Paschal replaced our old heat & air system with a new Trane Unit. Our sales rep Drew was great, very knowledgeable & polite. Once we scheduled the installation, the techs were right on time and worked to replace our unit in one day. They hauled off the old system. They also took the time to program the new thermostat and helped us set up our Iphone app for it. Can't say enough about Paschal Heat & Air. Totally pleased.

Definitely a five-star company. We had a multi head ductless system installed and am amazed at how well it works. Called Larson Heating & Air on June 15th, Kirk & Gabe came out the very next day (Friday) and assessed our situation, that afternoon I received their quote, the following Monday I called and told them to proceed with getting the units ordered. Thought I might be looking at 3 -4 weeks but got a call the very next day saying they’d be there to install the following Tuesday and Tuesday the install was completed!! The system is fantastic, every one of the guys from start to finish were great, friendly, professional but most importantly knew exactly what thy were doing. My wife cannot get over how quiet this system is, you cannot hear anything inside or outside. We can sit under the gazebo in peace and quiet for the first time. Me, I’m a little more partial to how well this system works, how quickly and efficiently it cools the entire house. As you can probably tell, I’m more than quite pleased with Larson and the work they performed.

Ben was a big help with our generator. We had a warranty issue with Generac and he went above and beyond getting it resolved. When he repaired the generator, he did a full load test and checked all of the voltages and current loads. A average tech would have just made sure it turned on and then walk away.

We had Jesse come out today (23rd of July) and perform some maintenance on our AC units. In passing I told Jesse that one end of our house cools much better than the other, to the point of irritation. My dude didn’t leave until the problem was fixed and the vents were blowing evenly all over the house. I’m sure he stayed longer than he was expecting but seemed happy and eager to fix our problem. I’m going to request him to maintain our units from now on. Incredible service and what you’d expect from Paschal. A+++

Replaced my entire system including ducts. Moises repaired two registers that were hard to reach and had to crawl under the front portion of the house to reconnect the ducts to the registers. Shout out to him for going the extra mile. New unit works great thanks to being properly sized. Out old unit was too small. If you’re looking around for a new a/c system I highly recommend Paschal. They left our property spotless and did a great install.

We have had some questions about our HVAC system and have decided to replace the air handler system that was NOT replaced when another company installed the Lennox system prior to our purchasing this home. I had noticed, as had Zayn, that there was considerable rust around the coils and Zayn pointed out that it appeared that the 23 year old blower motor could fail, sooner rather than later!Yes, we’re spending money, but I am confident in Zayn’s assessment. I’d rather take care of it now than have another late night call on a frigid Winter night, as we did when we first moved in here and dealt with another company. Dealing with a company other than Paschal’s was a miserable experience. Paschal’s is definitely the way to go for HVAC! And maybe you’ll get lucky to get Zayn!

Had the spring check and all was good. Feel good about this summer air conditioning.Follow-up. Had to call the billing office to fix the yearly membership billing. They charged my credit card for the monthly amount and more charges also appearred that were not for me. I got a new number so I called to have them send me a bill but was told they don't do that anymore. I asked to talk to the supervisor but was told that he would have to call me back. Still waiting for that call, great customer service. Guess I'll find another company to do business with.

From the first call to the last item loaded up after installation, they did a great job! Austin was a great representative and professional sales person…I never felt like he was trying to sell me was the great part. He was an advocate for us as we worked to find the right solution for our home. Heidi, the coordinator for us, then worked with us to finish the paperwork quickly and easily. But the gold medal goes to the four techs that installed two entire heat pump units on a 98 degree day with 90% humidity. They worked from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM until the job was done. They were super friendly, tidy, clean, and they left the home clean, it was like they were never even here. In a couple hours the home was nice and cool again and we all had a good nights sleep. Thank you Paschal team.NOTE for new system shoppers. We had Nest thermostats, loved them and the app. We had the Trane thermostats installed to replace the Nest ones. They came with the new units. Not advisable if you can avoid it. The Trane thermostats are antiquated and clunky, we will be working to replace them with Nest or something more friendly as they are old tech.

He explained step by step what he was going to be doing during my service and kept me updated on what his progress was during the process. He also explained the importance of what he was doing and the impact of it. He also provided me with critical information on the care of my HVAC and how to maximize the performance and expand the life of my unit. We have lived in our home since we built in 2009 and have had several different technicians come to my home to service my units, but no one has ever explained or recommended these simple things that any homeowner should do to properly care for their units. He also installed my HVAC monitoring system and explained how it works. Raphique is an awesome technician and I have already recommended Paschal and him to him to others. AC inspection

Bobby and Garrett did a great job replacing the shower cartridge in my bathroom. It was a big job and took quite a while. They left the bathroom clean and just the way they found it and now my faucet works better than it ever has!!! Very professional and knowledgeable!!!

I knew my water heater was 14vyears old and it was making terrible cracking noises, but I didn't know it was leaking, so I went ahead and got one, he installed it, he had to go get some parts, but I am glad he dud, to do it right and not just use the things.The only thing that disappointed me was he was not able to fix my outside faucets , that is what I had called about. He was given the wrong parts for them. But he said they will call me tomorrow and come and do them.I hope they do.

The skill he exhibits to locate and determine the source of the issue, draft a cursory plan of action and then execute that plan despite unexpected surprises from my quirky old home is exemplary. He is communicative without talking-down and polite and friendly. He is punctual and stays until the job is finished even in extreme weather conditions and being waist deep in a gross hole in the ground remained cheery the whole day. We were highly impressed with Paschal through the entire process of replacing our AC unit. The day of the install they found a problem in the duct work that had been missed, but fixed it without adding any additional cost to us and it added hours to their day. Back in November of 2023 I had scheduled a tune up for our heat pump unit. Mr. Jorge Diaz showed up to perform the maintenance required that day. He showed up on time. Jorge was very professional and detailed with what was going on with the unit. He found that there was a defective schrader valve that was slowly leaking freon. He immediately told me about the issue and went into detail about what was happening. He replaced the defective valve and resolved the problem. Jorge is a top notch employee and we were pleased with his professionalism.

The young man who serviced my air conditioner was very professional. He introduced himself at the door he went directly to the system to complete the inside work and proceeded outside to check and clean the unit as needed. When the work was completed he informed me of what was checked afterwards I signed the necessary paperwork he informed me to contact the company if I had In questions or issues.

My air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I mentioned this in passing to their HR representative, Makayla. She suggested that I call customer service to get a quote. When the technician came out, he was so thorough and professional. He showed me his recommendations Along with price quotes for temporary repairs as well as replacing the entire unit. I was surprised with how reasonably priced the quotes were. I decided to replace the entire unit. I would definitely recommend this company.

As it turned out, we needed a new thermostat, due to a surge that caused the old one to be inoperable. Jake quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. We have used Walker for years and appreciate them very much. They have put in two HVAC systems and done routine checks and maintenance on a regular basis. Their guys know their stuff and have never steered us wrong or tried to upsell us on anything. The updated scheduling system needs some tuning up and it would be nice to receive a heads-up if technician is more than an hour beyond the 4-hour window given. Calvin is awesome -- so knowledgeable, focused, and thorough. I flip on my systems with the confidence that they are in good shape and safe. Now, if you y'all could bring some fall weather! [Edited in 2024] I continue to experience issues with their automated scheduling service: multiple 'reminders' and exhorting me to make appointments I've already made. Have talked to them about how annoying this is. Also: talked to them about reminding their techs to stay focused on the issue at hand and STOP opining on my household decor OR my decision to have carpeting in parts of my home. It's none of their damned business! Very awkward. If service wasn't good, I would switch companies because of the unnecessary comments about my home decor. Stay on task.

After having done countless renovations over the years and having worked with an endless list of quasi service providers, finding Paschal & more specifically, Jackson Smith, has proven to be the best experience. There was a major gas leak at a commercial property. It was underground on a 2” line. This was during the Polar Blast of 2024 at 16°F. We had to mobilize a plan. Jackson arrived with a concrete saw, a jack hammer and digging tools. He carefully cut a precise working area out of a 4” thick slab then used a pick to get through frozen ground. They dug around 28” then hand dug around the becoming exposed gas line. These tasks alone were a difficult accomplishment. Most plumbers wouldn’t even show up. Now the breach in the fitting has been located. This was the first part of the operation and the first estimate. This task was difficult and completed in a timely & professional fashion. I was appreciative. I felt the price charged was reasonable and all went smoothly. This is also the part where other plumbers may have made it to this point, got paid for the this part of the job…and never called back. Paschal Group & Jackson said they could do it and would be back. We were now looking at what it was going to take to actually make the repair and get the job done once the initial excavation had been completed with the breach exposed. When a project like this is begun, there can be a lot of unknown findings. So the first part of this major operation & problem was agreed upon, paid for and completed professionally & successfully. Five Stars. If you have read this far we are now moving to the second transaction in the operation. There were two separate days & tasks.

The Repair: Jackson Smith.
It is hard to grasp the level of difficulty & planning that had to take place for this repair. First of all we are in middle America, Arkansas where materials aren’t just readily available, especially on the weekend during a winter storm that has left most of the state impassable & was declared a state of emergency. Paschal Plumbing & Jackson did not leave me hanging. Jackson traveled 50 miles to the only store opened that could get us what we needed. We had one shot & that’s it. His measurements & planning had to be perfect. After he was able to locate the material, he called me with the price for the job. It was an expensive task. We had to move forward. It was 11AM by that time. As I mentioned earlier, the whole state had been declared emergency, so Jackson had several other calls before mine. We waited. My faith had been challenged that they were not going to show back up as it became 6, 7 & then 8 PM on a Saturday. He did communicate. I had truly lost hope though with the size of the project, the time & that it was 16° & dropping. The next several days were projected to be even more deteriorating whether. Jackson arrived just before 9 PM with a helper. I had already dragged up additional supplies to help the situation in below freezing temperatures in hopes he would make it. I prepped the area with layers of packing quilts & had a warming area ready so no one got frostbite. It was a very long and difficult operation. Removing the old pipe had to be done in a very delicate fashion in an effort to not damage the main line which is 5’ below ground. Between pipe wrenches, bandsaw, & Sawzall the removal was a success. This may have been the most tense part of the job because the repair hinged on saving the existing line. By the way-it’s midnight, 15° & working in a hole outside. Next steps were very precision specific in measuring, threading & pipe fitting. It was an impressive operation that took a special skill set most people can never possess, not to mention the terrible weather conditions. We finished at 3am. It was a very taxing and strenuous situation. Jackson showed up to the job with all the parts & other specific tools to knock it out! Paschal supplied their Star employee with tools for success. Jackson is unbelievably talented. Hope I can work with him in the future. Grateful. Very Fair. A+++

I had a new HVAC unit installed in our attic. CHRISTOPHER "CHRIS" KESINGER and ISMAEL PIVARAL and one other helper. I didn't catch his name. They did an awesome job. Far better than the competition prices. Left the area cleaner than it was before the work started. Definitely using them again for future projects.

They’ve helped us repair a clogged drain two years in a row. This year, Jorge Diaz was our technician and spent almost two hours in 88 degrees inside repairing our HVAC unit. He was beyond kind, progressional, and went to a lot of work to ensure it was fixed for us to have air that day. He is the best of the best and would recommend to anyone! My first experience with Paschal HVAC was that they were good at what they did, but very overpriced. My next experiences with their plumbing technicians were different. Michael, Eddie, and Dustin were very prompt, very good at what they did, and gave me a very decent price. I think I am becoming a fan of Paschal thanks to their courteous and knowledgeable technicians.

We built a new home in Colleyville, TX and have been using the builder HVAC contractor who installed our units. I have not been happy with them so I called Paschal to check our units this summer because we had used them before in our previous home and was very happy with them. I’m so glad I did because they are thorough, on time, reasonably priced and honest! The honesty aspect is the most important to me! I would recommend them to the whole world but I might have trouble getting them back again because they would be so busy!!

We have a unique home layout due to add-ons done over the years and almost no room was comfortably heated or cooled. When it was time to replace our old unit, we got multiple bids, and, in the end, we chose Walker AC & Heating (now Paschal Air). Mark and Cory thoroughly discussed our needs and designed a system adding new returns and improved duct paths. The new system is extremely quiet and energy efficient. We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Replaced our air scrubber bulb

Zack and Riley replaced Hot Water Heater. They did an amazing job.

Couldn't be more pleased. The lady that made the appointment was polite and knowledgeable and the two young men actually showed up an hour early. They got immediately to fixing the issue and were finished in about an hour. The cost of therepair was exactly what was quoted. Not only were they professional and quick, they were also very polite and professional. Will definitely call again if needed.

Fast and courteous and explain what he was doing.

Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

Diagnosed issue after isolating different components. Believes thermostat may be failing, as several times recently the unit continues to run although the temperature is above the setting. Only complaint, and not with Benjamin in anyway, is that the prices for installing a new thermostat and for a matching replacement thermostat are well beyond reasonable. I will be doing the replacement myself.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

On the same day as the deep freeze hit Texas, I found out my sister in Azle had no heat. I live out of state so checked yelp and Google, chose Straight Shooter for all the 5 star reviews. I couldn't wait to leave them another one!I called and spoke with Donna who is the kindest person, so helpful and scheduled my sister for same day with no emergency upcharge! She even offered to take her a space heater to use while she waited for the technician. Such an angel!Luke came to check out the unit and was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. While I am unhappy with the prior service on our HVAC system that necessitated the request for a technician on 11/16/22; my husband and I were more than happy with the technician who came to the rescue. Bryant was the name of the technician who arrived at our home to determine the cause of our brand new HVAC system tripping a circuit breaker 5 times in 4 days. Bryant was able to ferret out the problem, an incorrect wiring during the installation of correctly sized heat strips for our system by the previous technician. Bryant communicated to my husband what had occurred and what was done by him to correct the problem and went out of his way to label the electrical boxes on the HVAC unit to make working on the system in the future. Bryant is a definite asset to Paschal.

I was amazed with the customer service and quality of workmanship I received. I thought I could get by with just a space heater well, after 2 days I called Straight Shooter Ac and had a complete HVAC system in my house and couldn't be more delighted!!

If I could give Walker less than 1 star I would. I had and entire brand new A/C unit installed 7/2020 ( Should've went with Willard) and have had soooo many issues but this last issue was it. After multiple service calls within the last few weeks finally found out that I have an evaporator coil leak which the part is covered by the manufacturer but I have to pay for the labor over $1900.00. As a consumer this sounds ridiculous....after paying 10k for a new unit less than 2 years ago. The part is faulty by the manufacturer and all Walker would say well you only had 1 year labor warranty. Their responses was soooo generic and robotic. This is a WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT use their service. Since they've been bought out the service is HORRIBLE. You measure a Company's service by how they resolve the issues outside normal everyday problems. I have multiple properties that use Walker not anymore. I'm going to post and warn consumers on every platform about their terrible service!

Today I contacted Straight Shooter to check on our A/C units because they aren’t working well. Michael was at our house within a couple of hours. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He has been in the industry for 20 years. When Michael was finished with his assessment we met with Patti to go over options and pricing. She was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. We are purchasing two new units and they will be installed in a few days. Straight shooter will shoot you straight! Highly recommend them!

I was having A/C issues when it was 103 degrees outside. I called Straight Shooter and they were very responsive. Caleb came out right away and diagnosed my system and we had cold A/C again. Let me start by saying, I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and work ethic these gentlemen possessed. I called Monday afternoon Patty was there that evening . The next day at 8am my system was beinginstalled. The gentleman arrived at 7:45am and started working. They did not leave until 5:30pm working the entire time, even pulled my trash can from the curb. We’ve used Walker HVAC exclusively since 1986, when we bought a Fredrick window unit from them to heat and cool a room I’d added to our small house. We haven’t required much service since then but did need to completely change out our central unit back in 2001. Walker did that for us, putting in a Trane heat pump. That unit performed flawlessly until about a year ago, when it needed a charge of Freon and replacement of a small part. Every technician that worked on the unit was extremely nice and seemed to know exactly what to do. Last week we finally turned the central unit on for this season and no joy - no cooling at all. Calvin came out initially and determined that the little device they replaced last May had leaked almost all our Freon, but needed to check with the office before replacing the lost Freon. I talked with Juan via both office visit and by phone. At that time he was behind a desk and was going to visit with management to see how best to proceed in our case. Today Juan himself came out , replaced our missing Freon, and got the central unit operating great again. Very efficient. My only regret was that I didn’t immediately recognize him without the desk and computer in front of him. Sorry about that, Juan. Juan, like almost every other Walker technician, was the picture of curtesy and efficiency. And the bottom line was that Walker HVAC stood behind their year old repair and replaced the Freon at no charge. That I did not expect. Thank you, Juan, for going to bat for us, and thank you Walker HVAC for standing behind your work 100%.
