A Message From Joe & Mike Gibson

Dear Friends,

Over the past 28 years our team has built something very special here at GTS.  We pride ourselves on providing great customer service to all our wonderful customers and a workplace that our employees can be proud of.  We are excited about the next chapter of our business and announce that GTS Heating & Cooling has been acquired by Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric, headquartered in Springdale, Arkansas.  When we looked at Paschal, we saw a company much like ours, a company that provides exceptional customer service, but on a much larger scale.  Paschal has served Northwest Arkansas and the Fort Smith River Valley for over 50 years.  They’ve helped thousands of Arkansas homeowners with their home service needs and are excited to expand those services throughout our area.  With over 250 employees and 7 locations in Arkansas and Missouri, Paschal will bring expanded resources to better serve our customers and employees in Hot Springs and the surrounding communities.  After visiting with the Paschal team, what made the biggest impression on us was how much they focused on our existing customers and retaining and growing our employees.

We will be staying on board with the company and look forward to our road ahead, not forgetting where we started.  We were just a small mom and pop shop, 28 years ago, with a promise by our LORD, that he would bless our company, and he surely has!
