In 1968, original owner Randall Paschal founded the company in Springdale, AR.
Charley Boyce joins Paschal Heat, Air & Geothermal in Springdale, AR as Lead Salesman under the ownership of Harold Kimrey.
After 2 years of employment at Paschal, Charley finalized the sale and ownership stake and officially becomes the new President of the company.
The new Paschal HQ was constructed in Springdale, AR with more than 42,000 sq. ft. of space.
Plumbing & Electrical services were added to the company, officially renaming it to Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric.
