes no problems everything is good. they did a great job highly recommend them price was also fair.

I've had them out for 3 different jobs and they were great. Did great work, were very courteous. They actually informed us and took pics of some damage we didn't know we had. It's a new house for us and the previous plumbers damaged things without fixing tthem. They explained everything, gave us our options and made sure we were knowledgeable about what we had to decide on. Never have to wait long for an appointment and they always call ahead before they reach your house. Works for me because I have dogs to put outside. All in all a good company with great workers. Unfortunately, this house needs a lot of work so I'm a repeat customer but I know I'm getting good work done.

Brant has serviced our geothermal unit several times and I’ve been pleased with him. Toby was the service man today and he was just as good. In fact, he noticed valves on pipes to and from our water heater weren’t set right and corrected them. Dayton has serviced our Water Furnace recently and he, too, is very thorough and knowledgeable.

The crew that did the installation was great! The unit we went with was a little pricey but we are now able to be comfortable in our home, so it is worth it to us. I would definitely recommend.

They went above and beyond to come and install what we needed on a weekend. We will use them for everything now.

Update Michael came out today and did a routine inspection found some issues and we are on the road to repairing it thank you Michael 5 stars.Our A/C went out on June 27th 2020 while we was at my grandmothers funeral. weve been without A/C since then its hot we are tired and have called every person we could think of well our last and final option was Paschal Air and boy or boy am I glad we did Contacted Paschal yesterday 7/7/2020 they had a gentlemen named Dallas B. come out today 7/8/2020 and he was early respectful honest and caring he did way more than the others weve called and was upfront with us. I only took 1 star off because the day of installation I was called after taking the day off work to be told the installation wasn't happening because the unit was damaged. But they explained that they wanted us to have the best possible equipment available. When they arrived to do the installation 3 days later they discovered the new unit was also damaged and had to order a new one. Which another employee brought just an hour later and everything went great after that. As frustrating as it was considering I was without ac for over a month. I have to say the folks at Paschal really gave us their best despite things beyond their control. I would highly recommend them in the future.

Started out thinking I had an outdoor faucet leak , turns out that wasn’t the case , Jesse crawled under the house , determined that that wasn’t the case, informed me of some other issues …. Highly recommend Paschal & personally will be asking for Jesse for upcoming work … he was very professional, courteous & made it very easy me for to understand things that I know nothing about & didn’t make feel like an idiot when I asked what some may consider general knowledge questions.

Consultant Matthew Gibson came to our house about one month ago to bid a new heat pump system. My wife and I thought he was very competent in his assessment of the problem we were having. We found his bid to be toward the middle of other bids that we received. We elected to go with an American Standard heat pump based on Matt's recommendation. It took about a week to get the product ordered and then installed. Brian and Garry from GTS did the install in one day. They were very careful about damage and cleanup. They explained the new thermostat adequately as well as the unit operation in general. It's only one month old but so far these guys have done a good job for us. The heat pump, a 2 speed, is functioning well with no problems. We believe we got good advice from Matt Gibson and he did follow up during and after the install to make sure everything was going well. Thanks for everything.

They installed a new high efficiency heat pump several months ago, a significant step up in comfort and energy efficiency from the old unit. Sitting in a cold house with a two week old Trane system installed with an unknown repair date. I can't fault Paschal for using an Trane system with their great numbers, parts made all over the world and assembled in America. Paschal installers were outstanding working in the bitter cold. Their plumber made me chuckle when he told me drip pan was suitable for hot water heater. Never heard of a gallon drip pan holding 40 gallons of water. Their technicians were professional and knowledgeable. Right now I keep asking myself why did I have a 24 year old system replaced and had been using it for 18 years without a problem one for fancy filters. If I hadn't of I would still have heat. That's why the 4 stars

We had a water line break in our front yard coming in to our house and had no water supply to our house. We also had a broken water shut off valve in our house. I called at least four other plumbers and none of them could come for at least a week to two weeks. I have used Paschal’s for our heating and cooling and did not realize they did plumbing also. I called Paschal’s on Tuesday and they came out the following day the day before Thanksgiving, so we were pretty stressed out. Shannon and Eddie showed up and went above and beyond what I was expecting. They were professional, courteous, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. They fixed the broken water line and the shut off valve. Shannon had to do some fancy soldering to the piping and did an outstanding job. I could not have been more impressed. Also they stayed late until the job was completed well after 5pm. They saved our Thanksgiving and we could not be happier!!!

The company has treated us great. We do the twice a year maintenance and it has great benefits. We needed a part replaced and no charge; they have a 10year parts & labor free. The technician Bobby was great and really knows his stuff; very helpful and courteous. The twice a year maintenance has a fee but we’ll worth it.

We had water heaters that were failing and producing rusty water. Paschal identified the problem quickly and we had new heaters installed very quickly. Jesse and Adam answered all of my questions and did a fantastic job getting us up and running with clear water. Overall, very impressed with the customer service with Paschal. Highly recommend!

Mize has amazing customer service! I called because our AC went out. Their repairmen were booked so the owner personally came and looked at our unit. He then made sure we got the part we needed the same day and installed it himself. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure we got our unit running again. Kevin was the tech who came to my home. I am a maintenance contract customer because of the professionalism and efficiency Paschal Air provides. Kevin represents the customer service Paschal believes in.

In the middle of the summer cooling season, we woke to a system that had stopped cooling. GTS scheduled a Tech and Dustin showed up when they said they would, which I found to be refreshing. So far that has not been my experience with professional contractors or subcontractors in Hot Springs Arkansas. I moved from the Dallas area and you would not survive in business with the attitude I've experienced in my two years of living in Hot Springs. So great job GTS. The rest of the construction and service industry should take note and learn that showing up, doing quality work gets you referrals and return business. In my option the key to staying in business.

This review is for my neighbor (Sandy and Jim Bokus) who do not have a google account and asked if I could do it for them. 5 stars!!!!8 inches of snow in Hot Springs, AR today and temp of 16 degrees with wind chill make it feel like 5 degrees. Our subdivision is surrounded by hills and no vehicles going in or out. However; GTS was able to make it over here to help, when their heating unit was not working properly. Their inside temperature fell below 60 degrees. The serviceman was very professional, found the issue, and got the unit working. The couple highly recommends GTS for all your heating and air needs.

After much research of local HVAC companies I selected GTS to install a American Standard 1.5 ton AC/Gas Furnace in my lower level to replace my 32 year old unit. From the start of the process in discussions with their sales rep Matthew to the install with techs Dustin and Josh the process was professional and seamless. GTS was also competitive in price and of course their excellent customer reviews weighed heavily with me in selecting them. We also had them install a new smart wi-fi thermostat which allows us to make adjustments from our phone. My wife who is a techie absolutely loves this thermostat! All in all we highly recommend GTS Heat and Air and would not hesitate to use them again when my upstairs unit needs replacement.

We had a service check on Thursday afternoon, however, this morning, Sunday, October 25, 2020 we noticed our heat wasn't working. My husband called Mike Gibson to see if they could send someone to repair our heater first thing Monday. To our surprise, Tyler Briggs came to our house on Sunday morning right after he called and repaired the heat within an hour or so at no charge. We currently have a service contract with GTS and we are extremely pleased with their prompt service. Can't say enough about the excellent service and knowledgeable staff GTS employ. Updated (8/25/20: I ended up having to have my unit replaced. Mize Heating & Air Conditioning made the process very easy. It took the two man crew around 4 hours to remove the old unit and install the new unit. I could not be happy with the service that was provided. Thank you Mize Heating & Air Conditioning for such awesome service.Michael was professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. We recently purchased a new home which has a WaterFurnace geothermal heat pump system. Not being familiar with geothermal, I called the manufacturer to learn more and find someone who maintains the WaterFurnace units in our area. They directed me to GTS Heating and Air. From the first phone call I recognized I was dealing with a very professional organization, and when Jeremy the service tech arrived it served to further confirm that GTS is a professional customer focused organization.Jeremy took the time to walk us through how our system works, the location of major components and their function, as well as providing some tips to help keep the system running efficiently. He then conducted our Spring service check and provided us with detailed information on how our system is performing. I was blown away with the service I received today with GTS. Gave them a call this early this morning when I discovered my A/C went out. Within maybe 45 minutes of calling, I was assured I would have a technician out today. Once the tech; Tyler Briggs arrived he jumped straight into figuring out what the issue was. Once the issue was discovered, there was no wait in getting it fixed. Tyler was beyond polite and kind while fixing the problem and once he was finished he let me know I should be good to go and if not to give a call. I will definitely be using GTS for all my future AC needs going forward! Myself, my wife, and our little daughter thank you all for being so fast and cordial when fixing our problem!

I could not be more pleased with my experience with GTS. When my old heat pump failed I contacted several companies for estimates. Noel with GTS promptly responded to my email and came out the next day. He explained the various options and got back to me with prices that same day. I had been without air conditioning for a week so when I placed my order Noel contacted me that I would be getting the heat pump installed the next day! Tyler and Zach arrived on time and were courteous, hardworking, and professional. GTS is the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with.

GTS recently completed the installation of a complete replacement A/C system for our townhome. After much research, receiving multiple bids and followup questions, we decided on an American Standard system. From the receipt of the proposal from GTS to the completion of installation everything went well. The two installation technicians, Tyler and Dustin, were exceptional. They worked diligently from arrival to departure. The quality of their work was above exceptional and was completed in less time than expected. If we need further A/C service we would not hesitate to ask for Tyler or Dustin.

We had our semi-annual maintenance for our geothermal unit today, Tyler was our technician. He was on time, had a professional appearance and was very focused on not bringing the outside environment into the house (he kept his shoe covers on at all times). He got right to work and seemed very knowledgeable and kept us informed as he went about taking his readings and testing the heating and air functionality. This is our typical experience with GTS, and with their help our 8 year old unit is running like a champ.

Performed a very thorough inspection and even found a component that was beginning to go bad and recommended we replace it. Just had our semi-annual checkup with Tyler Briggs of GTS. Our thermostat had gone wacky after a recent power issue, and Tyler reset everything back to where we like it. He was very patient with us old folks, thorough & efficient.

This morning was our annual maintenance service agreement inspection. They were scheduled between 8-8:30, showed up on time. The technicians name was Tyler, he was very nice and courteous. He did a thorough inspection. GTS is a pleasure to do business with, I highly recommend them!!!! Great job!!

We have used GTS since we built our house in 2012. We have a geothermal heat/air system and we have them do a preventive maintenance service it on it every spring and fall. They are professional, prompt, and thorough at every visit and have always provided excellent service. We have also had a couple problems with the pumps and they quickly isolated and corrected the problems including dealing with a manufacturers defect on one of the pumps to ensure that it was replaced for free.They always call in advance to schedule our preventive maintenance appointment and they arrive on time, every time. Gene is the technician that usually comes. He is respectful of our home, he explains the work that he does along the way, and is super nice to deal with. He even likes that our dogs follow him around in hopes that they get to help! We are very happy with their service and will gladly recommend them to anyone.

When you need help, it's comforting to know that GTS will respond quickly. They arrive when they say the will arrive, and we have great confidence that our problem will be resolved quickly. Gene is our regular technician, and he's great.Yesterday, our AC wasn't cooling. I called GTS at 7:30AM, and by 2:00PM, Gene was at the house and had diagnosed the problem. GTS sent another technician all the way from their shop to our house with a replacement part. By 6:00PM, we were back in business. GREAT Customer Service!

I called to report that something was wrong with our home AC unit. Shannon took the call. She was very pleasant and concerned. I knew I was in good hands. The next morning a very courteous service technician, Orrin, was on at the house and diagnosed the problem. The next day the necessary part had been located and Orrin was back to install it. The other day my wife called and told me the air was down. I called around and GTS was the only company that could make it out the same day. They made it out within 2 hours of my call and had the air conditioning up and cooling very quickly. My wife said the technician was extremely professional with her. I will definitely use GTS again.

GTS has cared for my HVAC system for years. A couple of years ago, we purchased a different home and became exasperated with dust on our furniture and floors. I was also concerned with insufficient air returns for this home's system. The technician who performs the bi-annual service on our units, Gene Partain, suggested that we have Noel Moore, GTS Comfort Consultant, come out and evaluate our system. This was the best move we have made in a long time. For a very reasonable price, a great crew from GTS installed two new return air ducts; and, a wonderful filtration system......the AccuClean Filtration System. Bottom line........the dust is GONE!! It is fun to look for dust now; I know that sounds strange, but we were so frustrated that we feel liberated!
