Kevin was great, he explained the overall issues in an easily understood manner and gave a couple of different options for solutions. He wasn’t able to fully fix the issues due to my air conditioners being non-standard, but he explained how to best proceed for fixes.

The tech performing the job was knowledgeable, prepared, had all he needed to finish. He did a beautiful professional job and was polite and considerate throughout. We couldn't ask for more.

The workers were amazing. I dont remember all the names but the first workers, Christopher G and Cesar C, were great. They spent time actually making sure everything was proper and done right, due to scale of my job. I had my entire duct system redone and replaced from the register to the duct boots. 11/04/24Bradley Potts was very knowledgeable. We had leaks in the pipes in the basement. He came in and replaced all the cast iron piping to the tub and kitchen with 2” pvc.Everything was done immediately and this was a large plumbing repair. Thanks so much10/12/24We get maintenance on our furnace and a/c. They are professional and respectful. They just installed equipment to notify us of if condensation is happening and whether to change the air filter. Very nice to have another layer of protection.1-First we needed a professional to come out as soon as possible, which ended in up being the next day. Wow!We had Paschal come to perform the semi annual maintenance. We were not sure if there was an issue but we noticed that sometimes the A/ C would stop working and needed to be turned off and back on to reset it. The professional found the cause and replaced the part immediately. The house cools off faster and now runs more efficiently.In 7/22We also took out their Plus Maintenance Plan. It’s already saved us money If you maintain your Heating and Air Conditioning, like us, due to the age of our equipment, This is only a few dollars more with perksThank you for a job well done and professional2-we had to call them again about a different issue, The fan was not working. Bryce fixed 2 issues, we didn’t know 2 things failed. He’s bright, professional and very courteous. He also knew what he was doing. Thank you BryceOn 9/6/23 our 22 yr old water heater started leaking. We called them up and they came within a day. We decided to replace the water heater with a bigger 50 gallon one. They removed and replaced it all the same day. It was an unexpected expense but they even had financing available to us. This really helped us out. We have maintenance plan on our water heater also. It’s so nice to know they do stand behind their work.On 8/9/24 we had an issue with our recent purchase of a thermostat. It was revving our furnace up every time it reached the temperature set on the thermostat. The professional showed up and diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the issue. Our thermostat was replaced under warranty and the furnace runs properly now. The tech stuff on the furnace is beyond me but we do trust them and have only been pleased with all the work they have done for us and them standing behind their merchandise and work. Thanks again.

*Excellent Company*We have had experiences with several Pachal employees over the last year! We got a new Water Heater installed, new AC Unit, P(inside/out) plumbing repair on tub faucet, new electrical panel and heater hooked up, the list to goes on and on. Today, 7/26/23, AUSTIN was at our house in Lavaca, in the heat, replacing our our electrical panel and hooking up the heater. He was here from 8am to close to 7 or 730pm. The whole time, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuine. I would have been so irritated, he was never!! I even got a call from his boss, David, to apologize about the long wait that was NOT Paschal's fault by the way, but David felt the need to explain what the issue was. If OGE was not going to turn our electricity back on, Paschal was going to pay for a hotel room that accepted our 3 fur-babies. Austin didn't complain one bit! His boss, David, was also very nice and said he would help in any way. Austin is a bada$$ and did an excellent job!!! Dillion Black went over all options. He was very nice. Seth and Yael installed our new AC unit like pros. Corbin, and Dustin helped with some plumbing issues! We upgraded so many things and have had several employees for each service. Wonderful company, professional, and reputable. We decided to get a new unit through Paschal. It's so amazing. Our house is so cool and stays cool even when the air is off!! Love this company!!!

On time. Found the problem quickly and had my unit up and running.

Our technician, Seth, was on time for our maintenance appointment and made certain that both of our Furnaces were functioning at their best. He also gave us the information needed to upgrade our maintenance to include 7 X 24 remote monitoring of our systems and explained how to use the phone app after installing the sensors. Paschal has once again proved that we made the right choice when we selected them to replace our old HVAC systems.

Pablo first came out and seen my situation, he got me scheduled as soon as equipment was available to come out and repair my water line that had me without water and leaked almost 160k gallons of water. Well sure enough Pablo and shit work partner (can't recall his name, my bad) but Pablo called and let me know they were in route and when arrived immediately got to work. They were quick at determining water my leak issue was, which was a pervious shitty repair done by county road that had come to find out broke and busted the water line and half assed repaired it. But thanks to crew from Paschal, they repaired the water line and restored my water. The team was very professional, knew what they were doing and provided exceptional service. They were detailed and documented all that was done, which maybe needed to be used in a legal matter with personal responsible for the leak in the first place. Thanks again guys, very much appreciate yalls services.

I had an annual membership paid in full, but now with the takeover of Patriot, they charge monthly, and won't accept an annual payment. Kudos to Isaac, but not Paschal!

Paschal/Larsen is our favorite heating and cooling service. We have been calling on them for HVAC services for more than a decade and they never disappoint! The tech was so polite. He put on booties before entering my house. I.could track when he would be here. He explained a future problem I might encounter, but felt my system was running fine for now. Be advised a service call only applies to one unit.

Definitely a five-star company. We had a multi head ductless system installed and am amazed at how well it works. Called Larson Heating & Air on June 15th, Kirk & Gabe came out the very next day (Friday) and assessed our situation, that afternoon I received their quote, the following Monday I called and told them to proceed with getting the units ordered. Thought I might be looking at 3 -4 weeks but got a call the very next day saying they’d be there to install the following Tuesday and Tuesday the install was completed!! The system is fantastic, every one of the guys from start to finish were great, friendly, professional but most importantly knew exactly what thy were doing. My wife cannot get over how quiet this system is, you cannot hear anything inside or outside. We can sit under the gazebo in peace and quiet for the first time. Me, I’m a little more partial to how well this system works, how quickly and efficiently it cools the entire house. As you can probably tell, I’m more than quite pleased with Larson and the work they performed.

My air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I mentioned this in passing to their HR representative, Makayla. She suggested that I call customer service to get a quote. When the technician came out, he was so thorough and professional. He showed me his recommendations Along with price quotes for temporary repairs as well as replacing the entire unit. I was surprised with how reasonably priced the quotes were. I decided to replace the entire unit. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have used Walker for years and appreciate them very much. They have put in two HVAC systems and done routine checks and maintenance on a regular basis. Their guys know their stuff and have never steered us wrong or tried to upsell us on anything. The updated scheduling system needs some tuning up and it would be nice to receive a heads-up if technician is more than an hour beyond the 4-hour window given. Calvin is awesome -- so knowledgeable, focused, and thorough. I flip on my systems with the confidence that they are in good shape and safe. Now, if you y'all could bring some fall weather! [Edited in 2024] I continue to experience issues with their automated scheduling service: multiple 'reminders' and exhorting me to make appointments I've already made. Have talked to them about how annoying this is. Also: talked to them about reminding their techs to stay focused on the issue at hand and STOP opining on my household decor OR my decision to have carpeting in parts of my home. It's none of their damned business! Very awkward. If service wasn't good, I would switch companies because of the unnecessary comments about my home decor. Stay on task.

Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

Diagnosed issue after isolating different components. Believes thermostat may be failing, as several times recently the unit continues to run although the temperature is above the setting. Only complaint, and not with Benjamin in anyway, is that the prices for installing a new thermostat and for a matching replacement thermostat are well beyond reasonable. I will be doing the replacement myself.

While I am unhappy with the prior service on our HVAC system that necessitated the request for a technician on 11/16/22; my husband and I were more than happy with the technician who came to the rescue. Bryant was the name of the technician who arrived at our home to determine the cause of our brand new HVAC system tripping a circuit breaker 5 times in 4 days. Bryant was able to ferret out the problem, an incorrect wiring during the installation of correctly sized heat strips for our system by the previous technician. Bryant communicated to my husband what had occurred and what was done by him to correct the problem and went out of his way to label the electrical boxes on the HVAC unit to make working on the system in the future. Bryant is a definite asset to Paschal.

Today I contacted Straight Shooter to check on our A/C units because they aren’t working well. Michael was at our house within a couple of hours. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He has been in the industry for 20 years. When Michael was finished with his assessment we met with Patti to go over options and pricing. She was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. We are purchasing two new units and they will be installed in a few days. Straight shooter will shoot you straight! Highly recommend them!

I was having A/C issues when it was 103 degrees outside. I called Straight Shooter and they were very responsive. Caleb came out right away and diagnosed my system and we had cold A/C again. Let me start by saying, I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and work ethic these gentlemen possessed. I called Monday afternoon Patty was there that evening . The next day at 8am my system was beinginstalled. The gentleman arrived at 7:45am and started working. They did not leave until 5:30pm working the entire time, even pulled my trash can from the curb. My system looks GREAT, and my installation looks GREAT! I'm so happy!! Will definitely recommend to everyone!

They were quick to come out and it turns out our 20 year old AC system needed to be trashed and was in need of an efficient system before the hot Texas summer takes it out. This company layed out multiple plans that would fit our taste and budget. I highly recommend using them!
