I can't say enough obout these guys technicians. Some back round. In the past 14 months I've spent almost 3k trying to get my heater working I have two small kids and not having heat is not an option. I've had three separate company's come out to my house and not a one mentioned that my heatpumps heat strips only had half of the heat strips wired. No your heard that right they were never powered the second half of the strips brakes never was powered from the main brakes box. This tec found it in 20 minutes. I'm so happy thank you so so much

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Best thing is I was Quoted $500 to handle the coils and move them deeper into the lake and was only charged $100 for the service.2017:Have never owned a Geothermal system and I had a few heating questions for the technician, Brant. The first time Brant serviced our system was in the Summer 2017 and he found several loose connections that needed to be tightened. We had a ceiling fan that had wobbled loose and caused the hot wire to rub against the fan causing a short. Gordon literally showed up during a snow storm to repair the wire and reinstall our ceiling fan. He was very professional, timely, and did a quality job.

They came out in inspected my sewer problem and had me a quote for repairs all within two days. I agreed to the quote and they were out doing the repairs in 4 days. They are very prompt and professional. I highly recommend them, and will use them in the future if needed.

Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

Diagnosed issue after isolating different components. Believes thermostat may be failing, as several times recently the unit continues to run although the temperature is above the setting. Only complaint, and not with Benjamin in anyway, is that the prices for installing a new thermostat and for a matching replacement thermostat are well beyond reasonable. I will be doing the replacement myself.

6 month check on heating units

This company did an amazing job. I have no complaints. They were professional and kind. They set up everything. The guy even took his time cutting the edges for the intake to ensure it was perfect. They checked everything twice before they left. They made sure the intake was flat enough to accommodate a walker, which I especially appreciate. I would absolutely call this company again. They took a very big and scary cost and walked me through it step by step.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. From meeting Mathew (for their easement) seeing how he checked things I never thought of, he was pleasant and never pushy. It was over the Christmas & New Year holiday. The unit came and they found a leak in the new unit, they could have fixed it & saved themselves time and money. But they did the right thing, they called for another unit, had the installers wait for over an hour for the new unit. After the installation they tested the unit on cooling, heating & the emergency heat strips. I am VERY pleased with Pascale's service, from the phone conversations, a everyone that came to my house. I highly recommend this company.

Paschal won my loyalty for life this holiday season! Our pipes froze on Christmas Eve and they were willing to come out, find the frozen section that we had missed, fix the issue in minutes, and not charge us the arm and a leg other plumbing companies had quoted us. So thankful and grateful for them, and extremely grateful for the fact that we were able to have water in our pipes for Christmas.

The serviceman was very helpful and considerate. He explained the problem and because of the problem, I actually had to do the repair because it was not unit related. But he didn’t put the small rubber hose back on correctly and the heat stopped working in about 30 minutes. I went and fixed it so we are good. That is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars.

Furnace quit creating hot air for the house

Just having moved to a new house;I awoke this morning to my faucets making very angry gurgling noises with little to no water pressure! Due to the frigid temperatures, inclement weather of snow and sleet; I was nervous that my pipes have frozen.I contacted a few companies. At 7:00 am, one company’s answering service took my information and said the office would contact me.I also contacted Paschal at about 7:30 am- within 15 minutes I was contacted by someone from Paschal! They were very kind and receptive of my issues and said they would get someone to me by this afternoon! I asked for the cost and they explained that as well!At 11:30 am approximately 4 hours later, the technicians from Pashcal called to let me know they were on their way.No one from the first company has contacted me yet!Due to the weather, apparently my road was too icy! The technicians parked their car at the bottom of the hill and WALKED up to my house!! They could have easily said they couldn’t make it to me and gone ti their next call! Instead, they weathered the snow and ice and walked their way up, tools in tow! Getting here, they were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous! They replaced a toilet and drain pipe. However a couple of days later we noticed water spots on our bathroom ceiling. They came out immediately and replaced the toilet gas vent pipe that the roofers had broken and jimmy rigged with roofer tape. They are very professional. Highly recommend them.

The service technician, Ben, was professional, courteous, and competent. Their people are always polite and do the job in a quick and efficient manner. Once they are done, they make sure they have everything put back properly and is all cleaned up. This visit we had Kevin and he made a recommendation for an addition to our furnace that will help keep all of the dust from out shop out of the furnace and thus out of the house. He had the equipment on his truck to install the recommendation and had it completed in less than an hour. That is what I call customer service.

While I am unhappy with the prior service on our HVAC system that necessitated the request for a technician on 11/16/22; my husband and I were more than happy with the technician who came to the rescue. Bryant was the name of the technician who arrived at our home to determine the cause of our brand new HVAC system tripping a circuit breaker 5 times in 4 days. Bryant was able to ferret out the problem, an incorrect wiring during the installation of correctly sized heat strips for our system by the previous technician. Bryant communicated to my husband what had occurred and what was done by him to correct the problem and went out of his way to label the electrical boxes on the HVAC unit to make working on the system in the future. Bryant is a definite asset to Paschal.

They were able to get us in right away for an estimate on our water heater replacement, and then back the next day to install. They were running early the day of installation,but had no problem giving me an extra 30 minutes to finish a work meeting I was in to get home. Jorge Diaz came out on Friday Nov 11th and replaced the motor in our Daikin AC and heat pump unit. He did a great job and Walker AC honored our warranty with the previous company, Metro Energy Savers and did not charge us anything for parts or labor. That was exceptional customer service!

We've had positive experiences with Paschal in the past for HVAC, and this experience for plumbing repair was equally positive. Alex was great, he explained everything up front and even went above and beyond to ensure our repair would hold up even better than it was initially installed. These last few encounters with Paschal has convinced me to try their annual service contract, so I'll try to update my review after having some of the preventative maintenance done in the near future.

Fast, competent, quality replacement of defective PRV.

We just moved to MO and into our new house. While attempting to install the washer I realized the safety valves leaked if not turned off completely. I called Paschal and they were able to send someone to the house within a couple of hours.Our technician was Austin. He called ahead to provide an ETA. He arrived on time and was professional. He quickly troubleshot the problem. He provided a couple of options and allowed me to make a decision as to what I thought was best while leveraging his expertise. From the beginning to the end they exceeded our expectations. Friendly and professional at every turn.Our home was constructed in 1906 with an HVAC system installed in 1996. It was time to upgrade.There were a total of 11 guys (that we saw) who worked to replace our entire electric HVAC system and built ducting to make our outdoor wood furnace more efficient. They had to climb around the hot attic and belly crawl all over under the house. Yet, they took the time to put drop cloths over our furniture and flooring to prevent mess and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each of the 7 day project.Everything installed works right and looks good. In the places where drywall, plaster and paint were damaged as the new vents were placed, they repaired and painted to make it look as though nothing had been done.I seldom take the time to write reviews but these guys deserve kudos for a job WELL DONE!Thanks to Chris and all these guys for completing this project in grand fashion.

I called to ask about when someone could come out to look at my water heater , after calling two other places who had a 2-3 days wait. The operator told me they could get to my house the same day within a couple hours!! I was so happy. Brian arrived with a smile on his face and ready to get to work. He gave me good , clear , information about my water heater and then once we came to a conclusion what needed to be done, he communicated well with me and my husband who was on the phone with us. I love my technicians they were very professional they told me step by step what they was doing they even seen some more repairs that I needed under the house and said if I hired another plumber to make sure I took pictures so they didn't mess up the work that they had already completed but just to know if the two repairman could contact me that they did the service for because of my plumbing issues I would like for them to do at least one just to come back by and see me so we can talk about it the cost and everything these people were so nice and so professional like I said they let me know other problems that I had that needed to be fixed they cleaned everything so good they cleaned up after themselves they did a wonderful job if I had to have any more work done I would love for those two gentlemen to come back it was actually three but I only met two so you have hired some excellent workers you should give them kudos and a pat on the back because at my address and my job that got done it was just such a blessing and I appreciate everything that they done thank you very much for your services and your two technicians that was so professional and loving and caring thank you Margaret Mccallister

Jorge Diaz, was a professional from the time he arrived at our residence. After he diagnosed the problem, he wasn’t 100 % sure of his findings so he called in his manager to verify is final diagnosis. After a second set of eyes viewed the issue, it was determined that a part was not necessary. So this call actually saved me money.I know there maybe some out there that are thinking well Jorge didn’t really diagnose the problem correctly but I’m glad he was humble enough to say let someone else check my work. They both could have very easily said yeah the other part is needed but they didn’t. To me this shows a high level of trust and would definitely recommend them.

I had someone come out and fix and outside faucet, but not replace. The technician was super nice and knowledgeable. He fixed it without problems and answered all my questions. It was a bit pricey for a faucet replacement, but I don’t really know what they charge per hour etc. it just seemed like a lot. Otherwise pleased with the end result. I’d hire them again. They even came out the same day.

Five stars. Had an issue finding a OEM part. None in the United States and one to three month lead time.Bethany was instrumental in working with the manufacture to come up with a solution. It wasn’t easy but she got it done. Once the solution was finalized The work was completed the next day.

He answered all the questions and event checked areas of concern I had about my damper motors.Although he wasn’t able to finish due to rain. I absolutely recommen Lyerla 100%. This company put our system in when we built our house, 5yrs ago. They are so professional, in whatever you ask of them! I had walker out to replace 2 systems. Excellent job. Installers were very good.Finished in less time than i expected. They might be slighty higher priced but worth every penny!

(He saw the Marine Corps sticker on my car and mentioned it.) I like supporting businesses that hire military veterans. Blane also did a great job. Great team, professional service.

I had a complete HVAC system replaced in January, system was spec'd out by Daniel and Trey. We have had nothing but problems since install from not heating, to system configuration issues, and now not cooling. Technicians have been out more than a dozen times, still have a very expensive fan that moves warm air around the house during the summer heat. Not to mention our electric bill going over $400 to keep our house around 80 degrees. I have been battling these problems for 8 months now, and continue to get the run around every time I call, or when a technician comes out to the house.
Now 1 month later, and still no resolution to our problems. I keep being told that this manager or that manager will call me, and the calls never come. This has been a nightmare experience.

My air went out two days ago. Called Walker and they quickly scheduled a visit. Assessed the issue and fixed it. Now I’m back to chilling in this Texas heat

Great communication and follow up. I called this morning and was told between 8a and noon. Around 11 the office called me back and said a tech was in the area if I was ready. I confirmed and the technician showed up about 10 minutes later. He asked questions regarding what was happening. He checked the thermostat, HVAC unit upstairs and the outside compressor unit. He found the problem, repaired it and returned to verify the system was working. Very efficient. I will use them again in the future.

I went to their office at closing time, and they were gracious enough to look up our old contract with metro air. They set us up for the next morning and had our air running by 9:30. If you are looking for an ac, plumbing, or electrical I would recommend them

The technician, Alfonso, was polite and efficient and seemed competent. He made the necessary repair and cleaned the outside unit in about 30 minutes. Very pleased.

A new thermostat was installed to replace a malfunctioning one. The service technician examined every component and electrical connection in the main heat pump. Initially, he seemed to believe that I didn’t understand how the thermostat functioned, and drew a diagram illustrating the difference between the “desired temperature” and the “actual temperature.” Eventually, he found an error code that identified the problem as the thermostat and installed a new one. This repair could have been done sooner if the technician had listened more carefully to my explanation of how the thermostat was failing to function, and not assumed a certain level of ignorance on my part. The new part was still under warranty and the only charge was for the diagnostic call.

The technician diagnosed the problem with my AC and recommended that the 25 year unit be replace. They were able to install a complete new system in one day. The technicians were very friendly and answered all my questions. Brent, Chris, & Joey were the crew that did an excellent job!!

The service men were very respectful and arrived on time. Double checked with me to make sure that I didn’t have any questions and gave me the information I needed for future maintenance.

This is a company that employs veterans and helps veteran families!!! We had a water leak days before leaving on vacation. They were able to come out the same day we called. They diagnosed the specific problem. Financing took minutes to apply online, and they booked our service for the next afternoon! They also left us with cold water until they could return. The guys called the morning of to let us know they were on there way. Showed up early didn't make us wait all day especially since It was a weekend! They stayed busy. They took pictures of everything they had done under the house to make sure we new what was going on underneath. My A/C unit went out last night. Matthew came this afternoon to troubleshoot my system. Since my unit is 22 years old, the “bandaid” fix was not a good idea and probably would not have worked. Matthew gave me an estimate of work necessary to replace my old unit, both inside and out, with a 10-year warranty. He set me up with financing and an installation date of this Monday. He also took time to answer questions that came we had regarding our heating system from last winter. There were a couple of issues that came up about the maintenance plan we had already paid for, and he contacted the main office to resolve them before he left. We will definitely ask for Benjamin for any future services.

My parts were covered under warranty and he explained the cost difference if I wanted it fixed the same day with parts he had or the cost if I waited. He said it would take a few days for the part to arrive. I chose to wait, and to my surprise, they had the part and he arrived the next day to fix it. He was fast and very professional.2021: Buddy was very professional and fixed the problem that needed fixing. He fixed it correctly instead of trying to take the easy way out and glue it.
