We are taking the following precautions due to the COVID-19 virus. All of our technicians have masks, glasses, latex gloves and shoe booties if they have to enter your home. Our technicians also have hand sanitizer and disinfectants that they use after every call.

If we are there to do maintenance and we don’t have to come inside your home to get to the equipment, we are asking homeowners to adjust the thermostat for us so we can do the system maintenance without entering the home. We will not be shaking hands and will keep our distance from customers.

Why Schedule a Tune-Up

As the weather gets warmer, your air conditioner is put under more strain. Just like your car needs regular tune-ups, so does your HVAC equipment. Unexpected breakdowns are never fun, but they can be particularly uncomfortable during the summer months. One way to avoid summer cooling woes is by scheduling a spring A/C tune-up with a local HVAC company.

Your air conditioner works hard to keep your home cool and is made up of multiple components that all need to work together for it to work properly. This complex machinery is exposed to the elements and can easily collect dust and grime. Most uncomfortable breakdowns and expensive summer repairs could have been prevented or detected during a spring tune-up by an HVAC company.

Many minor problems are discovered during tune-ups, before they develop into major issues. Fixing these small problems before they get out of hand can save you thousands in future repair bills. Annual tune-ups can also lower your energy costs. When your A/C is working at its peak, it uses less energy to cool your home, and this leads to savings on your utility bill.
