Upon initiating my service request on Tuesday, September 3rd, they had Pablo Lopez (licensed plumber) to my house by Thursday the 5th to look into things and see what was going on and today, Thursday the 12th it's fixed. Paschal sent Pablo and Nykel out to my house. They fixed the leak in my foundation and rerouted my water line to prevent future issues. Pablo is very knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions, and he ensured that I understood everything I was uncertain of! Call Pascal for all of your plumbing needs!

The unit came and they found a leak in the new unit, they could have fixed it & saved themselves time and money. I live in a very old house. The faucet in the front yard was leaking some. I called Paschal because they had done good work for me before on my A/C. They dispatched James. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He explained that the pipe was basically rotting out & very likely to crack if worked upon. He was able to quickly address this by a total replacement of the pipe from the meter to the house. I am very pleased with his explaining what my options were. It took about half a day to dig a trench along the old pipe, done by the digging crew. Just today he took about half a day to lay in the new pipe and connect it up. He had me test the flow to the bath tub. It came out clear because James took the time and effort to clear the new pipe of any dirt. I am very pleased.

Our last service was HVAC. COLTON BURNETT. He is courteous, kind, super knowledgeable, honest and above and beyond in soooo many ways. He is a superstar that gives Paschal the great reputation they deserve.

His supervisor, Lyle, is also a gem. He deserves Kudos too!

Colton knows his stuff and could explain in detail all the whys, ifs, ands and buts of all things we asked and explained everything well. There is nothing he did not know, and if he was just a little unsure, (instead of making things up), or wanted another opinion , he went up the ladder to Lyle and got more information to figure things out. Honesty. Integrity. I love that about him. He’s really a super asset to the company.

He works hard and is diligent, and explains what he’s doing and why he’s doing it every step of the way. Other companies don’t do this. They just do what they do and send a bill. This is what makes Paschal special. The communication is impeccable.

A/C quit working. I scheduled an appointment to have a technician look at it. A few minutes later, the tech called to say that he was available earlier than scheduled. My air conditioner stopped working. I called Paschal and the friendly assistant gave me an appointment right away. The very knowledgeable technician Aaron came out that same afternoon and carried all parts with him for making possible repairs. Because of this foresight the repair could be done immediately and our unit was up and running in no time. Further Aaron explained patiently why the unit stopped working, showed us the causes and therefore further assured our trust. I really appreciated their prompt response and signed up for their maintenance plan. I feel very well taken care off. All in all a five star experience and reasonably priced too.

1-First we needed a professional to come out as soon as possible, which ended in up being the next day. Wow!We had Paschal come to perform the semi annual maintenance. We were not sure if there was an issue but we noticed that sometimes the A/ C would stop working and needed to be turned off and back on to reset it. The professional found the cause and replaced the part immediately. The house cools off faster and now runs more efficiently.We also took out their Plus Maintenance Plan. It’s already saved us money If you maintain your Heating and Air Conditioning, like us, due to the age of our equipment, This is only a few dollars more with perksThank you for a job well done and professional2-we had to call them again about a different issue, The fan was not working. Bryce fixed 2 issues, we didn’t know 2 things failed. He’s bright, professional and very courteous. He also knew what he was doing. Thank you BryceOn 9/6/23 our 22 yr old water heater started leaking. We called them up and they came within a day. We decided to replace the water heater with a bigger 50 gallon one. They removed and replaced it all the same day. It was an unexpected expense but they even had financing available to us. This really helped us out. We have maintenance plan on our water heater also. It’s so nice to know they do stand behind their work.On 8/9/24 we had an issue with our recent purchase of a thermostat. It was revving our furnace up every time it reached the temperature set on the thermostat. The professional showed up and diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the issue. Our thermostat was replaced under warranty and the furnace runs properly now. The tech stuff on the furnace is beyond me but we do trust them and have only been pleased with all the work they have done for us and them standing behind their merchandise and work. Thanks again.
