We have had a service contract for years and they installed a new system in another home we owned - and across the company they are courteous, professional and thorough. Casey Rowlett has helped us with our new systems both times and has made the process easy!!! Thank you for all do!

Our technician Pablo was on time, communicated appropriately and solved our plumbing issues very quickly. He was also very respectful and detailed in explaining the process.

Had to have the water connection from the wall to our fridge looked at. Called Wednesday and was able to schedule for the same Friday for our home schedule. Marc, our technician, called before to confirm and was right on time. He took a look and was able to explain in plain words what was needed. He gave us a quote. Very nicely priced for our budget considering other places wanted 3 times that price just to come out. He had everything taken care of in 3 hours, which was fast considering what we had to have done. He made sure all was good and gave us instructions for how to proceed with our new fridge. 100% will use again if / when needed.

Had a problem with my heating furnace called Paschal Air Plumbing & Electric, Technician Jorge Diaz came out to my house after looking at my furnace he did some trouble shooting. On the outside unit and found a Bad Thermostatic Expansion Valve, I gave him the permission to replace valve part was not on hand had was to wait for a week after it was ordered, once parts were on hand technician came and replaced parts and my unit is now working fine. Will always use this company their Technicians are very knowledgeable in their craft.

We had a new unit put in this past March, we have had a couple of hiccups since then but Shane came out today to do a coil cleaning on our unit, he did a wonderful job and explained things and didn’t try to just sell us more stuff. Every time he went to get a part or a tool from his truck, he would take off his booties and reapply them when he came back into our home. I have called several times and put a note on the website that my air conditioner is not working properly. They have been out two or three times for the same issue. This is a new unit and I have had several issues with it already. When the service guys come they are very helpful but I wish they had off hour service. I am frustrated with my unit.7-12-23I am updating my review. Larson’s came out and repaired my AC and so far it is working wonderful. Casey was very informative as to what I need to do about getting a new mini split installed. I had another independent contractor install my second unit and he screwed up the installation and then ghosted me when I had issues with the new unit. Having a reputable company install another new unit and stand behind it is comforting.

Technician, Zak showed up on time and performed excellent service, reviewed the findings. I called the day before Thanksgiving and he was there 1.5 hours after my call. Paschal Air was the 8th HVAC company I called that morning! 5 stars top notch company, will use again! Ask for Zak if available!

We woke up after an overnight cold front and our house was below the set temperature. I called Paschal first thing and Kevin was here within an hour and a half.He quickly found the problem and corrected it. A gas valve had been turned off during our seasonal inspection, to test the pressure in the system. Since it has been 70°+ in OK since our service, our heater has not been called on by the thermostat.Kevin was great and very personable. I look forward to working with him on service calls in the future.

11/04/24Bradley Potts was very knowledgeable. We had leaks in the pipes in the basement. He came in and replaced all the cast iron piping to the tub and kitchen with 2” pvc.Everything was done immediately and this was a large plumbing repair. Thanks so much10/12/24We get maintenance on our furnace and a/c. They are professional and respectful. They just installed equipment to notify us of if condensation is happening and whether to change the air filter. Very nice to have another layer of protection.1-First we needed a professional to come out as soon as possible, which ended in up being the next day. Wow!We had Paschal come to perform the semi annual maintenance. We were not sure if there was an issue but we noticed that sometimes the A/ C would stop working and needed to be turned off and back on to reset it. The professional found the cause and replaced the part immediately. The house cools off faster and now runs more efficiently.In 7/22We also took out their Plus Maintenance Plan. It’s already saved us money If you maintain your Heating and Air Conditioning, like us, due to the age of our equipment, This is only a few dollars more with perksThank you for a job well done and professional2-we had to call them again about a different issue, The fan was not working. Thank you BryceOn 9/6/23 our 22 yr old water heater started leaking. We called them up and they came within a day. We decided to replace the water heater with a bigger 50 gallon one. They removed and replaced it all the same day. It was an unexpected expense but they even had financing available to us. This really helped us out. We have maintenance plan on our water heater also. It’s so nice to know they do stand behind their work.On 8/9/24 we had an issue with our recent purchase of a thermostat. It was revving our furnace up every time it reached the temperature set on the thermostat. The professional showed up and diagnosed the problem and was able to fix the issue. Our thermostat was replaced under warranty and the furnace runs properly now. The tech stuff on the furnace is beyond me but we do trust them and have only been pleased with all the work they have done for us and them standing behind their merchandise and work. Thanks again.

*Excellent Company*We have had experiences with several Pachal employees over the last year! We got a new Water Heater installed, new AC Unit, P(inside/out) plumbing repair on tub faucet, new electrical panel and heater hooked up, the list to goes on and on. Today, 7/26/23, AUSTIN was at our house in Lavaca, in the heat, replacing our our electrical panel and hooking up the heater. He was here from 8am to close to 7 or 730pm. The whole time, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuine. I would have been so irritated, he was never!! I even got a call from his boss, David, to apologize about the long wait that was NOT Paschal's fault by the way, but David felt the need to explain what the issue was. If OGE was not going to turn our electricity back on, Paschal was going to pay for a hotel room that accepted our 3 fur-babies. Austin didn't complain one bit! His boss, David, was also very nice and said he would help in any way. Austin is a bada$$ and did an excellent job!!! Dillion Black went over all options. He was very nice. Seth and Yael installed our new AC unit like pros. Corbin, and Dustin helped with some plumbing issues! We upgraded so many things and have had several employees for each service. Definitely a five-star company. We had a multi head ductless system installed and am amazed at how well it works. Called Larson Heating & Air on June 15th, Kirk & Gabe came out the very next day (Friday) and assessed our situation, that afternoon I received their quote, the following Monday I called and told them to proceed with getting the units ordered. Thought I might be looking at 3 -4 weeks but got a call the very next day saying they’d be there to install the following Tuesday and Tuesday the install was completed!! The system is fantastic, every one of the guys from start to finish were great, friendly, professional but most importantly knew exactly what thy were doing. My wife cannot get over how quiet this system is, you cannot hear anything inside or outside. We can sit under the gazebo in peace and quiet for the first time. Me, I’m a little more partial to how well this system works, how quickly and efficiently it cools the entire house. As you can probably tell, I’m more than quite pleased with Larson and the work they performed.

My air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I mentioned this in passing to their HR representative, Makayla. She suggested that I call customer service to get a quote. When the technician came out, he was so thorough and professional. He showed me his recommendations Along with price quotes for temporary repairs as well as replacing the entire unit. I was surprised with how reasonably priced the quotes were. I decided to replace the entire unit. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have used Walker for years and appreciate them very much. They have put in two HVAC systems and done routine checks and maintenance on a regular basis. Their guys know their stuff and have never steered us wrong or tried to upsell us on anything. The updated scheduling system needs some tuning up and it would be nice to receive a heads-up if technician is more than an hour beyond the 4-hour window given. Calvin is awesome -- so knowledgeable, focused, and thorough. I flip on my systems with the confidence that they are in good shape and safe. Now, if you y'all could bring some fall weather! [Edited in 2024] I continue to experience issues with their automated scheduling service: multiple 'reminders' and exhorting me to make appointments I've already made. Have talked to them about how annoying this is. Also: talked to them about reminding their techs to stay focused on the issue at hand and STOP opining on my household decor OR my decision to have carpeting in parts of my home. It's none of their damned business! Very awkward. If service wasn't good, I would switch companies because of the unnecessary comments about my home decor. Stay on task.

Great experience. Came out within a couple of hours after we called them. He had the problem resolved within an hour.

Charley Westmoreland, came out today and did some work in the front yard. He did an excellent job. I would have given him a 10 star review if they had it. We have never had a such a good plumber before. We plan on asking for him from now own.

Placed my water heater and repaired the pipes and gas line. They were fair and explained the pricing. They were only called in for an estimate, and they did the work same day. The technician Pablo was very professional and patient. I would give them six stars if I could.

They’ve helped us repair a clogged drain two years in a row. This year, Jorge Diaz was our technician and spent almost two hours in 88 degrees inside repairing our HVAC unit. He was beyond kind, progressional, and went to a lot of work to ensure it was fixed for us to have air that day. He is the best of the best and would recommend to anyone! Paschal have themselves a good one

all I can say is Kameron, who services Hot Springs Village, is an awesome person. He was very helpful to me during my time of stress. whatever Paschal is paying him isn't enough. We have a unique home layout due to add-ons done over the years and almost no room was comfortably heated or cooled. When it was time to replace our old unit, we got multiple bids, and, in the end, we chose Walker AC & Heating (now Paschal Air). Mark and Cory thoroughly discussed our needs and designed a system adding new returns and improved duct paths. The new system is extremely quiet and energy efficient. Best of all, our entire house is finally comfortable! I highly recommend Walker AC & Heating.

We had Ya'll out to diag. our furnace. It went out during the recent ice storm. Response was quick, the repair had us comfortable and warm! And we WILL use you again!

We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Everyone I interfaced with from scheduling the service call to the completed repair were very professional, polite, and personable. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

Diagnosed issue after isolating different components. Believes thermostat may be failing, as several times recently the unit continues to run although the temperature is above the setting. Only complaint, and not with Benjamin in anyway, is that the prices for installing a new thermostat and for a matching replacement thermostat are well beyond reasonable. I will be doing the replacement myself.

The tech was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me a brand new system like some other AV companies do. I was very happy with them.

According to my husband, who knows about Hvac and is very hard to please, David was friendly, good with recommendations, good at explaining, and very knowledgeable in his field.

Benjamin was great.During the diagnostics today, He did not provide assumptions, he actually checked his theories and found the root cause of the problem. He is very handy and it appeared that he also had a great support from his colleagues at the office. When he was trying to figure out the problem he was able to reach out to more experienced people and receive recommendations.Highly appreciate the hard work today.

Jorge came out to perform our semi annual HVAC system maintenance. Communication from Walker air was great. We received a text the day before letting us know the two hour time frame. Then today we received a text confirming Jorge was on the way, a number to contact Jorge should we need it and a picture. Jorge was friendly, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and gave us updates along the way. He did make some recommendations that were not required at this time but something to think about. He was not pushy, which I appreciate. Definitely 5 star service from Jorge and Walker air!

On the same day as the deep freeze hit Texas, I found out my sister in Azle had no heat. I live out of state so checked yelp and Google, chose Straight Shooter for all the 5 star reviews. I couldn't wait to leave them another one!I called and spoke with Donna who is the kindest person, so helpful and scheduled my sister for same day with no emergency upcharge! She even offered to take her a space heater to use while she waited for the technician. Such an angel!Luke came to check out the unit and was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Found the immediate problem and gave us some options on prices and timing. He was very thorough in his inspection and recommendations for maintenance and proper use instructions.
